Love all the options here. There were so many cute shirts and bathing suits. The staff was super helpful. After helping us size a wetsuit told us how to size a board. It was so helpful and generous of him!

Visited the Rip Curl store in Santa Monica to buy swim trunks. I dont wear the mask because I dont watch TV + I have conditions (cant breathe) + its against constitution and human rights but who cares right. I politely explained that to the employees, but they recommended me to leave the store.

The sales staff went above and beyond for me while I was shopping for a rash guard.  I had an injury and couldn’t try it on myself and the employee put it on because she was similar in size.  I don’t know, it was just a really sweet gesture I think and shows they’ll go above and beyond for their customers.

Happened to see this great pair of blue and white board shorts that I just loved. My other swimwear is getting a bit worn down and with warm weather hopefully coming soon these will be a great addition to my wardrobe.

Its ok. I bough a t-shirt. There are no cool shirts unfortunately.

The staff here is super nice! Ive had many different wetsuits, but Rip Curl is the best! I dont even look at other labels anymore, they just dont compare. Every time I go to the Promenade I have to run in here and see all the latest finds. Only downside is that Its really hard to peel myself away from the big screens. I can watch surfing for hours.

I ripped my wetsuit on a rough edge of my changing bucket. Thing was brand new. Took it in for repairs, they didn’t have a loaner in my size. Called the next weekend and they turned a new one in my size into a loaner. The next week I get a text from the repair center about if you want to this it’s free, replace the chest panel $45. Obviously replace the panel. The person tells me exactly what to expect. I have a question 30 mins later, and I text back and actually get an answer written by a thoughtful human. Picked it up 2 weeks later. The manager and I have a great chat about all things wetsuit. I had this loaner for a month. It’s so important to work with companies that value the personal experience and make a top line product. And I ripped the thing, and they were still offering to fix it for free.

After years of rocking a used wetsuit I bought off a friend, it was finally time for an upgrade to something new that fit better. I didn’t want to buy online because I wanted the ability to try it on and talk to a pro first which is why I went to Rip Curl and had an AMAZING experience. The guy working was able to answer all of the questions I had and got me set up with a great new wet suit that I know will keep me warm for years to come!

Ripcurl on the Promenade in Santa Monica is first class. The staff was outstanding in sales & service....and they also were very helpful in locating some lost personal property and shipping them back to Colorado. Most thankful Jason and Tyler. Great store.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, took me through all the technical jargon for buying a wetsuit so I could make the best decision.

Maybe because my husband and I are older but we were basically ignored when we walked in today and we were the only customers in there. There were at least two sales associates hanging out. Bad vibe ... Not cool for a surf store. Too bad Quicksilver moved.

I just called them to know if they had a specific wetsuit. The guy on the phone patronized me while trying to convince me that the wetsuit that I was looking for didnt even exist, at the same time that I was browsing the RipCurls official website. (He didnt want to debate the lack of my knowledge regarding the product)Been there a couple of time, they were not really friendly.Heres to the end of the debate, I dont think Ill ever go back.Too bad that the employees are not at the level of RipCurls product quality.

They ended up not being able to help me out with a wet suit rental, but they were very helpful in trying to! They sent someone to the back to look, just in case, and even tried finding another store that could have helped me. Very throughtful

Excellent commercial premises strategically located on the busiest pedestrian promenade in Santa Monica.The neatness of the place makes it easy to find what you are looking for.The displey of the products is elegant and visually pleasing.The prices are not cheap, but the quality of the garments and accessories are phenomenal.Warm attentionHighly recommended!
