Very clean inside!Food was fresh and tasty, and not that pricy either.The atmosphere of the place is calming.

This location is always busy. If you want a muffuletta you really cant go wrong here. The soup is pretty good too. I knocked off a star because the price vs. quantity seems unbalanced (too expensive for too little food).

This place is one of my favorite places for a quick meal. I always get Schlotzsky’s brisket sandwich, which the quality is always consistent and really good considering that you get it from a fast food place. The staff are supper nice and friendly, most of the time help you to have the best choice of your food.

Love walking hear and getting a pick two. Makes easier to choose sandwiches and pizza when I can have some of both.I always recommend reward apps and Schlotzsky’s has some good BOGOs!

I love schlotzskys! My favorite is the original sandwich. So many good sandwiches here, like the turkey and the buns are amazing! The soups are good and the restaurant is nice and clean. If you havent been to schlotzskys before, its a must try.

Free pickles! Need I say more?Schlotzskys is awesome! My partner has been getting a pizza and side salad, which is always good. I usually go for a turkey sandwich. My kiddo is really into the grilled cheese which is made with multiple cheeses and quite yummy.

Food is usually good, but the last few times Ive ordered from there the food has been cold and soggy and they are also short staffed so expect the lobby to be closed, its been closed the last 3 times Ive ordered a pick up order

Been coming to this location since it opened, est early-mid 90s. Also have come in at least twice a week since the apocalypse hit, via drive thru. The food is still excellent. But check your order before driving off. The last 5 times in a row something has been wrong. Missing chips, wrong sandwich, diet instead of regular, missing key ingredient, etc. Never had an issue in the past.maybe once in 20+ yrs. The staff has always been very good and they are still real friendly but man I wish they would get my order right. 5 times in a row? Come on. You would think during these times those with jobs would be extra good so their employers stay open which is why Ive been trying to still come here and support a local business. 3 stars for great food and friendliness, minus 2 for wrong orders

Consistently getting worse. The sandwiches are lacking in quality and if you make any alterations to your sandwich like asking for no mushrooms, etc. Expect to spend 15 minutes before you eat picking off the ingredients you specifically asked not to be on your sandwich while your sandwich continues to get soggy. Also the food is overpriced.

Its a ripoff. Two half sandwiches a salty soup and a very small salad with no fork for 20 dollars, cmon. If it were excellent food maybe you could defend the overpriced food but it’s not. It really does suck, even the crackers for the soup were stale, like if they were wet.Don’t understand whoever likes this place.

Love the rebrand of this Schlotzkys! Cool atmosphere, expanded menu, and tasty beer options. As always, great sandwiches.

The sandwich was done correctly, however, I had to return to get the rest of my order that had been missed, and they neglected to heat up my cinnamon roll before handing it to me.

For eat in that brought the food to the other customers but not me, I had to wall up and grab it sitting out in the cold, they didnt even call my name. The $11 sandwich was very small and I found curly hair in it. They did nothing about it. I normally love this chain, but this location was over priced for tasteless food with bad service.

Ive liked their food since the mid 1970s. This store had good food and service. The tables were a bit dirty at 2 PM and when I gently mentioned it, they very quickly rectified the situation. Good work in their part.

Worst Turkey Avocado Cobb I’ve ever had. There was a tablespoon of avocado ( if that) and a very small amount of turkey. Mostly lettuce. Stick to sandwiches....

This is an Austin original and you just cannot go wrong. They are friendly the food is wonderful. I highly recommend the deluxe original the extra serving of fixings adds a ton of flavor and usually if youre not that hungry at youve also got a meal to take home!

I eat here about 3 times a month. This location is one of the best I have been to. The service is always exceptional, people are friendly, they always get the order correct and the bread is always cooked just right.

Ordered a sandwich, cookie, and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was not great but the cookie made up for it! It was so large and very good. The person who took our order was patient and helpful. The prices are a little high but overall it was a quick and efficient experience.

An Austin Original. I dont think I have ever been disappointed with Schlotzkys. I went in and everything smelled so clean. I was very impressed. Great service as well. I ordered some kind of BLT on the Pick2 deal with a salad it was very very good. Came with a serving of Tomato soup. Yum!

This place is a Austin home original. Starting on Congress Ave here in Austin Tx originally. It is still a great place for a sandwich. We love this place for its authenticity to our home. They keep it real down to their same style of bread they have always made. I love the meats because they are not sloppy wet or greasy. They are deli cut and loaded with great taste. I will keep going back!!

