Nice store but staff sneak up on you and shout like fog horns. Its like being chased by a car salesman. Shopping should be a pleasant experience. When that happens I just leave without buying anything.If employees are irritated and bored mabye they could dust? Got some big dust bunnies on me when looking at a really cool product.

The clearance is why Im here and I absolutely love the 80% off finds..spent $60 and saved $120

Ive always loved shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. The store is always clean,staff friendly and sometimes you can find a great bargain. I know with the recent announcement of fewer coupons, many could choose to shop elsewhere. Thats the only blot on the shopping experience. My advice, keep an eye out for discounts and treat them like rare finds.Plus remember they have curbside pickup, which Ive used. Looking out for us during these unusual times wins my loyalty.

Great selection of items with good pricing. Big selling point for us was that it has a zero tolerance mask policy.

The employees were helpful when I needed them. When a employee was around me, I was as asked if I was finding everything ok. I will definitely go back to the store.

Found what I wanted when no one else had it. Some prices are a bit too high but some real bargains as well. Like the store.

Made a purchase on Friday at opening time 10 AM. Associate who checked us out asked if we wanted a bag and we said no thank you...so she did not give us our receipt either. Upon returning the item today we are forced to get less than we paid as it automatically applies the discount for a coupon that we did not use, but asked if we could use at check out originally and was told no. So you can randomly apply a coupon on refund and steal money from me but you cannot give me a coupon at purchase. It was not our fault the cashier did not give us the receipt. What I can purchase in store from you i can get anywhere online and will be doing so from now on. You completely lost my business. I was pondering the purchase of a $199 coffee maker but will now look elsewhere. This is why all retail locations are closing up.

Well let me see I was followed around in the store bye I am guessing there lost prevention who was acting like a sales person, I fell when I go shopping I should be able to walk around and look without being followed and asked obsen question s, then I went to pay for my items and the little girl at the checkout was rude to me and my wife worst shopping experience I have had since I moved here !

Lots of merchandise here... Seems every other time the aisles are so full of piles of merchandise you cant get thru the store. The endcap is their favorite I guess. Looks disorganized but the store is small and they cram it in anyway. No high end small appliances here.

Everything I needed for my new place, with friendly, helpful stuff, which was important, because stuff is all over the place; they had four pizza pan designs in three different aisles. Also, the prices for the chain arent great, but the selection is worth the premium.
