Helen is the best. Came in at 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon for a trip to Cincinnati zoo leaving that evening and she got everything booked and us on the road in a timely fashion with no warning.

One of the best experiences I have had for an auto repair shop anywhere! The staff was kind, courteous, and efficient. Much less time spent here for a serious repair than for an oil change at other dealership establishments. I will absolutely return again for all future auto repairs/maintenance.

After having my car for a week they forgot a service I already paid for. I was told I was not on schedule and would have to be worked in for a service I already paid for. The customer service could have been a lot better. I understand forgetting something, but it could have been handled differently.

Would like to recommend to management that it would be really nice and very helpful to have a small area setup for customers to be able to sit and work on their laptop, just a counter, table or desk with electrical outlets, nothing fancy. Would have been a big help today since I was there about 2 hours--just a thought.

I visited here to get an oil change and a leaky tire plugged. The staff were polite. My only complaint was that my Hyundais oil change price was increased $20 without my consent because the oil filter wasnt in stock so they ordered one. I wish I was informed of the increased cost and wait time before they started so I could have made the decision myself, and not been forced into it.

This was my first time visiting this AAA location. The staff was very helpful in getting my travel card setup and giving me travel guides for my trip to Europe. The representative also offered me a credit monitoring service and she set that up before I left. I highly recommend going to this location.

What a great experience! We were traveling from NJ to FL and we were forced to stop due to a wierd sound. Turns out with was the shell hub bearing. Long story short, they got us back on the road for $200 less than our two local mechanics charged. As AAA members, we got a discount which was great. Plus, it was walking distance to a Starbucks and other stores. Easy time waiting. Great customer service. And an overall great place. We witnessed multiple families coming in for the other travel services they provide.

On recent visits there, they have been very prompt and helpful.

I brought them my car for an inspection and they told me that it needed $1,000 worth of work. So I had them repair it. They didnt do it correctly, so i had to take it back. Then the lady at the travel side of front desk was extremely rude about my dads service dog when we walked in to pick up the car. I thought that it would be a good shop, being that its AAA, but I was wrong.

The staff does not return calls!! They are limited on the services they provde. So for a simple oil change is okay.The mobile AAA battery service staff were much more professional and knowledgeable.I would NOT go to this location again. There is one in Hampton that has class A service but this location service department is horrible.The other AAA staff is great!

I always assumed that I could trust the Triple A service centers due to Triple As excellent reputation but recently found out, thats not the case. When my Mitsubishi Montero broke down, I called Triple A and had them tow it to thier Suffolk location. The next day they called me and said it needed a rear shift differential and that it was extremely hard to find this part, he could only find one, it was used with over 150K miles on it and since my truck only had 140,000 miles, it wouldnt be worth it. He also said that it would be 9-10 hours of labor to install it. I asked him what would cause this, he said he wasnt sure but I should of had problems for months prior to it going bad. I asked him at that point, why they didnt see the damage just 2 months prior, when I took it to thier Norfolk location where they removed both of the axle hubs and replaced one, why didnt didnt they see the damange then??? He simply said, I dont know why they wouldnt of noticed it. Once I got if the phone with him, I called Auto Zone and in just 20 minutes, they were able to find the part for $740. A friend recommended a great auto repair shop, who told me this should of definitely been noticed when the axles were removed. They also told me it would only be 4 hours of labor verses the 9-10 hours of labor that Triple A quoted me. I had my truck towed towed there and they were able to find the part for even less, just $550. Ive had my truck back for a month now and its driving great. If your getting something other than an oil change, I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion before having them repair your vehicle.

AAA needs more of the comfortable chairs, not padded office chairs. Standing for an hour, not fun.

Extremely rude. The white lady at the front desk with the glasses was rude. I was just coming in with a few questions and was looking for Mr. JAMES JONES. He was beyond extremely rude. Very short with me and didnt help me at all. AAA has decent service but not this one in particular. Take your business elsewhere like I did. The customer service is disgusting.

Never used to have a problem but, now that they accept drop-offs for state inspections; you can forget about getting your car back any quicker than after a full day or sometimes even two! I work for a living and have a family. I cant afford to be down a car for that long.

30 minutes after opening they we’re booked up for inspections. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue with this location.Edit: Membership now cancelled!

They cancelled my insurance with two days notice claiming I had trees on my property therefore I was not eligible (exact quote from the letter they sent me). They had not even told me I was in danger of losing my insurance and refused to answer my phone calls. Do not trust them!

Great service, I take my vehicles here all the time for general repair service. They stand behind their work and will check up on any follow up service issues no questions asked.

I have had AAA for a while now in California and their offices were always amazing but when I moved to virginia, I tried to use this place for State inpection and it always seemed to be about a 2 to 3 hour wait. I finally used it to get my second vehicle done and it took about 3 hours and their shuttle service always seemed to be out. I found pretty much any other shop was more helpfully than this place. I like AAA for the convenience and this place did not make it very convenient for me.The people there do not seem too welcoming either. As for AAA I have always liked their services but not impressed at all with this particular location. Id rather drive an hour away to a different location.

Went on Ladies Day for Oil Change and 17 point inspection and tire rotation for $25. Made a point of arriving first thing around 8 oclock and it took an hour or so. While I was waiting for my car to be ready I decided to get a quote on car insurance. After all I was said and done, we saved $600 annually for ten times the coverage. We also increased coverage on our renters insurance and decreased the deductible and added riders for some specific items that we didnt have covered before. We also got AAA towing which has tons of benefits that I cant even begin to go into here. I found out that I have to get a bunch of work done on my car which was recently given to me from a relative so I will be updating my review once we get the work done. But so far, this place is a blessing!

I would like to give a lower score but it is unavailable. Car brought in at 8am, received a call from the service department about the problem, gave them permission to make the fix and never heard back from them again. I just went ahead and took my personal belongings from the car and left. As far as I am concerned, you can go ahead and keep the car.

This location gets pretty busy! I get my oil changed here because it is close to my house. Usually its okay but other visits have been bad. Once a mechanic left his almost empty water bottle in my car. Another time my car came out dirtier like something was spilled on the hood. The manager insisted I spilled something on the car. If you let them work on your car make sure your car looks the same going in and coming out of there.

This place is a rip off. Charged my daughter $400 to fix her truck and when she drove her truck 1 hour and 40 minutes home it stopped running again with the same problem they were suppose to have fixed. Didnt offer no type of compensation or refund. Thanks Dereck ( The mechanic)

High prices, often recommend unnecessary repairs. Only went there because it is close to work.
