I purchased a Fast Dell latitude E5470 gor $304.00 it took a little over a week to be delivered.I set to install windows 10 and after a short time in the install process massage asked for an input of either my email or phone I input and received this message This email is part of a reserved domain. Please enter a different email address. I tried imputing my phone...same message - I tried both more than one time. Basically I couldnt install the operating system, I called left a message, no response, I packed it up and sent it back the same day or next. I tracked it and a week later I was notified it was on left on the dock -received lol.With waiting for my for my money to be refunded the whole debacle took over two weeks the computer came with a note asking me to make a positive comment on my purchase. I never received a response to my first phone contact and nothing after the return. Nothing a little sketchy about the Win 10 OS. Steer clear this company lights are on but nobodys home.

I had occasion to need assistance with my newly-purchased laptop. My camera wasnt working and my anti-virus software was blocking all attempts to fix it. Jerod was so great navigating me through the fix. He also steered me towards an alternative spyware solution that was less expensive and more effective than what Ive been using. Helpful is the key word here. By far, THE BEST tech service I have ever had with a product. Jared spent about an hour on the phone with me to work through my issues and saved me time and money by helping me fix the issues remotely. This is a former electrical/computer engineer talking... so what I am saying is they know their stuff. Additionally, the sales office was assisted me extremely quickly and was I will buy from this company in the future. The products I buy from this company are refurbished Lenovo ThinkPads for personal use. Definitely great machines for the money.

Recently purchased 2 dell towers. both worked flawlessly out of box. 2 days ago had a issue with one, which customer support was right on it, having a tech call me back quickly. it ended up being an issue with the software, jarred, the tech who help me was very professional and knowledgeable. he walked me through everything, now im back up and running. thank you
