We were regulars here for awhile, but things have started to go down hill. First, I had my car in for an oil change and they told me my tires were not wearing evenly. When I asked why, I was told most likely they weren’t getting balanced. My reply:well I always bring my car here so does that mean you aren’t balancing them? Oh, well, I’ll make sure they do it from now on. The next time I took my car in for an oil change they didn’t put the cap back on the reservoir. You can see in the picture, it was left under the hood. Oil had splashed all over the engine and left a spill in my garage. They also didn’t reset my oil change light or give me a new sticker stating the date and mileage for my window. We won’t be going back.

Very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to getting my brakes repaired next weekend.

Great service only shop I trust with my vehicles

Had a very bad experience with the staff. I took one of my trucks here to have an air conditioning issue resolved. We agreed to have them keep the truck over night and they said it would be ready the next day.A few days later I called them a few hours from their closing time to see if they were done. The service manager told me that the man working on it forgot about a part he needed and that he was repairing it and would be done in about 10 minutes. An hour and a half later they were finally finished.Because of the constant delays, the service manager gave me this card for a free oil change that I tried to redeem today on my pickup. The general managers response was that because my pickup is a diesel, they would not honor the coupon and refused to give me an oil change.Never going back.

Went to get my oil changed and told them my tires had trouble holding air and if they could look at it (my light was also on).Came back to pick it up and they said my tires held air just fine. Paid and went back to my car and noticed the tires looks rotated, which is not what I wanted. The tire light was still on so I checked the pressure myself and the tires were still low..Had high hopes for this place after reading all the good reviews.

Called about getting my daughter’s car in because I suspected the rear brakes needed replaced as they were very loud. Got right in late that day. Done early the next afternoon! Great job and did exactly what I requested.

Stopped by at 5:40pm to get my air pressure filled in my left front tire. I was told by the bearded man inside that he already shut down his compressors and he couldnt help me. Im currently waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road with flat tire. I thought I could make it somewhere else but apparently not. Tire Choice was the only shop open anyways. I definitely could have made it 1 mile home if he just topped off my air pressure. Who shuts down their air compressors 20 minutes before they close? Maybe I should ask their district manager if thats acceptable to him. Or maybe he doesnt care just like his staff.

I needed a new tire after finding a screw in a tire that couldnt be repaired. I was nearly due for new tires, so I went ahead and ordered 4 new tires. There was an ordering snafu, which I really didnt mind. I drove around town without a problem, but once I drove above 55 mph, it vibrated horribly. I didnt think it could be the new tires. The guys in the shop were great, so I took it to a mechanic thinking it was something else. It turns out that despite paying for installation, including balancing the tires, the all of the tires were all off by an ounce. How can a place that specializes in tires not balance the tires? To say the least I am disappointed. I now have a bill for diagnostics from my mechanic. At least they arent charging me again to balance the tires that they didnt bother to do the first time. I do not recommend.

Wont let another team work on my stuff, I took my jeep here and they did so much work for me. They have earned ALL my business! Great staff!

Stayed open late to fix my tire when I was out of town…amazing.

I was there for 10 minutes watching them beat on a wheel hub with a sledgehammer and wasnt helped, so I left.

This place is awesome. They had a sense of humor when I got 2 flat tires within the same day (and apparently they’re bald too). They fixed them up and even stayed slightly past their close time to help me out. I’ll definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon lol)

Wonderful staff and manager! I got a screw in my tire and they got me in right away and repaired it quickly. I also needed a new tire installed. I had it shipped to them and they put it on and did it on my schedule.Employees are very knowledgeable and I Love that they dont tell you that you need to fix something on your car you didnt even go there for like other places do. Very great prices also.

These guys are awesome!! Helped me out in a jam, made it so I could get home safe, and didn’t even charge me!! Highly recommend them!

We ordered a tire on line and it was shipped to this store. We made an appointment and showed up at the appointment time. They swapped the new tire tp replace the damaged tire. It took them all of 20 minutes, including balancing. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. I am definitely coming back here. My wife loved the managers dog that was hanging out in the office. I called on July 13th to Tire Choice in Delaware to make an appointment to have my car looked at. The appointment was made for July 14th at 11am. When I arrived the man at the front desk told me there was no appointment for me and asked if I called the right store. He said I could come back at noon. Then assumed I needed an oil change. I did not need that. After telling my issue he advised me that no one there could do that. I’d have to wait for the manager to do it and he didn’t come in until 4:30pm. I said forget it and walked out. Horrible horrible service!!!!!!

