Went to Walgreens 5/15/2020. Got to the register where an employee was being checked out by another. As I waited patiently for the first 4 minutes, there seemed to be an issue with the coupons employee #1 was using. Employee #2 stated the register was running slow. Approaching minute #9 I started paying attention as I didnt notice of being acknowledged or being advised maybe someone being with me shortly. Nope..Nothing Still like a madman waiting patiently to be checked out I finally got irritated at minute #18. Still said nothing, I still have yet to be acknowledged, I finally decided to leave. Being courteous, I walked back to stock my items on the shelf where I here employee #2 state that she really didnt care. Employee #1 laughs while stealing I mean attempting to purchase her products As I I finally make to the door employee #2 states that she doesnt care, one less person to enter her line. Horrible customer service on both employees, on the clock or not.

I frequent this store often and the employees have always been kind and helpful. The prices are a bit high but I like the convenience and in-and-out I always experience.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house and you wont let me in without a mask? The last masks I saw were $25, and I havent had work for almost a month now did I receive a stimulus payment. Let me come in without a mask...its job security for you!

Its a Walgreens! I do like that I can have FedEx packaged delivered to this location if I cant be home to sign for them. Its a very convenient service that Ive employed a few times now. Great job Walgreens/FedEx!

Very clean and well stocked store. One employee, an mature lady, is extremely helpful. I regret not remembering her name.However, the pharmacy has alot to be desired. There is one pharmacist whos been with Walgreens for a very long time, is very conscientious, and the best Walgreens has going for them. I will get the correct spelling of his name. Allow days, or a week before your prescriptions are ready.

Pharmacy & staff is fantastic but store manager hangs up on customers when store is in error. Plus, site to store orders just seem to get lost and they dont want to fix so you have to go through corporate. Ridiculous!

I’ve received excellent customer service from pharmacy staff Tracie and another African American gentleman. However the automated service needs to be updated or removed.

I had my PCP call in my Rx to this Pharmacy, I called Pharmacy to verify insurance, cost, Rx pickup time. I was told it will be ready in 30mins. I got there 45mins later, asked for pick up, it was not ready. I was told they have to contact my PCP to change format of my Rx.Why didnt you call PCP prior?Why should I wait until tomorrow to pick up my Rx?Why didnt you notify PCP when you did not have Rx in your Pharmacy?I went to CVS, it was cheaper than Walgreens.

Sold me a debit card that never worked, wouldnt resolve the issue, had me arrested for demanding a refund. cost my family $800.00. I hope all of you rot in hell.
