I will never ever stop shopping at B & B. Because I have very sensitive skin; their body wash and skin cream/butter has never ever broken me out. Ive even started my husband to using it. I especially love the fact that a little goes a long way.

So this Bath & Body Works is insane! They are so nice and organized, and they even have an entire store dedicated to White Barn and for the candles... literally an entire store next to the main Bath & Body Works. Maybe I just dont get out much but I have never seen that before! Oaks Mall is now my favorite mall!

All I can say is I should own stock in this store as much as stay in here. This is the only place I go to for my families bath, body wash and lotions. Being very sensitive to perfumes and dyes, their product has never caused any skin irritations or breakouts on me. They are my Happy Place😍!

I love their fragrances but every time they get something I really like its discontinued. If it werent for the sales it would be way too expensive.

I have been trying to find a specific seasonal product at different stores and was not lucky. She took it upon herself to help me and told me she would look out for it if they got it in. While it is a bit pricey, the quality of their products is outstanding. The semi annual sales rock. I love this store and tend to walk out with a lot more than I planned. I don’t post reviews but I was here yesterday and I was quite disappointed with the new staff. They are not as helpful like they had before. I had to confront 2 people just to get gift bags (which I usually get from the previous people) and my coupon was not honored. I believe the previous staff was transferred to their new branch at Archer Road near Target. I’d rather go the new place which has better customer service.

This place was so busy. Had to wait 10 min, but did not mind due to social distancing and not being overcrowded.

The staff did such an exceptional job keeping the store clean and their customers safe during this pandemic!

The store is beautiful but the manager and the staff cant compare to the employees at Oaks Mall. They ask you if they can help and then disappear. I went in twice and the manager was the one that ask me if she could help and then nothing. I dont think I will go back. I would rather go to the mall where the staff are very nice and helpful.

Only giving this store 4 stars because their soap collection is a little smaller then the one at Orange Park mall. I exclusively get soap from bath and body works. Sign up with your email to get coupons sent to you monthly. Best time to stock up is during their semi annual Hello Yellow sale (which they announce in store, social media and their email list).

Fantastic variety of products and a good amount of sales going on every day. Only 4 starts because the constant upselling from the employees is really annoying. Im almost 100% sure they work for commission, so I understand. But this makes me come in more seldom.

Who dont like Bath & Body Works the smell lures you right through the entrance way an theres so many things to look at an tester stuff you come out smelling like Halloween of Christmas past.. An theres always multi deals. I love picking up the waterless hand sanitizers for my grandkids to put in there backpacks in school an for gifts an for myself as after all you have to treat yourself to

BBW is the first place I go to every time I visit the mall, even if I don’t need anything! All of the employees, especially the Store Manager, are completely delightful, helpful, and friendly. I always know that I am going to get a warm smile when I come into the store and never have to look far to get assistance. I definitely recommend this store!!

OMGSSSSSHHH this is the place where I stock up all my candles here, I buy so many of them but I dont burn them. I keep them in my closet where the rest of my 500 pairs of shoes are to keep them smell nice and clean. My shoes usually stick up after a day of walking
