Great store with wonderful selection. My wife and I go here all the time to get things for our house and small projects. We just bought a very nice shrub, mulch, and fertilizer for our garden.

This is only pertaining to the garden brick walls sold at Home Depot. I saw the different color stones and different style caps to go with the wall stones. I purchased the limestone wall bricks and was going to get the caps later in the color I needed later. Assuming with the display of different color walls, that I could do so. The style was there, but the color was different. The wall caps that they had displayed were 12x 9, but were for a straight away. I have a lot of curves and needed some of the wedged style, which they had in a pecan color.I went back to get the rectangular 12x 9 and some wedged style and was shocked, they know very little about this product and little help they can give. Feeling helpless, I called the stone place myself, because no one else attempted to find out more. Home Depot were looking for the brochure for the product. I didnt believe they would sale a product showing multiple examples, as though it could be done in any color, but in each color not having the same pieces to complete each and every color. The Company did not make those wedges in limestone and I would have to make my own angle pieces. I feel there should be sign expressing not all pieces and color pieces are available.

Only one machine works for paying with cash but that one machine doesnt work often. I was waiting for a long time and finally the lady said it will not work today. This is the second time I experienced.

This was beyond ridiculous. I was forced to call them 10 times, everytime I would ask a question they acted as though I was putting them out by making them answer and as soon as they would answer they hung up. No good bye, no can I help you with anything else. I tried to speak to a specific department first the lawn and garden, I asked if they handled a product, they said no and told me it was on isle 20 (I was not in the store) but they could not transfer me because they did not know the number!!! I was forced to hang up and call back, I then waited on hold for 10 minutes, I heard them pick up the call and could hear them talking to another employee about lunch, then they hung up.I would have called to speak to a manager but after dealing with this for over an hour I did not have time.Their customer service is an absolute shame. I will not go to this or any Home Depot again. I would rather drive out of my way and go to Lowes (Who by the way was very helpful and was able to answer my questions in less than five minutes) then give Home Depot any more of my business. I am a first time home buyer, that currently needs to purchase everything from tools and lawn and garden equipment to ceiling fans and flooring, none of these items or anything else I need will be purchased from Home Depot.
