Warm Glazed Donuts and Hot Coffee. Still the best

Always great donuts and customer service. Other donut shops either dont do boxes of coffee or they get an attitude about doing it, but Krispy Kreme is always ready to do business!

This is great that they offer free donuts to the vaccinated cause usually we spend 12 dollars on a dozen of donuts. but the fact that they offer free donuts is very good

I live 30 minutes away. Krispy Kreme is worth the drive. Melt in your mouth doughnuts.

The donuts were fresh and hot!!! The service was quick and friendly. And I had a mouth full of delicious glazed donuts 🍩 in my mouth satisfying every craving my body could handle with a 16oz bottle of milk. Can you please say...yum...yum!!!

We dont eat a lot of sweets but once in a while we go on a short road trip and get a donut from Krispy Kreme. Never disappointed with them. Definitely worth the drive. Yum!

This location has been offering great donuts for over 50 years. The locations associate provides great customer service and the donuts and donut holes are always fresh baked.

Worlds best donuts in my opinion. Stop in anytime, but if you want an exceptional experience, go when the hot donuts sign is on in the window. If you have kids, they can see the donuts coming out of the fryer and being glazed, which is just plain old fun!

My visit at the Gainesville,Florida location was very disturbing. Although the products were great the service from the staff needs improvement. There were several people waiting for their orders, while waiting other customers came in and were served orders that were filled for people who were already waiting.B

I am not a person who eats many donuts so its hard for me to rate them. (too many calories, etc).BUT I had a kreme filled donut. It tasted fresh and I enjoyed it.I had to try one as my sister raves about them. I gave them 4/5 -- and in comparison to DD donuts they were far better.

Busy and understaffed, but they do their best. Its hard to tell who is in line, where the line ends, who has aid, who hasnt, etc. However, the worlds best donuts are always worth the wait and effort! I was even given a bonus original glaze for half my order being filled incorrectly and for my long wait. That was a nice surprise.

Great donuts, just a weird encounter today. Walked through the wrong door as I didn’t realize it was the wrong door, that was my mistake. An employee immediately called me out on it, a little embarrassing but that’s fine. I just don’t like that I was corrected on the door I needed to come through, but then a gentleman who came in behind me was not said a word to. 3 stars as the rules didn’t apply to everyone.

1st time here, ordered 6 creme filled and 6 raspberry filled. They gave me 6 creme filled and 6 chocolate frosted!!!! I do not like chocolate. Great way to ruin an experience. Ill never be back. I even stated 2x what I wanted. Hopefully I wasnt charged extra since no receipt. Rediculous

Nice place and great donuts! They always have the glazed ones with a ton of glaze on them and when we go theres always a new type of donut which is great. I gave it a 4 out of 5 though because they have signs saying going to one door but people keep coming in the exit door. Their signs need to be more clear.

I doubt I will ever be able to get a picture of a whole dozen!🎶Turn on your hot light...🎶There isnt much better in life than a hot KK donut. Theres always a good variety if plain isnt your thing.The parking lot here isnt great, but other than that its wonderful.

Was in the Gainesville area...so surprised to see Krispy Kreme. All the donuts looked so yummy, pretty. Could not resist-wound up with a dozen to take home for the hubby and me. Some serious dessert time coming up! Hope theyre as good as they looked.

Man doughnuts are expensive. I ordered a chocolate glaze and a regular glaze, to the tune of $2.77. WOW. Its been awhile since I visited Krispy Kreme, and it will be awhile before I go back.. service was great!

Finally visited the legendary donut store to find the nicest thing about it was the customer who made sure they didnt go before me after seeing me being ignored for 5 minutes by 10 employees. Definitely not worth going out of the way for.

