They were in the middle of a remodel because I went in and everything out of sorts. I tried to find a car power inverter for my laptop but they didnt have any. I guess Im just behind the power curb with my technology lingo. I ended up just getting a USB-C adapter for my long ride and let the computer die when it did. At least the sales associate who tried to help was nice. Im sure hed walk the whole store looking for it but I had to go. I wish Id gotten his name. He had shoulder length blonde hair. You know who you are. Thank you.

I drove 36 miles and passed a lot of stores that sell TVs, so I could buy one from Best Buy. It was well worth the trip. Best Buy has a huge selection to choose from and competitive prices. The sales person was very helpful and professional. I was able to purchase a TV in less than 5 minutes.

About what you would expect for a best buy. They closed off the entrance to the mall so you can only get in from the outside which is kind of annoying. Pretty clean store. Employees are fairly friendly. A decent selection of stuff.

Decent prices on things but it is almost impossible to catch anyone on the phone call questions and customer service could be a lot better while you were in the store. I actually went to the desk and asked about getting the largest air conditioner they carry. They said they would send someone over. I waited about 15 minutes and walked back over to the counter and the girl saw had a surprised look and then she gets on the radio calling for someone to help me

I went to the store at Magnolia Mall to shop for a copier. The sales associate, Cooper, took the time to answer all the questions I asked. He also explained the many functions of the copier and made sure I purchased the copier I needed to complete the task I told him I would be using the copier for.

I had a pleasant experience. The customer service person was really nice. Very helpful and nice. Dont remember his name.

The store was clean but the customer service was not a thing. I bought a microwave and I was hoping for some info or help but none. I didnt even get offered assistance when carrying the microwave from the back of the store to the front or after purchase.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR YOUR GREATEST ELECTRONICS

The store was open and ready for business. The price of most things was high but honestly with Best Buy I have came to know and accept this. I scanned multiple items and they had a great stock. The workers seemed to be in good spirits as one made a joke with me. They were a bit busy and they didnt ask me for help until I was exiting the store. They also did not have the item I was looking for but I cant fault them because the item had just been released. Overall great experience nothing bad or painful and almost near perfect masks requirements and social distancing practices as usual. So I now give this electronics mega giant a 4 out 5. If you must know why no 5, its the price its just too darn high!

Store was clean and orderly. We were greeted by 2 associates. One associate helped us choose an iPad and all accessories. He even put the screen protector on for us.

I wish I would have asked the girls name who helped us but she was great. Not pushy and helped us get everything we needed. After we found what we wanted we walked around the store checking everything out and about 5 other employees offered to help. I was very impressed woth the staff and the Apple Rep there was a trip. Love BestBuy, always friendly service here even if the staff aren’t very knowledgeable about products. It’s cute to watch them try to pretend like they know things though. Every once in a while one of them really knows what they’re talking about.

Cant find any help, took me 10 to 15 minutes to locate printers that I wanted to buy and never got the attention of one blue shirt. I left w iui th oh it purchasing a thing, because no one seemed interested in making a sale.

The associate in appliances was very helpful and had great customer service, but afterwards when we went to shop around and wanted to check out, this guy was more concerned about his phone when his customer (us) were waiting. Wasn’t pressed on it but we were like wow maybe we should apply so we can text and work. But hey we got what we needed.

Hired geek squad to assemble an elliptical. I paid they missed 3 appointments. Went to the store only to find that they dont do that service in my area. I tool 2 days off work for nothing. I did get a refund thanks alot😒

Place is empty of product here in Florence. One person acknowledged I was there with a thumbs up from 30 feet away. Why shop brick and mortar if you get zero customer service???

They usually have great customer service however today I came across a rude customer service person. I was so angry at the disregard these people shown me about fixing or replacing my device. Then there are a lot of people standing around conversing instead of working for the customers that they are suppose to serve. I am disgusted and so be careful when you buy someone a laptop with the warranty they still will try to get out of doing their job!!!!!

I bought an apple computer for $1,200 from them at the end of March 2020. The screen is messing up and already having problems. I called them trying to get it set up where I could have it fixed. They informed me it could take 3 weeks. I use this computer for school and work and have to have it. I cant really go a day without it due to needing it for work and college. They did not care and would not help me. We have bought 3 computers from them, phones and tvs over the years. I spoke to manager and he did not seem to really care and he was rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed in their service.

Finally able to get into the store! Went looking for new phone cases for new phones just purchased. One salesperson was not very helpful at all. He said no cases and then asked about wireless earbuds. He dropped us off at the display and then disappeared. After looking for a few minutes a lady salesperson stopped and spent time with us and helped pick out the set I purchased. This purchase was solely on her recommendation and if she did not stop I would have left the store with nothing.

Drove an hour away from home to come to this Best Buy for an AirPod replacement as it is the closest one. I had scheduled an appointment for 4:40 which I arrived 5 minutes early for. Once I arrived, I filled out some paperwork and was instructed it would be 10-15 minutes. No problem. However, more people came in AFTER me, and were seen and serviced BEFORE me and after they were all helped I was instructed it’d be an additional 10-15 minutes. By this point I’m aggravated because what was the purpose of the appointment? Moving forward I had to fill out more paperwork, and all they did was take the AirPod that was broken and sent me home without the replacement. I also have to drive BACK to this poor establishment to pick up the replacement AirPod after waiting for an hour after a scheduled appointment.

It is a Best Buy. They do have smurfs that sell you things. The store seems very cluttered at times and getting a cart around in there should be an Olympic sport.Would love to go in there and not have to tell the same people 20 or so times nope dont need any help. They are NOT very helpful though for people that ask so many times. The knowledge level of most is very low. My wife was given incorrect information on 2 different products in one day. We have meet some good ones that seemed to know their stuff but not many.I worked for Best Buy for about 2 years in my early twenties in North Carolina and can honesty say that the staff is usually under trained so I dont blame them. They trained us the same back then. Meet customers needs from blah blah blah....and appear like Gandalf in a wisp of smoke from around the corner to ask every customer hundreds of times if they need help. Hit your department goals or get promoted to customer.The culture has changed some over the years thankfully but not by much.

No real complaint. First time visiting this location. Definitely the smallest Best Buy I have ever been in. Did not find the item I was looking for, although the website said it was in stock. To the stores credit, I was about a month late getting to the store to pick it up. Plus side of the visit was the employees. They were very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

A tall kid with locs walked up to me in the laptop area and immediately starting helping me find a portable hard drive. I know a good bit about tech and what I was looking for so usually the techs arent much help for me personally. However, not only did he manage to coincidentally line up with my laptop choices after giving him my preferences, but he manage to get me to think about another model (to which I chose). He deserves employee of the month and a raise! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

A usual best buy that has all of your electronic needs. I always suggest you price check with other stores because best buy can be pretty pricey. This best buy is connected to the mall and isnt the biggest most broad selection of electronics but is decent sized. The workers are friendly and helpful though.
