I went in to Advanced Auto Parts asking for a door prize donation for our VFW POST Car Show fundraiser, and boy was I surprised. First I find out that they give Veterans a 10% discount! They had all the flags flying from Coast Guard, Army, Navy and Air Force. I was impressed. Then when I presented our car show flier the manager gave me a bucket to fill up with auto needs. I will pass this on to all our members of our post 7310 and all District 4 of Michigan of the greatness Advance Auto Parts has for our Veterans! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Love this place if I need something checked on car they do it,even put my wiper blades on!!! I can go to counter give them my list of supplies and they get them for me and bring them to counter and on top of that they carry my purchase to the car !!! Love this store!!!

Zero customer service skills. Also apparently its not in their job description to give a customer a bag for their items. The Cashier acted like it was an inconvenience for him to do his job. Was more interested in talking to his coworkers.. NO employee had a mask on. Lets hope they are being honest that they are vaccinated after the poor customer service I received.

Most of the time I order parts from Amazon but today I tried to order a 30 minute pick up Order and it was not ready in 30 minutes then had to wait and then found out there was a part that they did not have that their on line system said they did and had to go to another store to pick it up, this will be the last time I try a 30 minute pick up and I will always go to Amazon 1st, 8/1/20 That was a copy and paste response from my review but I will have to update this review and say that Amazon is not only the best place to go and jegs.com has one of the best shipping, parts, customer service that I have found in the last 3 months and I know they have been around for years but I am so impressed I must leave it in this review.

They had the parts and tools I needed to complete my repair.

My daughter needed a battery and Dom switched it out for her. It may not seem like much but since I have some physical limitations currently it was a great help. Second time Advanced Auto has come to my kids aid this week.

Some employees are wearing masks,some arent. Then they insult me with their response to my review. If I wanted to do curbside, I would have done it. Would an employee give me myself with or without a mask?

I was at this store trying to buy a spark plug for my lawn mower and a young man named Joshua didn’t even know lawnmowers had spark plugs in them. Needless to say I walked out and went to oreillys

Polite service, had everything I was looking for. The one thing I couldnt find, I didnt even have to ask for them to look up and see if it was in another location, they just asked if they could look it up for me. Also. Big deal for a woman ... I wasnt made to feel lesser than for being a woman and needing help. I was treated just the same as my husband who was in the store with me, but entered earlier and in a different aisle (they didnt know we were together until we checked out). Will go back again regardless if the prices are higher than Auto Zone or OReillys. Thanks Advanced!!

Every time I go in the staff are very helpful.

This is the district warehouse store, so youll be able to find almost any part in stock. Staff is friendly and fairly knowledgeable in comparison to AutoZone. The only downside is that this store in particular seems to have a very high employee turnover rate, so its a little difficult to get to know anyone well enough so they are familiar with you and the vehicles you normally service. On a positive note, because of it being a feeder store for the entire district, they are usually well-staffed, and rarely have to wait for assistance.

Always have everything I need. And if they dont they tell me what location does.