When the light 💡 is on that means they’re making donuts and you can buy a dozen glazed hot! Tables inside all had KK hats stacked on top for people to take for free. There’s a large glass window inside where you can watch the donuts being glazed. Very clean shop. Plenty of indoor seating. There’s also a restroom. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking lot/spaces. They accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Driving through Gainesville and saw this cute retro looking Krispy Kreme so I had to stop in! The doughnuts werent hot despite the hot light being on so I did mention this and promptly given hot ones to replace them. Taste is the same as my beloved WP location BUT the shape was off and a little more yeasty. Overall, still good just be mindful of that light.

Donuts were delicious, but the service was not as friendly as it should be. The lady taking our order seemed extremely rushed, and frustrated with everyone...like cmon, hurry up and spit your order out... this was my very 1st visit at a Krispy Kreme, and will more than likely be my last. The donuts were good and all, but not THAT good to go back and be made to feel like I am a big bother. Oh well...live and learn.

Sequoia is the absolutely best! She made me feel special on my birthday and every time I go back to buy for my work, she always provides 110% customer service. People like these are precious and should be taken cared of in the workforce.

My daughter loves donuts so we stopped in this morning before school... When entering the door I was yelled at to use the other door if there is a sign i ensure you it is to small and doesnt attract attention because while waiting 5 others did the exact same thing and got yelled at.... When I went to order my daughter wanted a chocolate iced donut with sprinkles which apparently wasnt in the display case of donuts so she suggested I look at what they had and choose from that magically what I wanted came from the back as well as the donut holes that were also in the back as if I was supposed to just automatically know I dont think I will go out of my way to stop here often

Went there because it was my birthday so I wanted to get donuts the cashier was rude. She got upset and caught an attitude because I simply said “hey” not in a disrespectful manner but simply trying to get her attention so I could let her know that it was my birthday. I did not get my donuts. The workers there need to have better attitude towards customers not the first time I’ve had an employee be rude.

I sent my husband to Krispy Kreme to get 2 dozen donuts around 1pm this Wednesday while I waited in the car. The lines to the counter were confusing and longer than usual. There are no signs indicating where the line actually starts so people were cutting in line until the manager said to get behind the first person in line (which happened to be my husband 😏).Now about the donuts, the plain Krispy Kreme doughnuts are green in honor of St.Patricks Day so dont expect regular looking donuts today. They still taste great though. And despite the messy chocolate on the box top of the other dozen donuts (which is expected since they were fresh from the line), the Boston Creme donuts still tasted delicious. 😋 Thanks for making our 20 mile trip worth it.

SUPER service last night on 13th Street, Gainesville, Fl. The older lady was SO PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL!

Doughnuts are great of course! I have it 3 stars because the girl ( I think ) that works the cashier is rude sometimes.

Employees are very rude and place is dirty. Saw a roach crawling up the wall as I waited in line and then when I got up to the counter to let the lady know that I was picking up an online order (saw my order sitting right on the counter near her) she rolled her eyes at me and told me I HAD to go outside and walk around to the pickup window after waiting for their slow service for 8 minutes in the growing line of other waiting customers. She couldn’t be a decent human being and just hand me my order but wanted to inconvenience me instead. Avoid this place and eat better donuts elsewhere.

For many years Ive gone almost an hour, just to get the FRESH glazed and another dozen thats mixed. ❤❤😘😘 Momma used to take us. Several generationsand still brings everyone happy 😉🤗

I bought 1 1/2 dozen original glazed and 6 chocolate glazed sprinkled. The original glazed were very disappointing. Looks like they didnt rise enough.

I wish I would have gotten the girls name that helped me. She was amazing. I have 2 little girls that are a handful! She offered to help me out with the girls which I have never been offered before and it was extremely nice to see someone really care and want to help.

Excellent staff! Everyone was very friendly and quick to help. Store is clean with a larger than expected seating area. They also have outdoor seating with umbrellas. Of course, the donuts are delicious, get them hot if you can!

Miss having donuts at the gas station. I use to get some for work. Now since I dont go pass there shop Im lucky to get once a year. Ended up with dunkin donuts since its the only thing in Alachua.

