The best dealership experience I’ve ever had. My salesman was Kyle C. He was absolutely zero pressure, very knowledgeable, without the condescending attitude of many salesman in the industry. Awesome guy. The dealership had a good selection of cars. Due to COVID and the crazy car market the prices are fixed but their prices are competitive with other dealers or a bit better. If you’re in the market for a used Toyota, go in and see Kyle.

Spent over a week talking with 2 used car sales agents and going over the vehicle I was interested in. I was told the car was in excellent shape and really had no issues. I was traveling 1500 miles to go pickup the car and wanted to make sure I wouldnt have any surprises. I was assured that the car was dent free and had no damage and would be detailed the night before. Got to the car and it was disgusting, food still under the seats, bumper had multiple scratches, two different sets of tires ( 2 of which were down to 50% treat). I asked for them to meet me half way with the tires and getting the other issues fixed as well as a detail and got nothing. I would not recommend this dealer at all.

My car buying experience was great from start to finish. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Byers Toyota back in 2014 and was impressed with how I was treated then. Glad to find out the service is still top notch. I checked the trade in value of my old car with a reputable company beforehand, so I know I was given a fair deal there. Everyone I came into contact with during the process was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

A few months ago, I wanted to sell my 2012 Camry that my wife bought from this location. The transmission had gone out and several places quoted about $4k for a replacement.I ask Byers how much they’d give me for the car, knowing it was in good condition besides the repair. They basically tried to convince me that it was a total waste to fix and they’d give me $200 towards a trade.Instead, I took it to Carmax who gave me $7000 for the immobile vehicle. So watch out for the sleazy trade-in negging if you look to sell here. My guess is that it doesn’t stop there.I bought a used car elsewhere because of my experience. I intended to bring it here for a small warranty paint and rust issue but was quickly shot down by Emily that Byers doesn’t do body work. Tried asking where one might take a Toyota for warranty body work and was interrupted again and told they don’t do body work.My experience here lately has been not only been unkind, it feels like they don’t care about me in the slightest unless they immediately have money to bilk me out of. I think I’ve had my last Byers Toyota experience.

Troy is an exceptional sales team member. He was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. By far one of the most laid back encounters / sales transactions I’ve had in years. Trade in value for our Tahoe very fair. Once we decided on the purchase, it was quick to finalize all paper work and take off in our new 4Runner. Thank you again.

We drove down from Cleveland and worked with Tyler who was very helpful. We had been looking for a Tundra for a few months and came across this one so we decided to make the trip to look at it. We love the used 2017 Toyota Tundra we bought, drives great and really clean all around! I only have 1 issue which we did not realize until we were driving home at night and it started pouring rain. We turned the wipers on and saw one of the wipers was ripped causing us to not be able to see. We had to stop at Walmart and buy new wipers just to make it home. I wouldve thought something like that wouldve been replaced when they did the initial inspection of the vehicle. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Due to the pandemic, the car market is tight. Other dealers told us not to bother coming in if we didnt have a trade-in or want financing, but Adam at Byers was willing to work with us. He found exactly the model we wanted and worked out a swap with another dealership. He was very communicative during the wait. Byers sold at MSRP, not above it (as some dealers are doing in the current climate). And the financing was so good that we ended up taking the loan even though we hadnt planned on it. We had a positive, professional experience with Byers.

Plaque unsuspecting customers with issues that never exists. At the minimum, they ask you to change your car battery - Youd say its causing no problems but they would say it will die down in the future;I say this after checking with 4 other Toyota dealerships - No body else recommended battery change on the car that week.

Byers Toyota offers Cars, Trucks, SUVs and Service at great price savings over the city dealerships. I found this location when Tansky Toyota wanted $300.00 more for the same service. What would you do? This dealerships exceeds expectations and saves me money. Take the drive you would be disappointed.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter and I stopped in on Sunday prior to closing to see a Prius. They stated the Prius had not been through service, so we were unable to drive it at that time. Knowing the Prius sells quick, I asked what we could do lock down a deal if it passes inspection. They stated if we agreed on a price and allowed them to pull credit, we would have first dibs. The next day, may daughter txted back an fourth with the sales person. He (the sales person) let her know she was approved for the loan, the car was drive ready and agreed to meet after work at 5pm. When we got to the dealer, we were told the car was sold. I confronted the manager Darryl Becker about his verbal commitment and he stated he had never said that. I can not believe a person would lack that kind of integrity. Beware of this dealer. If they will lie at the sale, I would hate to see post-sale support

