Two out of 3 girls were really nice . I believe that one girl was just having a bad day. Other customers was giving her a really bad time. But over all it was good.

I meant to write this review yesterday but lost track of time. The employees were very friendly and very helpful especially Tiana. She helped me find shoes for all my kids and was very patient with them too. Even through the checkout process she showed me how to spin the wheel to save. I will definitely be returning soon for more shoes for them in the future.

Great customer service. The young man that helped me and checked me out was awesome. My 8yr old wanted some boots that were on sale. The shoe she picked up was the same brand of shoes that were on sale but it wasnt that style. The young man still have her the sale price for the shoes and really made day. Thanks you so much for your exceptional customer service.

The store was fully stocked with my kids favorite brands I left with 2 pairs of shoes only paid 60$ so prices are good as well. Lots of deals on the best name brands. I have shopped here for 7years since I moved to Florida. I had a pizza shop inside the mall for 3 years so I always had GREAT customer service. My last visit here was not pleasant. Very rude cashiers and they treated me like I was a poor person while I was with my 12yr old daughter. I bought 5 pairs of shoes mind you but I asked about a sale and got an attitude from not 1 but 2 female cashiers then they asked me for my ID when I swiped my husbands credit card as if I had a stolen credit card. The feeling i had from that was unreal. I have never been asked for my ID at this store in 7years. I will NEVER go here again. I visited 2weeks ago.

I was looking for a specific type of shoe and they had it, and they had my size.

It was nice and the prices were not bad at all on some of the shoes. It was kimda hard to find help when we went but when we did find someone they were very nice. But she also seemed like there was more important things to do besides helping us out. But she for the most part had manners i just wish she would of acted like we were important enough to help i guess it was because we were looking for shoes in the 49.00 range and we did have a lot of money like the other customer there that she was more happy to see. But over all it was nice clean and cashier was very nice.

I almost always can find a shoe I can use here. The staff seems well trained, the prices are fair. Its a good mall, too.

Large, clean, well organized store with amazing deals! Varied selection for the whole family. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient mall location located next to Dillards. Good hours. Plenty of parking.

I have always liked the place but it feels like the employees follow you around. Do they assume you steal or do they just need something to do. Thats why I dont like going there much anymore

I prefer this place for name brand sneakers. Its more self-service than the other shoe stores in the mall but its reflected in their very reasonable prices for the same great shoes.
