Just moved into our home and Home Depot has everything you need at reasonable prices. All staff very nice and helpful. Well worth drive to here from Russellville.

Went at 7 am to order refrigerator. That is the time for best customer service. Devin is knowledgeable and informative. Craig and Daniel from RAS delivery service (contracted by Home Depot) were efficient in removing old refrigerator and installing new one. No problems with delivery.

Help in the outside area was effortless, nice and knowledgeable.

Home Depot has great customer service. There is always a person available to help. I like shopping there.

A few weeks ago I returned a Rigid Air Nail Gun. Was shocked at the simplicity. I was not asked for a receipt, I was only asked if I wanted to exchange the gun. The customer service rep told me to go get another and when I got back, she had all tags and paperwork finished. I was very happy with this transaction.Forward to today and I returned to the same store with another Rigid gun which had an issue. Today I was asked for a receipt and denied exchange due to not having receipt.I asked service rep to search my debit card purchase history. She found the previous nail gun and printed it out. She asked me if this was a 15gauge gun and I told her it was an 18. She immediately informed me that I couldnt return an item which is different than the item on receipt!All this was accompanied by a really poor attitude. I told service rep that their inconsistent actions was confusing to customers.Back to Lowes and nevermind about Rigid being my new tool of choice. BTW, I am a carpenter by trade.Florence, Home Depot gets a D- today...

Drove from savannah tn to Florence all store only to find stock listed on Web page is not actually in stock. Employees attitude was oh well, better luck next. No apology only indifference.

What we wanted was only available online, but we really appreciated the helpful young associate.

Sent two Hispanic employees to pick up a pallet of water and they were very rude to them. Did not want to wrap the water and wanted us to pay for the pallet the water was on. Made us wrap our own water. I don’t think you should treat people like this just because they are of a different race.

I love this place. I have never had a place offer so much help. I have a pro account and it is amazing. Everyone is so pleasant and willing to help. You can ask for discounts on items without them getting frustrated and at times they will show you a alternate item that saves you money if they cant get you a discount on something and if you are doing a large project let them know that you will be buying alot of stuff from them they will work with you.

The Home Depot does not allow appliances to be returned, even if they do not fit. We were NOT told this at the time of purchase. Built in microwaves are now a standard two inches taller than our previous vented built-in microwave. To make the microwave fit the tile of the backsplash has to be cut. The men could not install the appliances on the scheduled installation date because it would not fit. The sales person was NOT helpful in making their return policy clear. Please ask about the return policy before you buy replacement appliances.

Great job. They asked if the could help me load up what I had bought. I had bags of concrete and 20 cinder blocks, no easy task. They followed me out and loaded my trailer, they did it with a smile and was very polite. They will get my business from now on.

Had a better price on lumber than some discount places. The guys in lumber are always willing to help me load.

Home Depot was my favorite over Lowes but 👎 now not so much. I had bought a new dryer and when it was delivered the thing didnt work and the deliverers would not take it back. Instead I had to wait for 4 different times for a tech that never showed nor calls. This was on Aug 27th. Its now Oct 7th and Im still waiting for some results. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a company. Has anyone ever heard of a company that doesnt take returns on appliances?? They do take them back but instead I was given the runaround. I give them no rating and would definitely not recommend them to anyone for anything. They are the worst.

My #1 home care supply store. Spent a fortune here, and that was mostly in the unpatriotic old days when no military discounts were available. Now, lots of 20 year olds, sitting on their butts doing nothing, and dont know where anything is (and dont care). No customer service here anymore. Glad Im not remodeling and flipping houses anymore.

Everyone knows what home depot is.. your either a depot fan or lowes fan but if one doesnt have what you need usually the other does.

I really like shopping at Home Depot for our DIY projects/home repairs... however the policy about cutting wood should be altered a bit. Was needing a sheet of plywood cut down the middle longways but the employee in the wood cutting area said they werent allowed to cut it that way only sideways... I dont get the reasoning for that policy. (maybe he just didnt want to do it lol idk) other than that the assistance given was informative and really helpful for my decision making in regards to my purchases. Prices are reasonable and variety is a plenty as well.

I called ahead to see if someone could help me load sheetrock and they said sure they will be someone there to load it. I have a horribly bad lower back and wound up having to load it with no employee in sight. I hate this place

Everyone I asked was very helpful. No complaints.

I went in to purchase a drill. A nice buggy pusher helped my more then the manager of the tool department. I was ignored and my way of walking was blocked by a manager that didn’t know how to help anyone. I have never been to Home Depot and don’t plan on going back. I definitely will not be referring a friend to this place. Just rude and unorganized. I will be taking my business else where.

Get the self checkouts to use cash again! Its obsurd that you cant use cash at the self checkouts. I only have cash and dont want to be around the maskless disrespectful cashiers.

Home depot in Florence has a wonderful garden center. Anything you might need and the help was very attentive.

The employees here LOVE working here apparently because they are the MOST helpful and knowledgeable people of ANY store of ANY kind I have EVER walked into. They know the products on their shelves WAYYYYY better than our local Lowes employees. 5 Stars from me for being the best home improvement store in the Quad Cities.

They are always really helpful and super polite. The store usually has their products and everything in the correct spots too so stuff is super easy to find.

Another great trip.. my wife has been making welcome signs. We have never been there and they not have fence pickets.. went there today and they had multiple bundles in both ceder and pine.. very good straight fresh boards.. staff r very nice and helpful.. its like they know when u r puzzled or cant fine something cause before i can ask for help they r asking me if i need any.. all around great store

I bought a product on their website, paid for it with PayPal then went to the store to pick it up, waited 15-20 minutes to be told they didnt have it. When I ordered it said they had 2 in the store and wud be ready for pick up in 2 hours. Turn out it was 2 1/2 hours of wasted time!

Went black friday shopping and ended up being one of the best experiences Ive had at your store. Even though I didnt partake,only because id just ate, hot chocolate and donuts were offered at the door. The employees are usually helpful, but seemed to go way out of the way to help today. Speaking of employees, they were in full force this day. Even the manager, which by the way I found to be very attractive, walked the sale isle asking guests if they needed help. The whole atmosphere of the store seemed festive .I made my selections and and headed to a no waiting checkout. Thanks home depot team. Ill be back.

Went online looking for an item. I needed 12 the website showed 37 in stock at my store. Got there and the store only had 3. Would of only gave two or one star but the workers were helpful ad tried to find them.

I purchased 2 Commercial Electric brand LED lights for my garage in Early 2018. About 6 weeks ago, 1 light began to flicker. 2 weeks ago, the flickering light burned out save for a small LED strip portion and the second light began flickering. I paid over $50 each for these lights and they both went bad within 2 weeks of each other. I consulted with service desk about the so called 5 year warranty that is all over the box. Home Depot said they could not do anything without a receipt and even if I had one, I would have to go to manufacturer for relief. Not the solution I wanted to hear. Even tried to give them my phone # so they could look up receipt. Wasnt interested. Lowes seems much better at making things right when they go wrong.
