My experience with Markosian was great. I applied online and got approval almost instantly even though my credit is medium. Nico, my salesperson couldn’t have been nicer. No pressure just asked the right questions and found me an SUV that I could get in my price range. He even drove it up to Heber City because my prior car had broken down!!! These guys are really good to work with. They’re very friendly and professional. With that said, however, I felt that things at the dealership took way longer than needed. We sat in the lobby for quite some time before someone reached out to us, and we were there right at opening. They were a little slow at other points in the day as well. And if you pay cash, they charge an extra $1000, so I wasn’t super happy about that. Other than that, customer service was really great and they are good people.

The GM was an arrogant A-hole. He treated us like we were garbage. The salesman was the only respectable person in the building. Everyone else was worthless. He said we had to put $2000 down or there was nothing he could do. The next day we went to another dealer and bought a brand new car no problem. Way to treat your retired military with class. So whats new. Everyone else here does the same. Stay clear of this place.

So here is my story : so back In Dec I was getting a ride to work, when I seen the bus (picture below) so I checked there website and found a car I wanted went to the dealership and no deal, it was 99 down plus 700 dollars more in taxes and fees, but that they can work with me and I put down 200/1000, and then along with the 197 bi weekly payment I would pay an extra 50 dollars till taxes come and I pay off the rest., Also the price on the car was not 8,000 that was to lease it, the car cost 12,000 no not the deal I wanted,but I was there and needed a car so I signed the deal. I just had a feeling I was lied to kind of tricked, I love the car though,

I bought a car not even a year ago. I work Monday thru Saturday. I need service on my car and I can’t get it as they are not willing to work with me. It will take at least a week for my car to be fixed and they won’t even do loaners. If I can’t work how do you expect me to make my payments? Nothing but a joke on this end.

Worked with Jim. He is great. Super transparent about everything. Well educated and extremely friendly. Kept us updated on expectations with time so I didn’t feel like I was waisted any.

So... I was really hesitant about going through this company again because the first experience that I had was not the greatest. I came in because I heard they work with those who dont have the greatest credit. I definitely needed to get something to start repairing my credit and to haul my growing family around. I was really nervous about this process. The last time I got a car I was pushed into getting a brand new car and ended up getting screwed in the end. As soon as me and my wife walked in we were greeted by Fred, he was amazing. We were shown two cars before we finally decided on one, we felt pretty bad about having him run around the lot. However he knew our situation and was more than happy to work with us. He doesnt beat around the bush and very understanding. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 … I’m having a really serious issue with the car that I purchased less than 3 months and just use it for domestic use (home to work ) l it’s stoping suddenly when I’m driving, I had tried to reach out some manager just to see the possibility to return or change the car, I was able to reach out the agent when sold the car to me, but nobody with some “authority” inside of the company is caring about this issue, one rude lady talked to me over the phone for I bring the car for an authorized car shop see what is going on, the mechanical technician didn’t find any “code “, but the car is still stopping while I’m driving, for sure they just put some band aid on it before sell and now that this problem is back they don’t care to find any solution, but I have to keeping paying for a non functional car that I can put me in an accident anytime…

The place is cool, super chill… however, the bi weekly payments just wasn’t something we were willing to risk signing & paying. We already have 1 car that’s a $530 payment, a second car with $202 bi weekly payments is just a bit much! We were told if the monthly payment was something we were worried about that they would work with us on that. We came in yesterday and the guy who helped us asked how much we wanted our payment to stay around, price range, etc. we did find 1 car that was okay, but the miles were too high. We just wanted to see what payments would be and it was completely out of our price range for monthly payments. We wanted to stay around 1 flat monthly payment of maybe $250 MAX! Not $202 BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS. We also just couldn’t find something accommodating for a family of 5 as a back up vehicle and within our MONTHLY limit.I dont know if that’s how markosian does there payments for everybody but that just isn’t something that will work for MY family. We would have been more willing to sign for a vehicle had the monthly payments been what we told the guy after he asked us and told us they could work something out with the monthly payments.

If you are in need, they do all they can to help. My car broke down that I had a lease through. I had been trying to replace it with a newer car several months prior. I was turned down because of my amount left on my lease, though with all I drive for work I knew something would happen. It just was a matter of when.My car broke down five minutes into my hour commute, I had it towed there to the repair shop. I was a stress mess due to the time frame of needing to be to work. I asked them if they might have a car to borrow. They said no, but then worked to help replace it for a more reliable newer one.Fred Hughes worked so fast, so well that he was able to get me into a newer car and get me to work. If you need help, he is there for you. And he has the coolest mustache ever.Fred will do all he can to help you, he needs a big raise.

I hate to sound hyperbolic, but they and APG are crooks. Low-level service and nickel-and-diming are higher than normal. The organization business model is apparently designed to take advantage of the lower income area that it exists in. Do your research and see if you can find more reputable businesses before using this one if you really need a vehicle.Update 10/11: May the record show, this number doesnt help current customers. Ive been getting $50 surcharges for not having updated insurance documents that my insurance provider sent over a month ago, it hasnt been months since Ive spoken to these folks since I called and asked them about the documents when I first received an email request to update not months ago.Also recently, I resent these docs, finally spoke to someone who told me the extra charges would be removed, but theyre still there. And thats just the current issue. Signing up in the beginning should have been a good enough sign to walk out of the sale. The CS is not very helpful.

I went into this dealership thinking it would be just like all of the rest and not be able to get into a vehicle because of my low credit score and pricing that I couldnt afford. But I was pleasantly surprised! I had a young salesperson by the name of Luis Nieves who knew his stuff and was able to work his magic for me, and in about 2 hours I was out of that dealership in a vehicle that I could afford, one that is suitable to my needs and desires, and I have never been more impressed with a salesperson than I was with Luis tonight. He was polite and well-mannered, he knew exactly what needed to happen for me to drive off in a vehicle and he made it happen. He wasnt about to be letting me get away without purchasing a car. With so many other dealerships over the past couple of months when I have been looking for a vehicle that I could get into, all I was getting was turn-downs and rejections. Luis took that away and he made a deal work for me. He was able to get my down payment requirement reduced by 50% and I was able to pay the down in a couple of installments before my actual monthly car payment comes due. That is amazing. This young man knows his stuff, and Mr Markosian, you give him a raise, which he so rightly deserves. With my poor credit, and me being a retired veteran on social security and very low income, for him to be able to get me into a vehicle as easily as he did, that is a feat of magic and nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Luis, for a job well done!
