DONT STORE THINGS HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR ITEMS TO BE DAMAGED AND NOT BE COVERED EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR INSURANCE!!!!! My items were WATER DAMAGED which caused mildew on one side of the unit due to a leakage but the other side was just fine as you can see some items were covered in plastic and still got damaged and the claim through their insurance was still denied not once but twice. Dont do it to yourself.

Great customer service. Fran was very helpful and informative and walked me through the process of obtaining a storage unit. After getting the unit, I was very concerned about my stuff being damaged.So Ms.Tammy helped me transfer to a climate controlled unit to ensure that my items would be safe. I really appreciate both of these ladies and there customer service.

I have used Extra Space Storage at the Linden, NJ location and now that Im moving South I am using the Trenton location. The staff at the Trenton location are very nice and greeted me right away. One of the staff member met us at the building where our unit was located. She showed us were our unit was. She was very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and concerns. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and clean storage facility.

Okay...This is my first time EVER renting a storage unit and I didnt know a THING about anything. How to gain entry, how to locate the unit! Nada...Tammy was SUPER sweet and PATIENT and super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and my mom locate the unit and THEN the lock that was provided (the kind where you place your security code in place and then secure the lock from the back) *stupid lock* she helped me replace it with a key lock. She answered all my calls and questions with patience. Thank God for exemplary employees who have excellent customer service skills...

Extraspace Storage is a great short-term facility to utilize when you need additional space. The associates are friendly and always willing to assist. I spoke more with Tammie and she was always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help (this is not to say that the others were not). The facility is well maintained, and safe. They sell supplies which are great if you do not have your own but they may not be the quality in which you desire. Please know that facilities are meant for short-term stays as the rent will increase every 6-months. The increase doesnt initially seem significant but over time it will. My overall experience was great and I would recommend anyone to this facility for their short-term storage needs.

I did my reservation online. It was easy and fast. Once completed I got an email and then the facility called me to confirm. The storage room was clean and inside was a complimentary lock. Excellent customer service!

It is a good place to use for storage. But the prices are getting out of hand. I was never told about the increases at first. Then after I was informed I was told that they would be small and yearly. I have received increases less than a year of the previous and now the increases are substantially greater. I liked this place when I fired signed up 4 years ago. The prices are making me search elsewhere. Hope they fix this with their existing customers.
