The lady who helped me with my watch battery was very friendly. The backer on my watch was being a pain and she went above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend coming here.

These guys are amazing. I bought an engagement ring here. I knew nothing going in and they helped me find the perfect ring. They have good deals, very helpful staff, great jewelry insurance packages, and very comfortable place for first time guys that dont know much about jewelry. I would highly recommend Kays and especially the Grand Island location.

The staff were helpful and friendly and they have lovely jewelry and do lovely work for custom jewelry. That being said, they need to do better with setting expectations on timelines. I was given a pick -up date and then told that it can be another couple days sometimes. After the pick-up date passed with no word, we called, did not get a call back, and then called again another couple days later only to be told that it would be an additional week. If your timeframes can really be off by over a week, then set that expectation up front.

I bought my wedding ring here.Then two nice watches.Ive bought alot of jewelry from this store.Ive never had problems with dimondsfalling out. Just do the 6 month check up and everything has been great.You get what you pay for, and in my own opinion kays has the best jewelry.The staff at this particular Kays seem very knowledgeable and very helpful.
