Buyer be careful! Major Motor cars has being sued several open cases, mostly is failed to disclose the facts. They are very dishonest people. My email was never replied. I purchased a car without disclosure and falsely advertised. They also sold me $3000 Waranty when my car was still under factory warranty. I called and emailed to confirm cancellation which was never refunded as they promised. They kept saying it was the 3rd party charged my Waranty but the contract clearly said it is their own company and I paid $3000 to them. I do not recommend.

Major Motors had a great deal on carguru for hard to find combination of options I wanted on a mercedes I wanted to pick up for my wife. I quickly called at 7pm and spoke with Mr. Zaad, and he setup everything for the next day. My wife was able to get off work at 6pm, show up at the dealership at 7pm and drive away before they closed at 8, and they were still busy with customers, on a Wednesday. Mr. Harry financed us through wells fargo, really helped in getting the terms we wanted and I write this and my experience because I DID get a beautiful car for a GREAT price without any padded stuff people usually worry about! Thank you to the terrific staff at Major Motor Cars. We purchased a car from Florida and our salesman went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth experience. They drove the car to Mercedes for a 30 point inspection for us - and when we found out the car needed new tires and new hood insulation our sales rep didnt skip a beat - he went ahead on his own accord and replaced the tires and the hood insulation for us. This dealer is buying cars from auction, clean the title and sell it. I bought a car from them, they said there is nor problem, no accident etc and showed me carfax report which was clean. When i took my car to the mercedes dealer, they told me that my car had an accident, some parts are missing, back bumper got a paint and car started shaking. I had to pay 6k for fixing it.

I LOVE THEIR CARS! This place has a HUGE selection of really nice cars. I pass by here everyday on my way to work and finally I decided to stop in. I thought at first they have a small selection, then I went online and saw they had around 200 cars! I thought to myself that’s it’s impossible to have that many cars, so I went by to check it out. Found out they have lots close by that they keep their other cars at.I went for a ride with my sales person Zaad, he showed me the cars that fit in my payment budget. I went home to think about it and the next day I came back and bought myself a Mercedes E400 coupe!Harry and Rob made me feel great about my purchase and explained all my terms to me. Didn’t end up buying a car from these folks. Ended up buying a new 4Runner. I would seriously consider these guys. They went above and beyond to try and sell us a car. Zaad was a true gentleman in every fashion. He was not pushy or overbearing.They moved out a bunch of cars out of their lot so we can try drive one of their cars. Before we drove, they wiped the vehicle down (inside), and allowed us to test drive it on our own. The only issue was did we want to go new or used. Absolutely awesome experience... Petwr was my salesperson and was excellent from the start... I was making an out of state purchase, which can be tricky at times, unless you are working with the right person and/or company, which I clearly was. Ive made this kind of purchase several times and have to say that Peter handled it with precision... He was very attentive and communicated extremely well, which is beyond important, ESPECIALLY on an out of state transaction, where comfort is what makes or breaks the sale... He sent me a very good video of the car, close enough to see it in real light and to be not be tricked in how it actually looked... He was beyond helpful as well and they were just easy to negotiate and work with... They were not pushovers but were also extremely fair, which is what I like to see as well... When you have pushovers, often times it is because there is something wrong with what you are buying and they are just happy to get something for it... This was just good business all around... They had their own shipping people they worked with and the car was shipped within one day of being purchased and had 1,000 miles to come to me... It was here in less than 48 hours and there was barely even any dust on the car... It was just excellent all the way around... I will absolutely do business with them again

I am an international buyer from Taiwan. I found a beautiful Maserati Ghibli S Q4 Sedan on Major Motorcars Inc.,On August 22, 2018, I paid US$500 as down payment for the Ghibli S Q4 Sedan. And I asked Peter Yousef to show me the VIN# label on the car. On Sep 3, Peter Yousef sent the photo of VIN# label to me. And I transferred the balance US$32000 for the car on the following day. On, September 6, Peter Yousef said that the The owners will not accept the $32,500 anymore. They put brand new brakes on the vehicle so that made the cost higher. Peter Yousef refunded my money for US$32000 on Sep 11. And On Oct 10, Peter Yousef refunded the deposit US$500 to my Paypal account.Peter Yousef is a gentleman with patience. Wish next time I can buy more vehicles from them.

