Unprofessional!! Cashier laying on the counter when my husband, siblings, and I walked up and ignored us. WILL NEVER BE BACK!! I’ve been coming here my whole life. This drew the line.

The cashier was very nice. I felt sorry for her. The store was a mess and very disorganized. This store needs a deep cleaning and someone to oversee the general appearance of the store. Honestly, I felt dirty walking out of the store. The stocking of products on the shelves looked like a yard sale set up.

The Manger on Florence Blvd was rude loud, saying she was not wearing a mask! Then she came over while I was shopping for a rug and started straight up the rugs while i was shopping..I preceded to leave the store but decided I wasnt going to shop there anymore and I wanted a refund and she told the cashier I couldnt get one that she would only do an exchange only with my receipt that I just purchased 2 min ago! I told her give me my money back bc you are rude and this is the wrong time and day.. I demanded my money back because she was rude and in my face without a mask and will never shop there again!! She should be fired ASAP!!

My expectations weren’t super high but I expect at least some care for costumer service anywhere im choosing to spend money. Typically, I can walk in, get my items, and have pleasant conversation with the cashier. The 1st negative encounter I had was while in line with a basket full of potential purchases. The cashier stopped all transactions with the person ahead of us and said they were waiting for the next cashier to come on duty. After 10 mins of the manager and employees arguing about who could/would run the register, we put our basket down and left. I know we would have been more understanding if they would have made the smallest attempt to inform the line of costumers what the issue was; but we were ignored.Yesterday I had a buggy full of items and waited in line while the cashier yelled to the back of the store to his managers who we’re accepting a truck. He needed to go home but they were short staffed. The cashier yelled about needing to go home to pay bills and took a phone call that ended up being his wife while there was a line of costumers. My husband was kinder than I. I was about to leave my buggy and walk out before my husband struck up conversation with the cashier. We purchased our items but the terrible costumer service is not worth the price . We won’t be back.

My husband and I were shopping 3-16-19, I have been having panic attacks and depression, other health problems and have not been out in public in months,so he talks me into going,BAD MISTAKE, We had about 60 items in our buggy and headed to check out and I had to go to bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom one of the ladies that worked there was waiting outside the bathroom door and ask if she could look in my purse that someone told that they seen ME put something in my purse. I told her she could and started to panic. Of course I had not put anything in my purse,and she said that there wasnt . I was panicking, humiliated, embarked, you CAN NOT EVEN IMAGINE ! I Told my husband we left did not buy anything, I just wanted to go home and hide behind the 4 walls again! People are awful no a days! I WOULD NOT, AND MYSELF,FAMILY, FRIENDS WILL NEVER GO IN THIS STORE AGAIN

The manager there now is very hateful and rude to the customer. She will harass you why your shopping. Then try call you theif. I hate shopping at this dollar tree.I hope they find new manager before their business is effect.
