Ive never had anything but great customer service at any Publix. Theyre all set up a bit different, but you can usually get out with whatever you were looking for.

Typically nice Piblix. Friendly, Helpful, & Uniformed staff to assist you. Wide selection of produce, groceries, & fresh fish, meat, & poultry. Most all paper & cleaning supplies available. Pharmacy too. Clean restrooms. Nicest place to shop in Florida is always a Publix!

They have the best customer service when making subs. I love this so much. They said they could do online orders and I told them my favorite part of ordering subs is the human interactions.

I moved to Indiana and a supermarket I took for granted is now gone. After going to Kroger, I realized how good Publix was compared to other groceries. I wish they opened up some in Indiana or Kentucky.

Very clean, fully stocked in all areas we shopped. Cashiers were friendly and polite. Well worth the extra you pay on groceries to have the clean friendly service you receive at the Publix stores.Walmart big wigs need to shop at Publix to see how quality service and product can be achieved without sacrifice.

Publix is such an Awesome Store!! It doesnt matter what location it is. All of them are Clean, Great Customer Service, and a joy to Shop in.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Store is clean. Had everything I was looking for.

Doesnt carry lactose free half and half anymore or Simply Orange-Mango juice, have to get those at Wards. And I always have to go elsewhere, even other Publix stores in town have them, to get the Thermacare menstrual heatwraps. Service is always great though and I love the new self-checkout.

Location is great. Getting in and out of 39th Ave is quite easy. Theres plenty of parking spots and most people dont drive like idiots. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Clean store, but they really don’t understand service here. Every Publix I have been to in Orlando will make a custom sub with Tofurkey, but this one says I have to buy the Tofurkey separately before they charge me again for my sandwich. $12 for a footlong sub that costs $6.99 at any other Publix? Absolutely not. Talked to customer service, who called the deli manager, who refused to honor the “old” procedure. This is NOT what I expect from Publix. Avoid this one, at least until they fix their management issues. Without that signature Publix service, you might as well me Wal-Mart. Really disappointed over here.

I rented a rug doctor with Publix. Unfortunately it didn’t work and I don’t find them at fault for that. I was told over the phone that I could bring it back and swap it out. As I was driving there, I was notified they don’t have any to swap out and that they would find me one that was close to where I live. I arrived there with the rug doctor, but no receipt because when I initially left I thought I was swapping out the vacuum. I had to drive back to my house, grab the receipt and returned. They said they called the mill hopper location and they didn’t have the one I had. At this point, I gave up trying to get a vacuum from Publix. I got a refund, and asked to speak to the manager due to the miscommunication and inability to swap out the broken vacuum. The manager offered to deliver a rug doctor to my house once one came in which was a very nice gesture but I needed the vacuum now. She said other than that there is nothing I can do to compensate your time and gas to come back and forth but she would give me a call once one returns. Total time wasted was 2 hours.

So disappointed by my deli purchases today. First time ordering the baked chicken wings and a side of mac and cheese. Glad I got a small size of each, they were both bad! I would have gone back for a refund if it wasnt a 30 minute round trip.

I came here looking for medicated chapstick for my poor cracked lips. After searching like a poor lost idiot Joe A. Literally sprinted to wherever his scanner was and then sprinted, not shuffled, sprinted back and searched the isle for me. He went above and beyond. Very appreciative.

It was good! This is the store where i shop all the time for the past 10 years at least. That is why i noticed several areas deli, produce, dairy, where i didnt received the usual wonderful customer service that i am used to. I gave it 4 stars because the cashier and bagger were super sweet!

I worked @ this store some time ago. It is very clean & generally well run; however they either need to enforce or eliminate the one- way direction in the aisles policy, as it is definitely not observed by very many customers.

Even though Publix stores are not all configured alike you wont find aisles clogged with buggies or vendors routinely like you do in other stores. You cant beat the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
