Went in this place to buy a specific sthil chain saw they tell me they have 1 in the box but the woman behind the counter was to lazy to open a box . then she finally ask the owner about it then they walk to the show room look at the stack of half a dozen boxes of brand new saws then look at me and tell me they dont have one when clearly they had more then i could count. I would give this place NO STARS if i could WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..i went 15 miles down the road and bought the saw i wanted and had awesome service...THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

Called and asked very specifically “do you have Echo brand red armor pre mixed fuel” the lady who answered said yes. I drove 15 miles out of my way to reach the store and after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence I was told they didn’t sell that brand, but they had another brand. The sales woman said sarcastically “it’s the same thing”. I try to shop locally, but y’all lost my business for life. I found what I needed at Home Depot. It’s a shame.

If there were an option for no star I would choose that one I purchased a lawn mower 20 days ago started leaking oil they told me it was going to be fixed and gave a day to pick up when I re scheduled all my clients trusting on their word only to find out that they have not even order the part that it was broken yet store owner refused to process a refund or did not give a time frame form fixing please stay away from this store if you don;t want to lose your time and money.

I took a relatively new professional grade Stihl chainsaw in for repair. When I asked about any warranty possibilities I was told they would not warranty the repair. Due to Max Lawns limited ability to communicate in English I called the Stihl distributor for Texas. The distributor offered to pay for the parts if I would pay Max Lawns labor cost. It seemed an acceptable compromise. Maxwell told me they would not work on my saw and that I would have to take it elsewhere. This company holds itself up as a Christian organization. However thier arrogance toward anyone who doesnt speak Spanish is highly apparent. Ironically, this doesnt seem to mesh with their constant attempt to tell you about their biblical beliefs.

I bought a weedeater here about 3 years ago and have been getting text spammed on a daily basis ever since. Yes I text back asking them to remove my number and then block that number, but they just morph their number in to something else and keep spamming. If you buy something from here, give them their own number or no number at all lest ye be spammed endlessly. I hereby swear I will never buy anything from you again. CURED AT LAST!

I have watch Max Lawn and Garden grow from a small company to a large organzation.We have been a customer since the beginning but have always been worried about the operations. First if Spanish isnt your first language you will not understand anything that is being said. Secondly the lack of organzation between the shop and the help desk is terrible.The front desk has told us equipment is ready for us to send people to pick it up which cost us time, money, lost time on the job etc. When we arrive they have nothing ready.I confronted Max on this today and his response was for us not to be a customer.I found this odd since we purchase over 30K in equipment per year and also pay over 1000 per month in service. I realized today that Max has 0 integrity and treats his customer like cattle not people.I am frustrated because I need to find a new service provider but I will not give business to unorganized company that charges bogus labor rates and types its invoices in Spanish where you cant read them. Max Lawn and Garden is a service company that lacks customer service. I will never purchase or let them service my equipment again.

Dishonest. Refused to service my Honda lawnmower under warranty because I bought it somewhere else. Made excuses about registration being an issue which is false. Honda confirmed the mower was under warranty. He then claimed it would take 30 days to fix which I agreed would be fine if thats what it would take. He then went on ranting about how he had to take care of his customers first to which I asked him why I would ever be a customer if this is how he treated me right off the bat. He got upset and told me he would not service the mower.I think they need to re think being a Honda service center.Update: guy at counter made a remark how I should go back to big box store where I bought it. Turns out that was great advice; I went to the the local depot and they were super friendly and had it fixed in a few days!

The service was extremely slow. They have had my Snapper RER mower for a month now and its still not ready. Ive got the run-around for the past 3 wks because they had to order a part. The part is readily available at the first 2 parts distributors I contacted. It does not take 3 wks for a part to be delivered.I wish I could give it zero stars. Take your business elsewhere.

After they checked me in with a Toro mower and a McLane edger for an annual tune up and I was ready to unload I was told we don.t work on cheap edgers. We could fix them but we only do commercialSo dont waste a trip unless you qualify by their lofty standards.

Purchased a mower from this company that was damaged by someone yesterday, took it in for an estimate, was told it would take up to 30 days. The ladies in the office seemed very unconcerned about earning our business or the fact that we bought the equipment there to begin with. Horrible customer service, they are not in the industry to help all clients, only the ones that speak their language.

I went there once and I was the only one at the service counter and in the store and waited and waited for someone to wait on and help me. There were 3 guys behind the counter that was shooting the breeze. We made eye contact and they just looked away and kept on shooting the bull with each other. Felt discriminated against because I was a white guy. Horrible way to treat your paying customers. Ive never been back nor will I ever go back. If I could give this place negative stars checked I would. -10 stars

This place is no longer used to repair the tools take a V-ride because it did not turn on and a certain luciano or pike I change a part that had nothing to do with the problem I had to take it twice again and I thought good an error we made all and then take two weedeaters a fs250 and a fs240 stihl left them worse as they were back again in total for the fs240 pay $ 428 and it does not work it drowns and shuts downand the FS250 pays almost $ 200 and goes off when you stop accelerating it.those mechanics that work there are uselessthis comment is not to speak ill of this place is to let my experience know other colleagues who work cut yardthis place does not work better I do not recommend it at all

Excellent service, very fast and honest, I left my blower Stihl BR 600 because it was broken the block of the engine and we thought that it was going to change the whole engine, but when I came by it they told me only broke the block, the piston and others was fine and I saved more than half including the air filter

To be honest, anyone would be annoyed, and even more so if you are Hispanic, to be left waiting while they serve an American who arrived after you.One is left with the sensation of exploding with courage.The only star is for the receptionists, but Efren (the owner) has zero on the left. I cant believe that I even saw him run to tell his mechanic that he delivered the machines that would first get his Aquinas ready for him (to the American).I confirmed it when I went to ask him about the mechanic, he still did not have my weed eater ready, or explained that I had arrived first, which mechanic and confirmed me, he said so go I was looking for th weed eater, but they told me first to look for those of that Mr.
