First time unloading at this location, and if it comes up again i will return. Yes, it does take awhile to unload but every plant is on the floor. This means that they are hand unloading every plant and tree. Also, yes you might have to move during the unloading process, but that is to put you in the correct place to quickly unload the product. The trailer will be dirty when you are done, but i have been to several warehouses that have the ability to not leave a mess but have been left with large broken pieces of pallet, bags and trash from them eating while unloading. The people at this location were very friendly from the check-in, asking to move to a different location and unloading. It was also lovely to look at sonething pretty rather than another square building.

My yard man gave this place $1200 to order 7 13 galloon italian cypress trees. They came back thin, sickly and under 5 feet. They refused to give us our money back!

If you want to lost your day more than welcome to come extremely slow they left the trailer in the worst condition they make you move every 15 min awful dont take load out or in here go away

Very slow to unloadingMake sure you have food for 10 hours to 18hours waiting time.

Slow slow 6 hours to unload the full load also you need to move your truck like 20 times makes stop every 20 minutes, after finish be ready to clean your trailer because will be nasty. Try to avoid this place.

Worst at getting back to commercial customers for prices on trees etc. I have sent multiple emails and no one gets back to me and if they do it takes weeks.