I bought a Maserati from Major Motors and received great customer service before the purchase, during the purchase and after the purchase. The car I bought ended up needing repairs that came to light a week after purchasing upon a full inspection. Major Motors offered to make the repairs or return the car if thats what I wanted. I chose to keep the car with the repairs made and couldnt be happier. They are an honest dealership and thats the most anyone can ask for. Highly recommend Major Motors to anyone purchasing a vehicle!

I bought a “two owner” car from them, little did I know one of the owners was a rental agency. Due to my work schedule and COVID-19 I carried out the purchase over the phone. When I received the vehicle it had tremendous damage to the interior, all the vents are broken, one speaker is blown, all the leather is damaged, the rotors are warped to the point the whole car shakes badly when braking, and I still haven’t figured out what keeps clanking. I’m having a lawyer look at getting me out of the purchase agreement, my advice??? Don’t make a purchase from that company! My car has nearly $5,000 in damage, and it’s 3 years old.

Called twice to inquire about a car i expressed interest in on autotrader.Was told someone would follow up with me and they never did.Called the first time, was on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up, no one called back.Called the second time. Was put on hold mid conversation, then sales rep was very rude and short with me i barely got a word in. My first choice was sold but i would have bought the R8 they have in stock this week in cash.They must not like money here

Bought my 3rd car from these nice folks in Santa Monica! It seems like every time I come here things get better! They have great cars and great people. Greeted by none other than the Iman Gianni, the store entertainer. He showed me the selection of Maserati’s he had in stock. After a few details, Mr Mo was generous and helped us by switching wheels from another Maserati.Highly recommend these guys. While everyone there is great, you should ask for Iman if you want to buy and car and have a good time!

**Update** 10 minutes after writing this review, one of the sales managers (Zach) of major motor cars wrote a fake review on my real estate google business page claiming that we worked together on a real estate transaction. A further testament to the integrity of this company.Should have known better from the get go when I called to inquire about a vehicle in stock 3 separate times and was told by Iman that he would call me back and never did. Test drive lasted 1 block because there was no gas in the car. Iman did not say one word about the features of the vehicle, nothing. The guy could care less. Unfortunately they had the only black e43 amg in all the area, so I ended up purchased. They had agreed to replace all 4 tires on the vehicle as well and detail it. First day I had the car there was a massive rattling noise on the dash, so I had to take it to Mercedes to get fixed. Next week bring the car in to get the tires replaced, and detailed, only to have to go back and forth with Zach because he no longer wants to replace the tires. Then I take the car to get detailed because it was done so poorly. Detailer lets me know theres overspray all over both passenger doors and that something had definitely happened to the car. Called Zach and he says they had knowledge of this, but have no responsibility to disclose that as the car fax is clean. Ive had to call in 4-5 times just to get a copy of the extended warranty I purchased because they never gave it to me and never return calls. Ive also now called 4 times with no return call because my temporary license plate ripped and its been 3 months without receiving my plates. I could go on and on, but frankly its just such a poorly run business its almost laughable. Boggles my mind how a company like this can even be in business.

Between the two of them I have found good people who I can trust referring friends and family too. I am not someone who is easily trusting but when Zaad gave me the key for the BMW I8 to drive on my own, I never felt such a high level of trust from someone I didn’t know. He jokingly told me “just have it back before 7”.I drove the car on my own, and really enjoyed how clean and well kept the vehicle was. This car lot is very professional. Zaad and all others were extremely helpful and polite. I made an appt and when I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive. When I came back 2 days later to pickup the car and sign papers they were ready, organized, and transaction was complete in quick and easy fashion. I would recommend them to others. I do suggest they adher to covid guidelines better, many of them were not wearing masks and office is small so people were to close.