Never have I been so excited to see the Hot n Fresh sign. On the morning of October 5th, I was blown away by the simple taste of a Krispy Kreme donut. This place is nice. Its clean, the service is super friendly, and the food is very good. Parking is a slight issue though, but as an overall, this location in Gainesville is really good for donuts.

The sign was on so we decided to stop. Best donught ever! The employees were awesome, and treated our girls like they owned the place. Awesome experience.

Today was my first visit...and my last since I see we werent the only ones yelled at for using the wrong door. I told the employee that I understood and was definitely going to the back of the line when she said to her coworker that people are getting smart with me today. The next customer came in the wrong door and said No problem as she yelled at him as well. I told him I made the same mistake and that the door does say, Use Other Door so we were both wrong. We laughed and the same employee got VERY LOUD about not having people getting smart with her and rolled her eyes at me when I looked at her. I decided to leave before my inner sinner made an appearance. Busy store. Maybe extra breaks would improve her attitude since its obviously a pattern of behavior.

They are just getting smaller and smaller. For a second I thought they put donuts hole instead of doughnuts 😂. Being a Krispy Kreme customer for years, they used to be three or four bites each doughnut. Now? A Little more than one bite! Barely 2.

The staff was wonderful! So friendly! And cant forget the 🌟 s of the show: the doughnuts. They were fresh even though the sign wasnt on. I always come to this location.

Delicious! Their que system needs work, as people dont read the sign on the door that says do not enter. But that isnt really their fault. Parking is terrible, but worth it.

I waited over a year to spend a $20 dollar Krispy Kreme gift card I received in NY (Skaneateles); there are no outlets there even though the donuts are sold in the stores. I started to think I would just throw it out but I kept it. We live in FL now and had to take our little Simon to the U of F in Gainesville to have his heart checked out, new State, new Doctors (he is 13 and doing fine, tks for asking); however, me and the wife had to wait outside while he was entertaining the doctors and since we drove an hour and hadnt eaten we went in search of human fuel, LOL...low and behold, not 4 minutes from the University my wife says hey look a Krispy Kreme store; holy crow, I couldnt believe it, never saw one before. Then she says too bad you dont have that card anymore but if you want to stop there turn around at the light and get us some coffees and see what type of donuts they have, we can take it back to the parking lot since were so close. I said I have the card, kept it just in case but it might be expired; I went in and asked the fella and while he checked it out I looked at the donut display and OMG what a surprise, I was like a kid in a candy store; the 1st fella could not get a read on my gift card but I said I need 2 coffees and half a dozen when the other fella said let me see the card and he did something on his terminal and said, yup, you got $20 bucks. So I bought the coffees and juices and asked him to pick me a half dozen mixed because I was just in wonder at all the choices I just could not decide. Anyhow, remember, I have never been to a Krispy Kreme, never had their donuts or coffee, and had saved this gift card like forever....so a very long story short, they were the BEST & FRESHEST DONUTS me and the wife have ever had and the guy picked me all great ones but that jelly filled one had to take the cake, OMG it was so delicious and I had to lick my fingers there was so much jelly. My wife says the glazed one was so fresh it was melting in her mouth. Well we picked up Simon and went back to the Krispy Kreme before our hour drive back home and we purchased a dozen to share with our neighbors over coffee; PS, their coffee was so good and tasted like it was a part of the donuts, like you have to have that coffee with those donuts, you know, like a good wine and a specific cheese. Our only regret is there is no Krispy Kreme here in Summerfield but we have made a pac with our neighbors that whomever goes to Gainesville must always bring back a dozen (mixed of course) with at least 2 jelly filled for me and we will all have coffee and donuts together on the patio of the one who bought and brought the donuts (all 6 of us). Long story, hope you enjoyed it and start your own pac and get the BEST EVER donuts in this world for you and your friends and dont forget the coffee!!!