Just went though the drive through and every person I had an interaction with was rude !!

I love this place. My husband told me they had a really good caprese sandwich and I was hesitant to try it because he likes, well, trashy food. I gave it a try anyway and was sold. I’ve been back a dozen or so times in the 6 months since I first tried it. So good. Do yourself a favor and get a caprese from schlotzky’s.

Delicious food & a great inexpensive option. Scblotzskys has changed over the years & this is definitely a place well be returning to.

You cant get a hold of them by phone and they ruined our dinner.

I always request a slow cook on sandwiches. Makes the bread a tad better, kinda crunchy. Also allows for the meat to get hotter. Dont let them rush you into a normal sandwich. Let it cook....

The team leader, Paolina, acted as If we went to her house and imposed on her. She didn’t seem to want to be at her job and it reflected on her customer service. They were out of all of the soups and tots, so my visit was pointless. Very bad experience!

Ordered a beef bacon cheddar cheese. It had so little bacon I had to check that there was any at all. What i found was one piece broken in half along the left side, none on the rest. Given wrong soup too.

Wrong bread was used. I ordered my sandwich with jalapeno bread but got different bread.

Nothing special but not bad. The food is good, if rather over priced. Portion sizes were a decent amount and the staff was personable.

Another delivery gone horrible. Waited 30 minutes, just to find out the order wasnt placed into kitchen. Wonderful considering I dont get compensated to sit waiting for an order (unlike traffic where its a dime a minute). The two stars is only because when the lunch rush came in 5 minutes after me they handled it beautifully. Being said, 30 minutes for someones elses food? What the **** guys.

Its a Schlotzskys so the food is standard. I personally like their original, very much. The service was an average speed. Most of the tables were very dirty, even though we saw someone cleaning them shortly before trying to find a clean one to sit at.I was surprised that this location had beer, though. Very interesting, and a cool option. But, they only had mass produced garbage beers (junk like bud), and no Austin local beers. Seriously, why serve beers in Austin (which is home to numerous local, small breweries) if you are not going to offer local options???

One of the better locations of this Austin-based franchise. The staff here is invariably pleasant and helpful.Im not a fan of Schlotzskys sandwiches since their buns changed a few years ago (way too dry and crusty for me), but some of their newer menu items (salads and pasta dishes, especially) are delicious. And the wonderful Cinnabon rolls are just icing on the...well,you know.

Best sandwich shop so far on the west coast. Never seen one before my move to Austin Texas. Tried couple of their sandwiches and amazing dosent even do it justice. I highly recommend this sandwich.

Ive eaten at a lot of different schlotzskys before and they all seem the same. But this one here has something different! It has the heart to succeed and the most amazing cinnamon roll smell ever! Jay is the cashier that took my order and he was nothing but hilarious and professional 👍 Keep It Up! Ill be back for another Center Of The Roll soon!

I love Schlotzskys sandwiches and pizzas, but this location in particular is having issues. First, the very limited drive through menu makes is difficult to mix it up, you can still order it if you know they have it but it only shows about 12 items. No biggie, this might also just be my personal preference. Today however I learned some locations only have thin crust pizza instead of the typically wonderful thick sourdough,.I received a think crust version and I am not a fan. Thats like half of their typical pizza making the cost unrewarding. This location is convenient but I will not return if this is their normal crust.

It’s at best an okay fast food joint, service was bad, most staff seem to just hang around except one guy, they got the order wrong, the food was okay, the tomato soup was nice but the flatbread has too much balsamic, tacos were okay but nothing special. I would go if there was no quick option nearby but not if I can find something better.

Wheres the beef? I paper thin slice of roast beef..don t think it was a full slice...cartainly not worth the peice...though the bread was excellent.

My adult life started at Schlotzkys. They still have the Albuquerque Turkey. If they ever take it away Ill change this to two stars.

One of my favorite places to eat in Austin. It was originally founded on Guadeloupe and the Austin roots have created a very nice pleasant atmosphere. I love the Origional sandwich with everything on it and a pickle. The pricing is very fair, they have a large drink selection, good chips, really good cookies, and even sell Cinnabons. What more do you need? The salads and pizzas are good as well, but the sandwiches shine. Would recommend for everything as they cater too.

Dont really like the sandwiches but I will make a special trip just because the pizza is delicious.
