My fiancé went there to get his vaccine and the nurse that took care of him was picking her ear and then wiped her hand on her clothes and put gloves on and did his vaccine that’s very unsanitary she never used hand sanitizer there for she contaminated the gloves that she used on him so unprofessional

They send me a text saying that my medication is ready for pick up. I go to pick it up for them to say that they didnt send no text when its clearly on my phone she comes and says rudely it will be ready tomorrow seriously. I call the next day to see if its ready for pick up and she comes and says it will be ready the next day again thats when I lost my patience.

It was a busy Monday but pharmacy tech are responsive and energetic. My dr sent email prescription and it was done by the time I walked from drs office to pharmacy. People r always smiling and ready to help.

Pharmarcy dept is the worst went on a Monday morning to pick up two prescriptions and was told only one was ready but was emailed over on Friday from dr office so went back and at 5pm still not ready was told to come back in an hour then went back at 6pm and was told i dont know what happened its not done.This is medicine for high blood pressure not anything that a person should have to wait all day for.Gave three whole business days to get a refill on a medicine that is a every day med.NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.Would appreciate a response from corp or from management but really not cayse i see from other reviews this is something that is done on a regular at this pharmacy.

They are stright lazy and slow.... I called the pharmacy dept at 150pm requesting to call another pharmacy in Newark, NJ to transfer my dental medication over them. I got here at CVS the pharmacist wasnt calling no one then when I asked about the transfer he said he was making doctor calls and hes call me tomorrow Im in pain and we playin these games. I will be calling the state filing an complaint.

Everything is good Service good but the Pharmacy is slow and theres no security which is a huge problem 3 guys and black approach me to ask me for a dollar I said I didnt have it they said I seen them give you change no security thats very poor

The pharmacy department need to change the people, they are rude and have no customrler care skills. There is a specific employee that always have an attitude and today she pissed me off, i went in the drive thru and she was rude. If they cant work helping people then dont work at all, learn how to explain the situation better and stop confusing the customers.

My doctor called in a prescription just before 6:00 on a Saturday. As I walked up to the pharmacy it already locked up. The prescription was for my emergency inhaler for my azthma. When I asked the young man that was walking out of the area about getting it he just shrugged his shoulders and said nope were close and kept walking. I asked for a manager and he said nope sorry we cant do anything without a pharmacist. Ok I get that but Im sure the pharmacist wasnt too far away at 6:06. I thought CVS thrived on customer service? I guess not. I now have to debate whether or not to go to the ER because I need an inhaler.

Sent my son to get prescription. They claimed my insurance card was not good. I called my carrier and we tried getting thru. They answered phone and hung up six times. I had script transferred to Rite aid....they lost a customer.

On Monday around 7-8 pm I went to the store I was heading to the register and I hear the lady (her name is nancy )saying here they come with the coupons again i went up and she was giving me an attitude and kept looking at me like Couldnt understand her just because Im Hispanic and she yelled at my daughter for touching a toy and I didnt say anything . This is the second time I have a problem with her The first time it was about two weeks ago where I was in line with my nephew and there was a white guy behind us and she made him go before us . Im sorry but thats discrimination and something like that shouldnt be happening

Every time I come here I have the same problem with the idiot cashier, she never knows what she’s talking about 🙄 I came here to use my extra bucks and she told me there has to be a “balance” I drove to my home store and asked my GM and she doesn’t know what she’s talking about she needs to be retrained !!! I’m never going back to this CVS.
