They misdiagnosed a bran new high pressure oil pump as faulty even though I told them it was bran new and likely not the issue. They seemed confident it would fix the problem and after the $800+ replacement, it did not fix the problem and they argued and didnt want to make it right. Finally agreed to provide a refund months ago but have yet to see the money. Problem got fixed at another shop.

Honest Mechanic

There is no car or problem that these guys cant fix. The owner (my dad) cares about his customers and the receptionist is kind and helpful. There is a nice waiting room. The problem with being the best auto repair shop in the area is that you often have to wait many days for them to be able to get to your vehicle.

Its hard to find a place where you trust the folks you are doing business with but I have found just that at Bauerle.