We recently bought our 5th car from Major a Motor Cars and the reason that we keep coming back is the service! This place absolutely redefines the used car buying experience. Pete and his group of salesmen are top notch. Our most recent deal was handled by Rob who treated us like we were was his only customers, even though I know they do a lot of business there and he most certainly did have many other customers. In the case of our most recent purchase, we reserved a car that was coming soon and the arrival and make-ready process to just a bit, but Rob was on top of things and kept us apprised of the process. The lot is amazing and just plain fun to visit. You never feel any sales pressure (at all) and the cars (typically ranging from almost new to 3 or 4 years old) ALL look pristine. . .like a new car lot, reflecting their high standards. Once you decide on a car, there are no shenanigans and it has been our experience that they can have you out the door and on your way to dinner in about an hour. Weve had great luck with all of our cars from MMC and cannot recommend them highly enough.We will most certainly be back for our next purchase!

Great Deals and Service!I purchased a nice 2008 650i from these guys about a year ago. First, I am extremely happy with the car. The car was in great condition, low miles, and looked fantastic (and still does). Haven’t had any problems with it at all. In regards to service, I came in a few times while making my buying decision and have dealt with pretty much everyone who works there. The guys let me test drive any car I wanted to (and on my own), were not pushy like typical car sales men are, and seemed to really want to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Andy and Peter gave me a fantastic deal (best deal within 200 miles radius when comparing on other used car websites). I ended up returning a few months after to purchase an extended warranty which Neil helped me with. He was extremely knowledgeable on different policy options and encouraged me to take my time when making the decision. Overall, I can honestly say I enjoyed purchasing a car from these guys. This was my first car purchased from this dealer but definitely not the last. Not sure why some of these other reviews are so negative but I personally had an awesome experience. Thanks Peter!

Ive been buying cars from Major Motor Cars for over 10 years and there is a big reason I keep coming back. The service is impeccable. But this time they really outdid them selves. What I thought was an unobtainable dream became a reality thanks to Peter. He was like a genie from a magic lamp. This place does not call you despite repeated requests and emails, so I bought my Benz from their competitor in Santa Monica.

These guys are pretty awesome! I purchased a car from them about a month ago. Upon purchasing the vehicle I was impressed with the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car. As clean as the car was, and as nice as all the sales people were, I didnt want to buy my new Benz without an inspection. I live in Riverside so I didnt want to come down and buy the car and leave with a headache as I have experienced in the past. They helped me schedule an inspection and they paid for it so long as I bought the car, which I thought was pretty cool. The inspection came out clean with only small issues which they took care of. Very impressed, simple and easy. I will definitely send my friends and family. Thumbs up to a well ran family business!

Major Motor Cars is by far the best higher end used car provider Im sure in Southern California, at least dealing with my situation and my experience with them - is by far #1 in my book without a doubt (very happy). And only due to not knowing most likely could be the best to a unknown distance.... it truly is how I would run a business if I was in this field. Fred - my salesman - owner, his son, and just about everyone involved down to the detailer and lot assistants were very personable, helpful and professional. I bought a beautiful BMW 750I-X earlier this week and I am totally impressed and happy with the deal and sale. I traveled hours from Bakersfield to Major Motors in a rent a car. My salesman and the owners accommodated me after the sale to get my rental back to rental company and a driver to bring me back to pick up my BMW cleaned and detailed to a tee. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family or friends. Really enjoyed my visit here with Major Motor Cars. Family style setting. Great selection of cars. Warm people that do good business.My father and I drove there because my father wanted to buy a Mercedes. We were referred to them by my uncle who raved about their cars and business. We came over not anticipating buying a car but just to look. Surely my father who is never impulsive pulled the trigger. Kal and my father hit off immediately. I hung out with Peter during the process and he is a straight up guy. This place has a great atmosphere and good people that work here. Me and my family had a great experience with this company. We called and spoke to Peter, the owners son. He made the process easy. We met Zane at the dealership. He had the Mercedes S 550 ready for me to test drive. We drove the vehicle to my mechanic shop for inspection. My mechanic (Kenny @ Westwood Auto) found a small repair that was needed. Zane agreed to pay to fix the issue. We did the paperwork in less than hour. I got there at 11am, I was out by 2pm with a car, my inspection completed and great experience.What I love most about MMC is that they are down to earth people. They have a great selection of cars, fair pricing, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I just want to share my review of Major Motor Cars. I will be brief. AMAZING! What I believed to be such a painful experience, like going to the dentist, turned out to be fun, exciting and filled with personable people. These people are Honest, yes honest. Ex: I gave them 6400 cash down payment when I was suppose to give only 6000, and they gave me back my difference. My guards were up going in, my arms were around them when I left. I will refer them anyone I know, including you! If you want a high quality car with honest and friendly service call Major Motor Cars, Mo is by far the friendliest business owner you will ever find.

