I turned my car in on August 17th 2021 for a hit and run on the back drivers side. I got my car back midOctober. I stay 5 minutes from the repair shop. The next morning, it was foggy, I turn my defrost on and its coming out my vents. I went back to Caliber Collision and spoke with the manager and he took my car back to look at and came back telling me my ac compressor is bad. I proceed to ask how when it was working in August and how do it go bad just sitting waiting on parts. He then tells me that other Customers left out of here with mechanical issues too. So I told him now i really suspect about this shop. There are plenty of cars parked waiting for test drives, repairs and based on your theory these cars should have mechanical issues as well. He then just stares at me.

Joe took time to listen to my questions and responded to them very thoughtfully. I appreciated his service very much!

She kept me abreast of every detail and made me feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process. It was seamless. I am completely confident in Caliber. What a wonderful staff. Many thanks to Holly for being professional in every way. I was keep informed everyday on the status of my repairs. And timely. I was prepared for a longer wait, but they did an excellent job at a reasonable price in a very short time. Certainly my choice for repair work in the future.

Had front bumper replaced after my car was hit in a parking lot. They returned my car and the gap between bumper and hood is much wider on one side. Definitely can tell there was a repair done. Also after I got the car back my dashboard temperature display was wrong. Didn’t think that could be their fault until I investigated and found that they not only forgot to plug the sensor back in, but the wire was pinched between the bumper and frame.

I believe in doing it right the first time. I dont paint cars, nor do I do body work, but, if I can notice that the work is not satisfactory, then they or the manager should have known that as well. I really hate poor service. Now, do I think Caliber have great potential, ABSOLUTELY!!!!! The color matching was great!. Change your slogan Caliber because you say that you can make a vehicle look like its never been in an accident. Well, thats not true. Im not going to let you guys take all of the blame here because Geico had a hand in this as well and they will be hearing from me. Ms. Holly, I definitely appreciate your efforts and thanks for keeping me updated.

We had hit a deer with our Ford Exhibition and filed a claim with our insurance. They recommend we use Caliber Collision. We were impressed with how informed they kept us, receiving updates daily by text. They had to replace bumpers and repaint the front end. They did a great job. They also washed the outside and vacuumed the inside of the car before we picked it up. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone!

My truck is my baby and I was nervous about taking it to a shop I had not used but their reviews provided me some initial reassurance. At my appointment, the employee (Holly, I believe) did the rest of the work. She was very easy-going, heard and understood my concerns, and I left vey much at ease about everything. In the end the body work came out great, like the collision had never happened. She was even patient with some other scratches I had questioned and even better was able to show me photos from drop-off to confirm they were pre-existing. I hope not to have to go back but if I do find myself needing these services again, Caliber will be my first phone call.

Service very kept me informed during the service.

Someone backed into the front of my car. I took my car to a Selected Body Shop on my car insurance list. Caliber Collision was on the list. They had serviced my car twice before but I was very disappointed in the poor quality / workmanship of the repair to my car this time. I had to get my insurance company involved for Caliber Collision to repair my car correctly. It was not repaired in a timely manner nor was it washed properly when l was called that my car was ready to be picked up. I ran out of my car rental days ( over 20 days) & Caliber Collision had to pay for the additional rental until my car was ready for pickup. Very disappointed.

They gave me daily updates on the progress of repairs, repaired it sooner than expected, my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Came in to get an estimate on my car and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. My adjuster was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions for what I wanted repaired on my car. I will be returning once I am ready for my car to get fixed. Brought my car in for a fender bender, they fixed it ahead of schedule and it looks great. Also, it was no fuss with my insurance company. Kind of hard to find though, its in one of the dealerships and not obvious from the street.

I know this place has good reviews, and I am sure they do fine work... but they dropped the ball with me. Left me waiting for my appointment, never called me back... it was as though they didn’t need my business, so I went somewhere else.I am not saying to avoid this place, but this was just my experience.

The quality of work performed was excellent and everyone was friendly and professional with the exception of the geico insurance adjuster who basically called me a liar after my accident claim and refused to pay for all the repairs to my vehicle. Never again.

I took my car there to get fixed and they had it for a month. They told me it was due back on the 19th of March and they did not honor that also I had a rental car and my time was up and they promised to pay for the extension of 5 more days for the rental car and did not honor it. The rental car charged my card for 5 days and I got overdraft fees. I am very disappointed because Brian insisted that he would take care of the cost and he did not keep his word. So I had to pay the price. I called them and they are trying to get it straight. Hopefully it works out its just a truly and inconvenience. :0(
