I drove past and saw that they did iPhone repairs in store. So I walked in and inquired about my broken camera lens. The rep said it could be done gave me a price and said we could order it and then complete the repair when it comes in. About 5 days later I came back and was going to start the process for the repair. I was told that the parts needed had actually been restocked so it could be done on that day. So I took advantage and got my camera lens fixed. A real Hail Mary but they were clutch. Got my phone fixed. It was nowhere near as expensive as I thought. And it was a quick and efficient process. Would definitely recommend for anyone in a similar situation.

The screen on my 83-year-old Dads Lenovo All-in-one PC went totally black and I brought it in to Quick Fix. They called my back a few days later and told me the display module had come unplugged from the motherboard. They also said the hard drive was failing, so I asked them to replace it with a solid state drive. They did so, and managed to copy everything to the new drive. My dad is very happy with his much faster machine. Great job!

I have had my batteries replaced on our older model iPhones and iPads a this location. They did a great job at very reasonable prices. Also, I have had my two Surface tablets and two windows tablets worked on for software issues. They also did a great job on them, too.Good place to go.

They didnt fix my computer ... and they werent at all quick either. It was a data recovery job that ended up with my SSD getting formatted. I cant say for sure how that formatting occurred, but the resulting data recovery task certainly got more expensive. If I was sure that they reformatted the drive I would have given them a single star.

Had to wait for a couple parts and had some bad news but my computer works perfectly now and the case looks brand new because they cleaned it.

Very pleased with their speed and responsiveness to my questions! Also, free diagnosis is a big deal on an older machine, to figure out whether its worth repairing. As it turned out I didnt need to shop for a new one, but they have a nice selection of used machines with a 1-year warranty.

Great place to get deals on quality computers and accessories. They knock service out of the park too, have fixed my phone a few times and multiple iPad screens too. Highly recommend. I will be heading there soon for a new MacBook too!

This is the 3rd time I have used Quick Fix for a major PC problem. Turns out my hard drive died on a ten year old PC. The big question was the old data that I had partially backed up. A guy named Rick works there. He was very helpful. He gave the business a good name. My charger port to my laptop became loose again two months after being fixed and I had a final due today and he fixed my computer for me for free since it was Broke so quick. He explained to me that the Dell model I have could be the reason why. I looked around to look into purchasing a new computer. They have excellent prices. Definitely worth it to take a look. They all have great customer service skills and care about their customers. I cant wait to purchase my new computer from there soon!

I took my ps4 to a near by location because my children shoved an object into the disc drive and got it stuck. This place told me they could not get the object out and it would cost $200 for a new disc drive to be installed. I asked them to see if the could source the part for a little cheaper. After waiting another few weeks I called them back only to find out my ps4 was placed on a do not repair list and if it wasn’t picked up within 90 days it was lost. I immediately started googling places near me and found quick fix. I called them, next day took ps4 there dropped it off and less than 24hrs later found out from them they could remove the object for $50 and my disc drive still works. I will be a customer for life!

The other day my pc was having problems, so on Tuesday, september 22nd, he took it in to Quick Fix so it can be fixed and its now working good as new

Went to Apple first & they said to fix my computer it would be $800 and they’d basically replace everything. (A new one would be $1000). Came to quick fix as a last ditch effort. & they cleaned it up for $40- it’s now working like a charm. I had water damage & the thing wouldn’t turn on when I brought it to them.Not to mention they’re extremely nice and helpful to both my parents who live in the area and bother these guys with silly things on a regular basis. 😄

My mother recommended Laptop Fix. I called ahead to ask about Mac desktops, and I was informed of their inventory. They answered all of my questions promptly and kindly. I took my HP pavilion laptop to them because my touch screen stopped working and HP support was absolutely no help! Quick fix told me it would take couple day for them to check out. Right on Queue I received a call and told what the issue was and they would need to order a component and should have in few days they gave me a price and I gave the ok. 2 days later got 2nd call, laptop is ready and can be picked up. Personal-IT.I dropped my laptop onto its head and ruined my hard drive. Took it to “Laptop Fix” aka “Your Quick Fix” and had a definitive answer within two hours. I decided to purchase a used laptop they offered at a very reasonable price and have also asked that they replace my hard drive with a working SSD, again at a very fair price. The staff does not work for commission so there was no hassle with getting the cheap model I wanted. They are very knowledgeable and will help to point you in the right direction if you tell them what you need. I will be coming back to this store if I have more tech problems.

Went in to look at laptops and ended up placing one in layaway. This was 2yrs ago and its still going good. Ive never had a problem with it. I did have to replace the charger but the guys were great and got me another one. I will never go anywhere else but Laptop Fix.

This store appears to make their money from doing repairs. I have been here twice, both times to buy a computer part they had when Best Buy did not. I often check here now.

My family and I used this store quite a bbit in the past because we always had good service and good prices on their computers. Yesterday I went here to buy a computer and I explained to the salesperson to talk in laymen terms about the computers, he may as well spoke French. I asked him again to stop talking like a doctor and tell me which is the best one for the money I wanted to spend. He showed me a couple but one would not even come up, the salesman said it takes awhile. I am so sorry but I left and went somewhere else,they did talk to me in terms I understood, so they received my money.The young man did not smile one time! I felt like I was a bothering him. I wish it was like it use to be where my business meant quite a bit! We had purchased at least 7 different labtops and PCs from this place and also had quite a few repairs done. I wont be back any time soon. Also they stopped military discounts on purchases . Supposedly if you have repairs done you can receive a discount if veteran status.

Great job fixing my Chromebook

My Lenovo IdeaPad (originally Windows 8 and updated to 8.1 and then to 10) stopped working after the “April” Windows 10 update, which occurred in May, 2018. Ken and Mike recovered the data and did a clean install of Windows 10. A few minor adjustments were done to get my Lenovo back up and running. The price seemed fair and they continue to be helpful. Check out their prices on used laptop PCs, which seem to be a better buy than a new ChromeBook to me. They also have used desktops and Apple computers. I am very happy and recommend LaptopFix for repairs and used computers. Great service quickly; my computer was done within a day.

Took my laptop in to have it cleaned out and to get a piece fixed the piece that they fixed works just fine but as far as it being cleaned out it is very very slow running I’m not at all happy with it
