Came in to get new tires for a trailer. They had gotten six cars in right before we arrived. They could have made us the last appointment of the day but the manager offered to help us find a Walmart with a shorter wait and called 3 other locations for us. Really appreciated the customer service and professionalism.

Made an appointment at 10am for 4 new tires and an oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early, was told an hour and a half tops... and here I sit, now 12:30, still not done. If Walmart reads this, they should reach out to me and make this right. There is no way that any place should take this long... especially with a pre-scheduled appointment.

I have been taking vehicles to the Delaware OH Walmart Auto and Lube for oil changes and tires for several years. I have always received top notch service. Highly recommend.

Been going here for years. Save me time and money. Reliable friendly and fast service. I have 5 kids driving all different cars and I give them the credit card, tell them to go get pit stop oil change at Walmart, and I just sit back and relax. All those crybaby snowflakes can go spend four times as much someplace else and get the same service. Ill stick to Walmart. Thank you fellas for reliable service over the years.

Went to the Walmart Tire & Lube in Delaware, Ohio, twice to have a rotation of tires. The first time they told me that I need to replace all my lug nuts before rotating the tires on my car. I left my telephone number for them to call me after they get the ordered lug nuts. They never called me back. The second time (which was last week), they told me that my car needs a front end alignment before the tires can be rotated. I went to a couple of full-service auto shops, but was told that they see no front end alignment problem.

I went in to have my headlights changed last Wednesday at 4:30p since I was driving to NYC on Friday, and I was their last customer. They said the car would be ready around 6p and that they would call me. I ended up having to call them at 7:15p to see what was going on, and everyone in auto had left! The manager found my keys and invoice, so I was able to come in to get my car...to find out that they hadnt even done the lights. They said it required a dealer specific tool which isnt true because my husband has changed them in our driveway before (he didnt want to this time because they are a pain in the butt to do). Because no one called me, I wasnt able to find another place to do it on Thursday, and I ended up taking my car to 42 Automotive Friday morning; they did it in 20 min, and I was able to get on the road. Im pretty sure the Walmart techs just didnt want to deal with my pain in the butt headlights and wanted to go home rather than actually fix the problem. At least they didnt charge me, which is why they still get one star.

I went to the Delaware Walmart Tire and Lube first on 9/17/2016, I asked questions and got a quote for tire replacement.I made an appointment for 9am on 9/18/2016 to have my tires replaced.I arrived early and waited for the shop to open at 9am. Once the doors were open I went inside. A gentleman walked in the same time, without an appointment, for the same service. The service worker took the walk in prior to my appointment. I watched as other men were serviced before other female customers as well. I was told my car was still going to be serviced first, but that was not the case. Several walk-in oil changes were taken while my car sat without an technician working on it, even though I arrived first AND had an appointment. The male walk-in customer even stated he was embarrassed that his car was being serviced before mine. He made a similar comment to the clerk. The male customer was finished and out the door 45 minutes before my car was done. I was at the shop for 2 hours. An 11am, male appointment arrived and his keys were handed directly to the technician. At this point, I made sure to express that it was unacceptable that my appointment time was not honored like the 11am MALE customers appointment. The clerk then proceeded to blame the female technician for the delay on my car and stated the MALE technician was faster. My question is, Why didnt he get the appointment services then over walk-in services. I will never return to the Delaware Tire and Lube for any service and will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Ive been coming here for years. They worked on my 14 year old Ford Contour, and my Pontiac Grandam. I dont have those two cars anymore, and got a 2009 Mercury Mariner. First time, they messed up one of my service lights. Told me to come back, he fixed it, really fast. I have purchased four tires on my new SUV, $361 total, everywhere else in Lewis Center, is over $500 plus. I have to go back to get the lugnuts checked ASAP. This is the best store in town with reasonable prices, on basic services that you need on your vehicle.