The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain things in detail and easily to understand. I got my power steering flushed which I didn’t really think mattered that much but they showed me the condition of the fluid and it was awful. Also during my service they explained to me that the best tires in regards to condition and thread depth should be on the rear of the vehicle in order to help recover from hydro-plane situation better. I always thought best tires should be on the front of vehicle but I did some digging after and found many sites that state what they explained. The services I had done took a little longer than anticipated but I am glad they took the time to thoroughly make sure everything was done right.

New management seems to really know what they are doing and care about the customer! I will definitely be back!

I had a slow leak in my tire, so I decided to try this place A few days before Christmas. They were very nice and helpful on the phone, and just as nice in person. I left my car and took my young daughter to explore the shopping center near by. I was a little nervous that I didn’t receive a call about an estimate for the repair, but went back at the estimated completion time. They handed me my keys showed me the metal piece they had removed from my tire, and said I was good to go! NO charge, and Merry Christmas! My tire has held up and I will definitely be back!

Woke up this morning to a flat tire. Was able to call Tire Choice and they got my car in instantly! Didnt take them long at all to take the nail out and patch it. Will use them again!!

I’ve been there before but recently twice. Both times they were great. There’s a tech, Justin I think He’s helpful, honest and, very good at what he does. On my first recent visit, I witnessed first hand his honesty with two other customers as I waited for my service to be completed. This last visit was just routine but he handled it professionally. He also answered some unrelated questions honestly, free of charge on something I asked his opinion on while he had the car on the lift.This guy I trust, and I really don’t trust mechanics.One last thing I learned on one of these visits. This Monroe will do other things such as welding or fabrication like on classic cars or farm equipment. They charge materials and hourly shop rate for this stuff. Don’t be afraid to ask. They say that most people don’t realize that they do this kind of work.

I called and made a appointment yesterday 9/16 for 4:00pm we dropped the car off around noon nobody was there but we were just thinking they were at lunch which is fine. But we tried calling all day nobody would answer the phones. Then we go to pick up my car at 6:00pm and my car wasn’t even touched and nobody was there and the shop was closed. When clearly they are supposed to be open till 7pm. So never again will I use this Business Cause they don’t know how to run one.

The staff was very nice and helpful! I didnt know why my tire had such low pressure and this location was the only place open at 7:30AM. The service was quick, the staff was knowledgeable and they were understanding. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that they had a deal going on, so they patched my tire and added air for free. I took in my Civic because my brakes were making grinding sounds. The guys were super knowledgeable and very friendly. As a female, I usually feel obligated to take a guy friend along with me so that I know I’m not being taken advantage of. They were honest and fair, and they even told me what I did NOT need to spend money on right now, which I very much appreciated. I definitely trust these guys with my car AND my time & money. Did alignment i dont even think they had an idea how to. Not only that they killed my battery they had to jump it with another car. Over $200 of my pocket car the same. The next day went else where to do alignment car is perfect now.

Had a 10:30am appt for 2 vehicles back to back. Went back at 4pm and my vehicle had not been touched. The shop was not busy either. Definitely will not be returning. I feel like every time I schedule here they either have my vehicle all day or something wrong happens. My day was wasted and I still need an oil change.

I used this location for brakes back in 2016. Had a fantastic experience. Used this experience last week (9/19) and couldnt begin to tell you all of the details of how bad the experience was. After many obvious lies and having my vehicle locked up without consent, no one answered the phone for over 4 hours and when I finally made contact they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When I arrived, still on hold, I politely asked some questions. Kyle gave me ambiguous answers and kept insisting if I wasnt happy to take my keys and take my business else where. So, I did. Very disappointed.

Had to go there twice in a ten day period, for 2 different issues. Technicians John and Mike went so far above and beyond helping me out, staying after close the first time, and going that little extra step today. Won a customer for life.

