Really disappointing experience. My girlfriend was really fond of Reformation and had bought from them many times before. We were looking for a dress that was sold out in other branches so we went this one in Santa Monica. We were ignored the whole time as I said “how are you doing?” No response. I made eye contact and smiled despite having the mandatory mask mandate, also wasn’t acknowledged. Definitely did not feel good and neither did my girlfriend who saw the whole thing. Extremely terrible experience. She has said she will never buy anything from this brand ever again.

Whoever is doing the most recent job at hiring the new staff is killing it! Melanie at this location is so incredibly kind and helpful. She made my return process and new purchase delivery seamless and even her voicemail telling me my package had a arrived at the store was so sweet.

I could not have had a better experience with Mel! She went out of her way to find a dress for me from their distribution center in time for me to travel the following day. If I had ordered online it would’ve never made it in time. Not to mention she was incredibly friendly and kind. If I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would! She is a rock star!
