Employees are very knowledgeable on parts and paint. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Just make sure you know your part number or car model!

Napa store in Delaware Ohio was very helpful friendly and the prices are actually cheaper than advanced Auto or AutoZone which kind of shocked me to be honest but a gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciate that especially since I dont work on cars a lot so when I go there I dont know a lot about what Im looking for or what I need so I really enjoy the fact that they were friendly honest and not very pricey

Good service but..... NO MASKS ON EMPLOYEES! NO MASKS ON PATRONS! NO SIGN ON DOOR REQUIRING MASKS! COME ON NAPA I expect better from a large company!

They usually have anything I need. They aren’t exactly the same kind of customer service as Advanced Auto Parts (aren’t as friendly). It’s fine though...I don’t go in to make friends.

Bait and switch on prices. Was quoted a price that changed when picking up the part. Wanted to sell me a same brand part for 40$ more than autozone. When I showed Keith proof and asked to price match it he didn’t seem to care. I didn’t notice the price increase until the transaction was complete. When I asked to return the parts to my account I was refused a return receipt for my employers account. Horrible customer service.