On our way back to Michigan and check engine light came on and leaks from somewhere. Got us right in and were VERY NICE and told us what needed to be done and what would be fine to wait until we made it back home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went into this location for a quick oil change on my way out of town, the guys there were awesome and didnt pressure me into anything. I was able to get in and out in 45min and back on the road. AND paid a lot less than the local Valvoline

I was a longtime customer and was surprised In not seeing the usual faces of Matt and Justin there. They former excellent staff and manager are no longer there for whatever reason.The friendly service that I had come to expect was gone. The new manager seemed lost or just didn’t care,the shop smelled of marijuana, and one of the techs tried to sell me tires with no warranty for cash for about $450. It seemed awfully fishy considering I had just bought new tires from them a few months ago.Half the shop wasn’t even in uniform. They were in street clothes and came across as sloppy and unprofessional.It’s sad really that shop used to be teeming with business and happy customers and now all is see is empty parking lots and felt like I was at some back alley car dealership. They had a great shop going with loyal customers. Now I like many others am no longer one of them. What a shame. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest you do the same.

My boyfriend often uses this establishment for his car needs but the last few times weve brought our cars there, there has been some kind of issue. Our most recent visit my boyfriend called and asked if they had time to do an oil change on his car, they told him they may not have time for it but to bring the car over anyway. The car was brought to them and they said that he should be getting a phone call before 6pm to let him know to pick the car up. We were never called and when we arived at 6:01pm the entire place was shut down. The car hadnt even been moved and there was no way to get the car keys so we could use the car to get the work the next day. Over all Im very disappointed at how unprofessional the people here are, I know things come up and you get busy but it appears that they all left early without even touching the car.

This is our 3rd time using Munro and 3rd time we are impressed and happy with the results. Justin gave the car a thorough check and contacted us with his recommendations. Our brakes have been pulsing. While he could easily have tried to upsell us, he gave us the lesser cost option as well as the more expensive option. At first I thought, hey lets go with the less expensive, but it just made more sense getting all parts replaced while they had it all apart. All the guys here are professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Think well be taking our other car there soon to have the brakes checked as well.

I drive up here from Obetz to get my car repairs done. I have always received honest and great service from these guys in the last 7 months. They saved me hundreds of dollars from what the shops in Columbus wanted to charge and did not lie to me. These guys have always been top rate with my car and my mothers car.

Scheduled appointment for 8/9 and when I went in I was rudely told that it wasn’t for today but I had it pulled on my phone that I had one. Guy instantly got VERY rude with me and then told me that I was being rude. Do not recommend.

I made 2 appointments for 10;30 am for oil changes for 2 cars. Its 3:40pm and Im still waiting for them to finish.Edit: they called at 3:50. And lied about changing my wifes oil. Said it was done but clearly was not.

I was completely appalled at the quote that my daughter received after they looked over her car. Outrageous!! Quoted $1600 to replace absolutely everything for all brakes. I work at a car dealership and brought the quote to work with me to have reviewed and the parts guys were shocked that they would quote everything like this. Very rare that everything needs to be replaced they told me. I told her to drive home from school which is a two hour drive, so I could have her car looked at here where I work. Ended up only needing rear brake pads only, Front brakes were completely fine!. I paid $126.00 to have her car fixed here compared to the $1600 quote they gave her at Monro. I will definitely be filing complaints against this company. My daughter goes to college in Delaware and she was completely taken advantage of at this shop! OFFENSIVE

They scheduled my car for repair in a timely manner and are very friendly and courteous.

My husband brought our truck into Monro after getting an oil change at Valvoline. He had noticed thumping as he drove, and Valvoline alerted him that he also had a leak in the differential. Monro said he had an oil leak instead and charged us hundreds of dollars to fix this nonexistent oil leak. Almost immediately, my husband noticed the thumping was still there, and took the truck to a different, local mechanic. The new mechanic told my husband that there was a (very obvious) differential leak that was not fixed, but most importantly, his drive shaft was basically disconnected and he was probably a few miles from his truck completely seizing. This new mechanic also said that anybody with basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance would have noticed the drive shaft was nearly disconnected, and couldn’t believe Monro charged us for fixing an oil leak while not addressing the major drive shaft issue that had existed when they worked on our truck. We will never be back.

Did a decent job at replacing my tires, but I asked them to look into the tire pressure sensors that were malfunctioning (probably low battery, sometimes they work sometimes they dont display the pressure) Found out when I was paying that they didnt replace them, and said they were fine. Thought I didnt know the difference between a light coming on for low pressure and a light flashing to service the monitors... light began flashing again 10 minutes after leaving.. Thanks a lot.
