Thought brakes needed to be checked, turned out I didnt need replacement at this time. However, some one came in after me and she required brakes replaced and she check out sooner than I did, when I didnt need repairs. Not sure if that is why I was pushed aside (felt that way) and then I couldnt stay longer at this point to wait for minor recommendations to be performed. So I waited two hours and didnt need brakes replaced, then left and then came back an hour later to have minor recommendation completed as I had no idea it would take that long for brakes to be checked. ( had an appointment 3 hours later I had to make in person- so thats why I had to leave then come back ) Still excellent professional service.

Byers Toyota is where I go for regular maintenance on my 2019 Highlander. I’m a retired Toyota employee from Toyota R&D. When I relocated to central Ohio I carefully examined the options available for a servicing dealership in central Ohio. There are several other dealers closer to my home but I have been very pleased with the service at Byers. Every appointment has been timely and they keep me informed on everything they are doing while I’m there. It is a high quality customer service experience.

Was greeted promptly on arrival. Shown to the waiting area. I was told it would take 45- 60 minutes when I made the appointment but is was only 1/2 hr. Very pleased with service and pleasant employees.

Daniel Kelly took us in for service on the scheduled date and was very professional, even though we ran a bit late for our appointment and thought we might have to reschedule. Our needs were most efficiently taken care of by the Service Dept. and every item of work explained in detail. Overall, an excellent dealership service experience and car runs great!

Plaque unsuspecting customers with issues that never exists. At the minimum, they ask you to change your car battery - Youd say its causing no problems but they would say it will die down in the future;I say this after checking with 4 other Toyota dealerships - No body else recommended battery change on the car that week

My appointment started on time, I received several updates along the way and got my car back in the expected amount of time. Gynnae was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We asked if the oil change amount would be the same amount for our next oil change and we were told yes. Then when I had my next oil change they charged me more. When I said something the lady seemed irritated so I paid. When I submitted the survey and received a call the guy on the phone said the pricing was internal and also said they are to provide the pricing when dropping off the vehicle for service. No one did. Then continued to say well that’s the pricing you should have been told. I was rude at the end of the call and hung up. They tried to call back, but they were no help to begin with and I refused to answer.

Byers Toyota always provides me with excellent service every time I am there. The Service writer is very courteous and professional. She explains e everything to a tee. The vehicle was done within the hour. All work performed was done correctly. I will always go to Byers Toyota for service as well as send future customers to them. A dealer can make a big difference in your service and that is why I go to Byers Toyota. Thank you again for a great experience.

Made appointment for oil change for my 2012 Sienna. They were ready for me and I waited for the vehicle in their lobby. Work was done quickly and ready for pickup within about 30 mins. They also did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and brought several concerns to my attention. However there was never any pressure to get the work done right then. Overall pleasant experience.

I always use Byers for my Prius, even though its well out of my way. I get excellent, professional service every time.

What a wonderful service team. After I was stuck in the snow not once but 3 times Buyers Toyota sent Nat to my rescue. I parked the car promising to come in the next day for 4 tires. I did as I promised and was met with friendly smiles and several we gotcha, no worries A couple hours later I was on the road with 4 new tires, a front and Back alignment. .

The employee of byers are incredibly, they work got done on time but I will probably go and get my oil change someplace else next time, because they dont incluye the tire rotación and everyone else does

I have used Byers Toyota Service several times for my 2012 4Runner. They greet me promptly (even when Im early for my appt), and they are kind and professional. Gynnae was my latest service advisor. She was responsive and thorough, even when I asked her to be sure my car got washed. She did it herself even. Furthermore, this service center was the only ones who could figure out an electrical problem that I had earlier. It was expensive, but they were exhaustive in figuring it out. While I was disappointed by the Toyota company in general, Byers was redemptive for them. Plus, today as my ride was taking my home during my car service, we saw technicians filling my tires immediately. They take their service seriously here and it shows. Thank you to them!

They do not require masks, therefore nobody in the crowded waiting room was wearing one. We ended up standing outside rather than be in that contagious room.Service was ok, and at least the employees wore masks.

Had battery trouble asked tech to check. Battery check proved to be a bad cell. To repair needed a new battery. Battery installed and cost was reasonable. Staff was professional and repair time was short. Excellent experience!!!

I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid, and the handle on my moon roof was installed incorrectly at the factory. Byers fixed it quickly, no problem., a week after my purchase.

Recall service, was told it was all day at scheduling. Advisor unaware of quoted time and unaware of time needed to complete. Would have rated higher if they simply communicated better internally.

Most Toyota dealerships will wash your vehicle after theyre done servicing your it. Byers Toyota doesnt do that. I will now consider going to a different dealership next time.Thank you,

Routine maintenance was done. Brakes were rated 3 and they were at a 1. Tires were all rated the same depth and that is not the case. This has given me trust issues.

Last week I came here to figure out what was wrong with my Toyota Prius since the engine light turned on and it began shaking violently. The staff here is very friendly and understanding to their costumers. Gynnae worked on my car and gave me frequent updates on what was wrong with my car while working on it. When I was confused about something, she took her time to help me understand the situation which I greatly appreciated. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and paid for both but my tires were not rotated and in the report I got back after my service said I needed new brake pads and rotors on my front tires but when I checked after I got home the pads were like new and the rotors were just fine also so clearly those were not checked and this is not the first issue Ive had with them telling me my brakes needed changed I am very disappointed with the service I recieved

Asked for a complimentary car wash, which they forgot to do.Gave service advisor 10% coupon upon arrival; which they forgot to apply.Car was completed, but service advisor took over 20 minutes to come to the waiting area with the car keys and invoice.Dealership needs to implement a better process to eliminate these issues.

This is my second purchase from Byers Toyota. I was recently there for my fee oil change after purchasing my Honda CR-V last fall. The wait time was not too long, the waiting area is large and clean, with refreshments available. They offer free WiFi.There is a clean public restroom available. And during this time of the Covid 19 all social distancing procedures were in place.

Always has a rental car when i request one. gets the problem fixed without just throwing parts at it to see if it fixes it or not. I had a brake booster put in by an independent shop and it wasnt right afterwards took it back and replaced calipers and brake hoses and still didnt fix it. So i took it to Byers Toyota and explained the issue and was fixed all it needed was the spacer gasket for the booster.

Got a great deal on my 2018 Corolla! I was disappointed that within 2 weeks I had to pay out of pocket for an alignment. I tried making an appointment within 3 days of purchase because it didnt feel right but it was 2 weeks out and my warranty did not cover the service

The service department at Byers Toyota replaced two bolts that had worked free on my trunk lid latch. They said they would do it free of charge since these bolts should never work free. A few weeks later, the service dept called me asking for payment of $100. I refused to pay since it was a defective installation. The bolts were missing ever tight.Never use these scammers.

I went here twice about my tire going flat and they said theres nothing wrong with it and that it was just my sensor was messed up but I knew there was cus the tire kept going flat so I took it to chevy and they found a nail in it right away Toyota also said they did a tire rotation but they didnt because it was the same tire that kept going flat also they didnt put a oil change sticker in my window so I wonder if I even got a oil change.
