The guys at Mr. Tire did a great job in assisting me in getting new tires! I love my new Cooper tires! I will return in another month or so for brake pads and air conditioning filter, and will come back in December for my oil and filter change. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks.

Ive gone to Mr. Tire about 3 times with 1 of my cars, 2 times with my husbands car and 1 time with my cousins car for an oil change and I have to admit I was happy because they have good customer service, theyre quick and they will take you in with no appointment most of the time and pricing was fair. However I really disliked my last experience not because of the customer service because so far that has never failed but because of the pricing. Apparently the oil change is no longer $40/ $50 but $80! I took in a coupon I recieved saying $30 oil change and ended up paying $64. I really wouldnt mind paying if I worked a full time but in my situation that doesnt fit into my budget for an oil change. I wish they wouldve honored my coupon or at least the price being the same than what Ive paid the previous visits. Unfortunately this place will no longer be the one my family goes to anymore.

Im a little late to posting this but I promised Id review the incredible experience I had. This past Memorial Day I had the worst luck possible on a trip down to Florida. I hit a pothole and didnt think anything of it until my tire quickly went flat on a high traffic road. My phone was at 3% and it was 4:30 in the evening. No local tire places were open - except Mr. Tire. I called and explained and they gave me quick directions and said it was going to be all good. I got there, they helped me charge my phone and replace my tire quickly and sent me on my way. Great customer service and I will always be thankful!

Needed 4 Tires, called 35 mins before closing and was told to hurry on down.....Got my tires and left very happy and satisfied.

Just visited this location today for the first time. We aren’t from the area but we’re lucky enough to get a flat tire right down the road from this shop. It was right before the shop was due to close. I spoke with Fabian and he checked that he had the right tire and kept the shop open so I could bring the tire in and get it changed. Service was outstanding, they went above and beyond to help me and my family and saved us from a very costly tow-truck ride home. Thank you Fabian and the gentleman that changed my tire in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend!

I Setup appt for the next day for an oil change and a tire repair on my 2019 Mercedes. They did a great job getting it done and fast at half the cost of the dealer. I asked to make sure the O/C reminder was reset but they forgot to reset it but I figured it out myself and did it. I recommend them.

Coming home from work yesterday, I noticed my tire pressure going down. My husband called Mr. Tire in Union and they gave me a next day appointment. When I had my tire serviced last Tuesday, my flat tire sensor remained on. Phil told me when leaving that if the sensor didnt go off, stop by back. Well, this morning I did. I was helped by Jose. I recently went to Mr Tire for an oil change and ask if my tires could be checked to see if I needed new ones. I was taken care of by Jose. He was very professional, courteous and caring. He took the time not only to look at my tires but also show me and explain why I needed new tires as well as what tires would be best for my car. It was snowing this past week and of course, I had a slow leak in my tire. I called Mr. Tire based on reviews that I had seen online as it is in my area. Phil told me to come right in. I got there, and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I think the entire repair from start to finish was no more than 30 minutes. :) I then asked Phil about quotes on a set of new tires for my vehicle. He educated me on the difference of 3 different brands/classes of tires and showed them all to me so I can then base my decision off what he told me. I have to say, that was a first! Usually when you go in to car repair shops, you are not given this level of service. They give you one or two prices then you are left to fend for yourself and see which ones you think may be best. I work in the Hospitality industry and this is the level of service that I expect my staff to give to our customers ad clients as well. I have to say Phil was a pleasure to work with. Being a female and going into a car repair shop can be intimidating to say the least but he was extremely kind and professional. I have been in Union for 10 years and I wish I would have found him sooner! I will definitely be back in the future for any repairs that I may need. :)

I went to Mr Tire desperate for help with a sudden flat and I was met with so much empathy. They helped me so much and since I had no knowledge on tires, the manager guided me through the process and helped me so much. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After getting home for oil change and tire rotation, i realized that they didnt do tire rotation. I confirmed from them once leaving about tire rotation and guy at counter confirmed they did. This is the second time they didnt do tire rotation on my car. I now wonder if they even did oil change or not. I should have not trusted them again after my previous experience. Pathetic! Never expected this from a brand like Mr. Tire. I would rather go to another location or perhaps leave Mr. Tire for good.