Finance department haggled over $1,000 on a brand new Tacoma we ordered 2 months before we had it. April 2021 price wasnt their June 2021 price. Im well aware of the car market, but arguing over $1,000 when your salesman - who was out of town - made an error back in April is ridiculous, especially when we handed you the buyer agreement that clearly stated the price agreed upon April 25th was $1,000 less. This ruined the buying experience. We were treated like we bought a 20 year old rust bucket, not a brand new truck that we had to wait forever for. On top of everything, they called at 9 am saying the truck was finally in and at 7:30 pm when we signed everything and got the keys, the fuel tank was empty and we had to drive offsite and use a voucher to get gas. Pretty sure someone working there had the time to fill up the tank before we got there. I hate car buying and this was right at the top of the list of bad experiences that didnt have to be. Unfortunately, this is customer service in 2021

I purchased a new FJ in 2010 and do all my service there. Ive been servicing vehicles a long time (40 years) with dealers and independents. This is the best shop yet. - Update 4-18-2019 I have been a consistent customer. The prices always increase and the service level has been decreasing. I emailed the General Manager and Service Manager asking for a response to my last oil change that was not performed to Toyotas recommendations. The drain plug was not tightened at all and the crush washer was not compressed. I asked them if it was a human error or if they do not even check the drain plug since you are able to drain the oil from the filter. No response, just a offer to clean up the oil. I already did that. I have attached pictures what I discovered on my own. The drain cover screws and nuts were completely rusted together. That should not be if they are removed every 8-10K miles. i will not be going back for any service. The trust is gone.

Just bought a new Highlander Hybrid from Byers in Delaware....I worked with Jeannie McNeely and she was AMAZING !!! She followed through on all commitments, she was extremely professional and helpful, she did a terrific job of getting me into the drivers seat of this new SUV as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Byers (this is my 2nd car from Byers, also bought a Volvo) and I would definitely recommend Jeannie !!!

The best car buying experience Ive had over a 30 year period. I called and asked if they can match a competitors selling price who was no where near me and had the lowest price searching nationwide for the same trim specs. They were able to, then got some details about me to prepare some paperwork, scheduled time to come in and I was literally there for 1 hour (forgo a test drive) and then drove away in my brand new vehicle! My sales rep Jeff Mulls was pleasant to work with a zero pressure environment. Yes they will offer options but dont press you on it. Even the dreaded walk to see the finance person was pleasant. He also explained all my options and did not question anything I declined.

If you take your car in for service be careful and check to make sure they do all of the work and charge you properly. I took my Rav4 in for the 30K service, was supposed to have a commentary first oil change, was charged for it. Was also charged for the tire rotation and they were supposed to check the right rear tire for a leak. Had to have my card credited for the oil change, not really a big deal. The tech said there was nothing wrong with the tire and it was still leaking. Went back today to have it looked at. They found the problem with the tire but didnt rotate the tires. Tara did a good job taking care of the problem, but their service techs are not the most trustworthy folks.

Carson did such an amazing job. They are right to the point, gave a great deal,& I love my new Toyota Rav4. It is a beast in the snow!! Thank you for a great experience.

Horrible experience trying to negotiate a deal on new car lease. The salesperson just didn’t want to provide information in writing to the extent that I requested. Made it seem like I was asking him to walk on hot coals to document our deal in writing.Also asked to have his sales manager jump in to complete the deal but he said that his manager was too busy to talk.Can’t imagine how poor their after sales service is if they treat people like this pre sale.Went with Toyota West and leased the exact same car for cheaper.

Went to buy a Toyota Sienna minivan from Byers Toyota, Tom Bray was the sales person assisting with the sale, totally unprofessional with the worst attitude, I’m surprised he’s in sales, avoid this sales guy !! Left to a different Toyota dealership and was able to get one the same day from a great sales guy.

