Pros: they do offer good sales, large Nerf gun selection, good cheap infant and toddler clothes, decent sports and automotive department. Good for a fast kids birthday present.Cons: all the people who feel Walmart is too high class shop at this Kmart. Seriously, youve never seen a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Maybe not that bad, but you will smell a customer from 10 feet away and you will hear one woman screaming at her 6 year old every time you come.Bottom line: if you can ignore the other customers it is an okay place for a quick stop.

I’m going to need for Kmart to hire people who can actually count. I know it says on the screen how much change to give back but there is no reason for me to be back in this store in the same line with 2 other people who are also complaining about the cashier not giving correct change. That’s embarrassing on your behalf Kmart.

Store is always dirty and it always takes forever to get out. Slowest cashiers in history. It would be great to see several registers open. Now the pharmacy is closed. Finally I don’t ever have to go back. They did have the nicest pharmacists there. But they managed to mess that up too. Par for Kmart lately.

They are going out of buisness but put high prices on the items then put a small discount on the items so you think you are getting a good deal. Rip kmart!

First and foremost, the staff is among the rudest Ive ever dealt with. The parking lot is dangerous and people drive fast and carelessly in it. The store itself is dirty, not good prices or quality. Theres a reason that Kmarts are going down the tubes. On the plus side, its in a good location.

Was here today. Still quite a few items left to sell. They mark up the items high and then they give you the 20 percent discount . In the end your not really getting that good of deal. The checkout line was long. Probably the last Kmart I will ever shop in. Kind of sad from a long time Kmart shopper.

I called to make sure an item was in stock the lady answered and placed me on hold for 10 mins before she even asked me what I needed. Then once she finally came back I asked her if they had my item in stock she placed me on hold again for 10 mins. She returned and told me yes they have 2 I asked her how much they cost and she just said I dont know then hung up the phone. Once I was in the store I located the tents and was shocked to find the price being $15 more in the store even thought its free shipping online. I asked an associate I found and she informed me that I would have to go to customer service to ask the manager for a price adjustment. When I went to customer service the lady was having a conversation with another worker and pointed me to the other register. I informed her I needed customer service and she immediately seemed annoyed. I explained the issue and she told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manger and she huffed and called herself. They changed the price but she had an negative demeanor the whole time. When I paid for my items and said good night she just looked at me and went back to her conversation. Overall the whole issue was her demeanor and I promise my family nor I will be shopping at this k Mart again.

This place should go out of business. I never had a time when I can just smoothly check out and leave. Always there was some problem. On the positive side, they have some great price on kids clothing.

Everything is overpriced. The checkout had a disfunctioning chip reader. The cashier insisted I could not swipe, and kept asking me to try the chip reader again no matter how long it took. I ended up paying cash when I could have just swiped. Very annoying. Very slow checkout. Returns area had better service.

The store has good selection, good prices, helpful staff, and a good return policy. It needs to stay open to service the area and provide jobs for folks who want to work.

Unsatisfied with the customer service provided due to a complication with the coin machine, loss of time due to “inconvenience” unproffesional manner of handling the situation, yet it brings back memories(childhood) so its ok i guess. :) lol

Messy and expensive. I dont see this place being open too much longer. But there are very few Kmarts around anymore and they do have some valuable things. Shoe section isnt pretty great and its varied. Baby section is too although a bit messy. Staff is small and usually kind. Ive never seen the place extremely crowded either.

Service is terrible, from cashier to service desk. Store is often very hot! I swear in the summer they dont have air conditioning. Unless they have something on sale that you must get, skip here and go to Walmart

One time I thought it was closing down (minimal products available), so much better now!! Kind and considerate staff.

Terrible customer service. I needed help at layaway and both the management and team member just watch me stand there and had a full conversations. After 30mins they walkwd away and said help is on the way.Took an hour to get help. Mangement needs to be worked on. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Fairly clean store as Kmarts go. Prices on Licensed NFL merchandise seemed really high even for just a fleece throw.

Store was filthy illes was packed with boxes staff was standing in groups not paying attention to consumers. Took way to long to check out do to staff shortage. Only 2 cashiers were open. Just was a bad experience. Wont go back to that branch.

Im at the white horse store in hamilton and I ordered on line for curbside pickup early today. Not only did they not notify me but when I called I was left on hold for 9 mins. Had to hang up and call back. She proceeded to ask me how did I order. I explained that Im supposed to park in the designated spot log on to the app and the oder will be out in 5 min. She said well do that then. Then said wait u gotta come in nobody will come out its midnight it was 10:40. . Now iam standing in line still as I write this its 11:03. Unbelievable

Kmart has fallen on hard times, and yes its gotten shabby and a bit sad but every time I go into this one in Hamilton its empty, with no lines at checkout. And you can still catch a bargain, so dont forget to check it out if youre on the hunt for something.