I had a flat tire last Friday and we were recommended by my brother in law to look for the nearest Mr.Tire in my area, closest one is in Union, we didn’t have an appointment but Jose was kind enough to accommodate us, he even made fresh coffee for us while waiting. The store manager Philip Jackson was very mice, He explained to us what they did to my tire, it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs service for their car. I remember I was so scared and the manager was so calming. I had burst my tire and was concerned they wouldnt have a replacement. About a week ago I stopped by Mr. Tire to get a price quote for my front tires. I was attended by Jose who was super helpful and professional.Jose came out to my car to check the model, size etc. I dont know much about tires but he educated me. It turned out I wasnt ready to get new tires which i learned from Jose ( 2 other places tried to get me to buy but thankfully I decided to check Mr. Tire). I was blown away by the customer services and transparency... I know where to get my new wheels when Im ready for sure,and also my family who lives down the street will be swinging by. Awesome service! I called prior to my visit and Phillip was very polite, informative, and professional. I went in due to a low tire pressure alarm which ended up being a nail in my rear tire. All in all, I was waiting not even a full 30 minutes before my car was ready to roll out. I received a detailed report of the entire service, which I found very useful. Will be returning for all my tire needs.

Walked in to Mr. Tire, not for any tire service, but to ask if I could borrow some penetrating oil. The people here are so friendly, they said keep it. Ive also received tire service here multiple times and can say with confidence that they perform exceptional and thorough service, whether you need a simple tire change or more.

This business is a throw back to the honest mom and pop establishments. I had complete brake repair performed on my car at the dealer about a year ago and I started experiencing problems once again. They inspected and assessed the problem and told me that the repair should still be covered under warranty with the dealer. Sure enough he was correct and it didn’t cost me anything. Mr. Tire lost the repair but gained a customer for my life. We need to keep these honest businesses in businesses. 👍

Jose was great. I drove in today on my donut with a flat tire in my trunk, without an appointment. Jose did his best to get me back up and running as soon as he could. He fixed my tire, mounted it and buttoned up my trunk with my donut back in position. Very reasonable and a pleasure do business with.

My wife had a flat tire (still drivable) that we noticed at 6:30p on a Friday when they close at 7:00pm when she has to drive to work early the next day. She calls them up, makes an appointment, they say they can see us if we get there before closing, and I drive there getting there around 6:50p. They manage to quickly patch the tire up for about $40 and get me out of there in about 20 minutes and tire still working great. Very happy with the service.

Jose and Pierre were super awesome and so kind to do my oil change just before they closed. After calling 5 different mechanics after 6 pm, Jose was super friendly on the phone and assured me they would be able to get me back on the road in no time. I’ve always had to drop off my car and come back for it but they did my oil change in LESS than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Mr.Tires for 2 years now and have nothing but positive feedback for these guys. Recently 12/20/19, I went in to get my tires rotated after getting my brakes done from a different shop. I noticed that my ride felt kind of bumpy. I then explained to them what I was experiencing. The mechanic took it for a test drive to see what the problem was and rotated and balanced my tires. Feels like brand new again! Definitely check them out for any services. I’ve had different services done in the past from fluid change, to filters, to oil changes etc. done by these guys and they’re excellent. I don’t do reviews, but they deserve it. Lifetime customer.

Ive been to Mr. Tire in Union NJ about three times now to have a tire patched. But, this last visit on Sunday, August 11, 2019 was EXCEPTIONAL! The Manager whose name is JOSE DURAND III was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, informative, and provided outstanding customer care. His positive attitude about his work (I should say his calling - customer care) emanated from within- effortlessly! He is an excellent representative for the company!

This place was a blessing!! With a flat tire on Saturday evening on the Garden State Parkway, this place was very close and they were OPEN on Saturday evening while most of the places were shut down and they had us leave in less than 30 minutes! Very very helpful and friendly! :)

I have been coming to Mr. Tire for many years, and they have been great in servicing my different vehicles since I have lived here in Union. I had a bubble in my right front tire that was discovered. I called up Mr. Tire, and Jose led me through various options on different tire brands. They were also able to take me same-day and get me out the door in less than an hour. My first choice when it comes to tire repair.

Jay had helped me initially when I ordered the tires over the phone and was able to give me the pros and cons of each so i could make an educated purchase-- it was a huge help and I felt extremely comfortable. Mr. Tire in Union provides excellent customer service. I have been helped by Russel and Jose, and I appreciate that they are friendly and honest. As someone who knows very little about cars I am always afraid of being scammed into paying for something that is unnecessary, but the staff here are thorough with their recommendations, but never pushy like other places can be. I also like that you can easily find coupons on their website to help with the costs. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing customer service! Went out to my car today, a Sunday, at 4:00 PM and noticed that my right rear tire was soft. Googled “tire places near me” (most are closed on Sunday) and found Mr Tire in Union which was closing at 5:00. I drove down there and even though they had several cars that they were already working on, they squeezed me in and patched my tire.

Very friendly staff, helpful, polite and the service was done quickly . Even though he had two of us show up for an online appointment for the same time. he gave us both our service with absolutely no problem!I will definitely be back!!!!

My partner and I came in with our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to change one tire turned out the tire was good but let’s jus say everything around it wasn’t doing so well.
