This wonderful establishment offered excellent pricing, wonderful customer service, good selections and same day delivery. My washer and dryer also came with warranty. The set is immaculate. Works great. I highly recommend and will return for future purchases.

Our washer went out and I got to Florence Appliance really really late at closing time. The gentleman took care of what I needed, and was so patient.And when I thought it couldnt get any better, the two gentlemen that delivered the new washer were extremely courteous and professional. They exercised GREAT care not to tear up anything or make a mess. THEY WERE FABULOUS.I highly HIGHLY recommend this place.

Never ever call the store to fix the GE appliances! I bought my GE appliances from here and another store. When they got struck by lightning or broke for whatever reason, I called GE themselves. They send out their repairmen and I got free work done on all my problems even after the warranty had expired! They replaced a $900 brain in my Jen-air for free after warranty! The GE company is the best way to get your problems solved... Not the retailers!
