I went in to get something engraved here because a friend of mine suggested that the owners were really nice people. They were apparently not around, because I was helped by a very rude woman who assured me that the item I wanted engraved was impossible to engrave, but refused to elaborate on why. She was super rude about it and I ended up going to the engraving kiosk at the mall, where they engraved the item in a few minutes without hesitation. I cant say much for the quality of their work, but I will be spending a few actual dollars for some real service elsewhere, so that I dont have to feel inferior for wanting something done from this company,
