After using this company for more than 10 years - I am done. I have seen the service decline. Truly - so disappointed - you guys are slipping on customer service. As for taking your computer to be fixed -they are good-but if you need anything more difficult - good luck.1. I called last week and spoke to a tech - I described the problems we were having at the office. We agreed that a site visit was needed and he could come out on Friday at a set time. The tech never showed. I waited an hour as I know they can get caught up on a call. I had not planned to be in the office on that day. When he didnt show I called the office and I was told by the person on the phone they would make some calls. Never heard back from them.2. In the past when - Nick was our dedicated tech he would ALWAYS make sure that we knew the passwords to our Cisco Routers/WiFi etc. The last tech that came out and worked on the router never shared that info with us. I called today to see if maybe they might have that info - like on an invoice maybe or in a file - we have been a customer for over 10 years. Nope - so unhelpful. I asked if I could speak to the person who did the work and I was told - they didnt work there any more (thats always comforting). And as I have been told before they do not keep that information on hand. Well - you would think that the tech would make sure you had that information before they left or is that just to much to ask?
