Its always an adventure to go to the Dollar Tree, because you never know what you will find. I love the prices, I can afford to buy seasonal items, without breaking the bank, and even throw them out after the holiday, if I dont feel like storing them. I always find lots of goodies, and dont feel bad, about having spent too much money.

I want to start by saying that I usually love Dollar Tree. Its amazing, some of the things you can get in these stores for a buck! Unfortunately this store is a terrible mess. They do have Help wanted signs up so maybe they are extremely short handed but the store manager should be doing a much better job here. I didnt buy anything this trip but as I walked by the registers I did notice that the cashier was quite nice to the customers checking out so I gave an extra star. Do better Dollar Tree.

You can go inside there to shop if you weara mask. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Good selection of merchandise. They sell the daily paper as well as birthda balloons and party favors.

No problem with merchandise, except for check outs not enough cashiers.

SOOOOO desperate for bodies to staff this location theyre allowing garbage to sit and spew their personal business while one young employee sits on the merchandise like its story time at the library... Im embarrassed to even create this post to know that I still go in there even though it looks like a junk pile 100% ... IF YOUR ABLE CHOOSE TO GO TO THE ONE IN BUTLER PLAZA...⭐ School supplies⭐ Cheap... So yeah,Two stars

One of the most scariest locations I have ever stepped in....what a complete dump, how embarrassing...every single aisle was trashed, looks like none of the aisles were ever faced, zoned..whatever you wanna call it. I will never return to that particular store. The store manager should be fired on the spot...as well as their DM...do they even have corporate visit?

This Dollar Tree is pretty good. Plan a whole bday party for like $30 (then go next door to Publix for the Carvel ice-cream cake)! They have a variety of items, and are a go-to for gifts, decorations, cards and school supplies. I occasionally buy some non-critical kitchen tools from here. Their cleaning supplies arent bad either. Love their hours and locations. Best of all... cant beat the price. Everything is literally $1. Ill never be too fancy to shop a good deal.

I have NEVER been so displeased with a store. I cant believe this is a chain store! Literally EVERY isle was filled with boxes. There were at least 4 employees working and not one was putting this mess away. They were all crowded behing one register. Because there wasnt another open. I asked one employee about Halloween stuff (the morning after Halloween) you woulda thought it was a trick question. Come to find out it was inside a mountain of boxes and she probably just didnt want to make it accessible. In the end I bought nothing because nothing could be reached past all the boxes.

I only give this rating 4 stars because the store was a bit on the sloppy side, however well stocked. I hadnt intended on buying any makeup type items but this Dollar Tree has quite a marge inventory including nail polish. Eyeshadow, makeup brushes which I purchased. It is probably one of the larger stores in town. They also have a very wide selection of greeting cards from which to choose. All 2 for a dollar. Candy has a wide selection. Of course I stopped in for 1 greeting card and came away. 20 dollars poorer.

New Store with extra footage. Looks like Big Lots warehouse with 3 different holidays merchandise sitting in Made in China boxes in isles. Half shelves empty, candy isle disheveled hodge podge. 1 cashier open for check out while 10 people stand in line with money to spend. No management overview of store inefficiencies & grumbling customers dissatisfaction. Spending a kazillion on flyer advertising to get them in but dont want your money at check out. Still waiting!

Employees very helpful, and this location has a larger inventory of items we tend to shop for.

If you plan on shopping for any amount of items bring you own cart, unless you have a hubby that will put all your bags on his arms. Cause they do not let you carry out your items you bought in their store in their bugys. They literally tell you to go get a publix shopping cart that is next door. Ill shop Butler plaza, they allow you if you tell them you will walk it back inside. This store has Huge sign on register saint bugys arent allow outside.

Just friendly cashiers here. Lots of out of place items on my daughter and my last visit. Maybe it was just a bad day for the store.

Dollar Tree carries a lot of essentials for $1.00. It also has some unique and hard to find items.

Shelves disheveled, but thats not fault of staff as much as customers, I imagine. A fellow customer was told where to look for a 2-year pocket calendar, but none were to be found in vicinity he was told to look, nor elsewhere.

Its been awhile since Ive been to this Dollar tree but they had my energy drinks that I like to get that a lot of them sell out really fast they had a bunch of them so I was able to get some thats a good thing. Definitely when I need him Ill check back there again.

The BEST and most organized Dollar Tree in Gainesville [for such a little store] except on shipment day when theyre stocking up and have boxes all over the place and the aisles. Youll find more products here than the other 2 stores that are HUGE in size for no reason... they lack products the smaller store keep in stock.UPDATE: They moved to a Bigger space in the same Plaza so the store is quite huge now. Still Awesome.

I called to see if the store would prepare 6 balloons for me for the next day and you could tell that the person who answer the phone wasnt happy about taking my call :(The first time she answer she asked me to hold and the next time she answered she told me she didnt have the smiling faces :( then immediately, she asked how many I needed and I told her 6 balloons for the next day. Then you could tell she was still not happy :( about me calling. Then she told me to please call back later because she had a lot of customers in line, so I answered back that I would try This store is on my way to work so i always stop there.This is the fourth time I try to do that at this store this past year and every time someone would take my call and my order but the balloons have never been ready when I stopped to pick them up and someone would have to come and make the bouquets for me after they finish with the line of customers and every time they would tell me to call before I came to pick up the balloons that way they would have them ready for me and I would have to wait so long. I love this store because its always well stocked, its clean and organized and obviously because of the variety and prices. I just wished that once in a while the staff would surprise me! I was finally able to get Jay-Jay when I called back, I think he said that was his name and he was very nice and accepted my order. I think that its awesome that they have this service with the balloons and we are always having parties at my job, so the balloons are always such a nice gift or decoration to have but I also think that some of the employees there need to have a nicer attitude even to tell a customer that they need to call back. Now days we are all busy but the expected customer service should still be there. Dont make us feel like you dont want our business, we will tell our friends. I would easily give this store 5 stars if it wasnt for the poor customer service of some of a couple of ladies there.

I love dollar tree. This was small to average size. It did have frozen and refrigerated foods. Didnt have bagged coffee or shoe boxes i was looking for. Friendly staff