I was visiting all the Toyota dealership in the Delaware and Columbus area looking to see what was available in a Tacoma. Had a young salesman come out like they always do, and he asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was just looking. He said that if I had any questions that he would be inside and I said ok. After finding a Tacoma that I liked and of course it was locked, I went inside to see if they had the keys to it. I didnt see him around so I walked around the showroom a couple of times to see if I could locate him or see if anyone else was available to get the keys to this truck. To my amazement, everyone had their noses planted in their cell phones either watching something or texting someone. Nobody asked if I needed help. Its like I was invisible. Needless to say I got back in my car and headed out the driveway when this salesman came out and asked me if I needed help. I told him that it was a little late for that, because everyone was to busy on there phones and I walked past you twice and didnt even acknowledge me. You lost a sale do to your sales personnel being ignorant.

Absolutely never again. Asking price plus tax came out to $7685, we offered $7k cash in hand, and the manager turned it down. We are a LEO family and we were given several references to visit here and to lose a cash sale over $685 under asking price is absolutely crazy to me. Whether new or used I will never in my life visit another Byers location in the future, not over $685.00. You should be ashamed of yourself Byers.

The sales persons are good, they have lot of patience to answer your all questions and explain everything that Toyota offers. I worked with Tayler and he helped me a lot. But the gentleman at the finance is horrible, no patience and no time for you, you will be damn scared to ask him a question by the way he responds.

Was for the most part a positive experience, friendly and reasonably quick. Price was fair, not any bargain but Im real good with a fair price.Considering the quality of cars Byers sells, I do feel that Byers should have stepped up their service to sell preparation on this car. Failing battery, had 1/4 tank of fuel, trashed rear wiper, filthy air cleaner, hood will not stay shut, excessive interior rattling from such an otherwise well maintained car, tire pressure all over the place. None of this (so far) would have been a game changer, all can be fixed with out spending a lot of money, that said, none of this should should have been part our Byers one day purchase experience.

Courteous staff. I have no problems with the work done there. However, I found this visit to take too long. I had a 3:40 pm appointment and drove into shop at 3:42. I paid at 5:13 pm meaning I had been waiting for one a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. With an appointment, that should not take that long. Moreover, 3 or 4 other customers came in after me and left with their work done before mine. On balance, this is a good place for service. Today, way too slow.

Not much on haggling but I felt I got a good price. No pressure, no hype but the extended warranty was a bit expensive. Otherwise it was an easy buy.

I purchased a Tundra here in November. My sales guy was Mo. Got right to the deal and didnt waste my time. The sales managers were great and the woman who was working finance was awesome. I have been back twice for oil changes, the service team is great. I was in an out in 30 minutes both times. Just after buying the truck I picked up a nail. Swung by the Byers without an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in and fixed the tire in about 15 minutes and didnt even charge me. Bring your own coffee though, theirs is not so good;)

I had been speaking online with Byers folks about looking for a Toyota 4Runner. They had advertised a couple in their website that I was interested in because of the price. I advised Tom I was coming to look at the vehicles. It was over an hour drive. On arrival they said they was raising the price because they had now certified them. One raised a thousand and the other raised two thousand. They refused to honor the advertised price. So if your an online shopper beware!

I stay on the schedule service checkups so you can imagine with 3 vehicles, Im there pretty regularly. My experiences are always excellent. I truly trust the service professionals I regularly work with: Tony Routt & Tara Farmer. They are always polite, professional & caring. I never have a concern when they recommend a service(s) other than the service I brought the vehicle in for originally. I enjoy my stay and have build a friendly, strong relationship with them. We hold personal conversations each time I come in. They are both super people!! I visited Byers on May 21, 2020 because my 2019 Siennas navigation system was out of whack. They fixed it in the time stated, and now it is working perfectly. They have a great staff who are always courteous, friendly, and respectful. And they always get the job done. Thanks, Byers!

I just bought a used car from them in December. Due to the pandemic I have not been driving it as much. Went in today because the airco was not working. Just found out the air compressor is out. They sold me on their company because of all the checks they do to their vehicles before selling them. I feel so duped. The service dept didn’t really seem to care I just bought it from them. They said compressors being replaced happens and they have had to replace the compressors on their cars. If this seems to be a regular issue why wouldn’t you check it before you sell it to someone. I don’t have 1800$ lying around.

My family always takes our old car to get serviced here, and the staff are friendly and kind. Recently, we bought a used certified RAV4 from them, and they were beyond accommodating to me (more specifically, Kyle and I agreed on a price via text while I was at work, taking 5-30 min to respond to each message). Christian was our initial salesperson, and was also very kind and accommodating to us, letting us test drive more vehicles than we initially went there for.