My experience with Major Motors absolutely disappointing, the reciption lady is disgustingly rude she was texting, ignoring And the sales manager is rude they change prices, and when you ask why you guys changing the price they say that we cannot honour that.

They took a deposit from me to hold a car they clearly didnt have in stock. When I called the morning of the scheduled purchase date (I was driving in from a neighboring state) to make sure everything was still a go, they told me the car was not available - even though they had taken my deposit money to hold it. Getting my deposit back was a nightmare. Everyone was always so rude on the phone. I had to file a claim with my credit card/bank to get it back.

Sleazy used car dealership? Definitely not! These guys are the epitome of high-end luxury sales and service! As a buyer I had a million choices on where I could buy my Mercedes C Class. I started my search on true car and worked my way through CarGurus. I got a special discount through True car so I ended up using them for my purchase. When I got to the lot I was greeted with the utmost sincerity and fondness that I could only find with family. Indeed, they guys treated me like family and now I am apart of their family (to the point that Iman calls my his sister from another mister).Everyone there is a great. The only recommendation I would give is that they should have a female working there. It is a male dominated environment, but they do a job of making you feel warm and fuzzy. Rarely can I say I have had an experience as positive as the one my wife and I experienced purchasing a luxury vehicle at Major Motors. I had researched a BMW on Cargurus for months but frankly could not afford the price point. Finally there was a vehicle at Major motors that sparked my interest.Of course I was Leary at the cost of the vehicle and particularly Leary of salesman when he greeted me at the dealership.I must say this experience was to the contrary. The salesman was amazing but what was most impressive was that the owners came out and personally handled my deal. After taking the car through inspection we made the purchase and loved the car. So about 3 weeks later we put it on the road and it lived up to its expectations on the road. However we found a few problems with the car and felt wow this is going to be expensive. My prior experience with the purchase of a used car has been pretty cut and dry after you sign the contract and drive off the lot. So we felt a little nervous. I called the owner Peter and told him and he said bring it in tomorrow. From A to Z he satisfied all of the issues without a blink and a smile of sincerity.I recommend Major Motors to anyone looking for a gently used luxury car at a great price.My wife and I want to thank the entire team for their professionalism and the worry free experience that we had!Rob and Jade

Hey guys. So I recently was looking to buy a used BMW from Major Motors to have as a second car. I contacted major motors and spoke with Zane. He was very helpful. I went in the same day to test drive the car. Now, the car was a 2011. So it wasnt as smooth as my current 2018 BMW but thats to be expected. I checked the car settings, I noticed the car needed to be serviced and the low tire pressure light was on.I liked the car so agreed to purchase it. I explained to Zane I would come back the next day to do paperwork etc. because it was late. We were in communication via text. He told me that he was having the car cleaned up, serviced and it would be ready by the time I arrived. Due to my work schedule, I actually wasnt able to go until three days later which fell on a Monday.I met with Harry because Zane was on vacation. I paid the downpayment and signed all the paperwork. Now, once I had finished signing everything I was told the car need to be serviced and pass a smog test before I could take it. This was news to me seeing the car was supposed to be ready for me three days prior. However, I appreciated the car being serviced and taking care of prior to me leaving the lot.Again, I needed to leave and didnt have a few hours to waste sitting at the dealership. I informed the owner I would come to pick the car up in the morning. I contacted Harry the next morning. He informed me that the car was still not ready and that he would contact me.The problem I have with it taking so long to provide me with the car is in their contract you only have three days to return/cancel the agreement if you havent exceeded 200 miles. I felt It was very convenient that it’s taking at least three days to get the car after I signed the paperwork.Online it showed at about 3k miles less than what was actually on the car.My bank (capital one) contacted me and informed me they received all of my documents from the dealer and the paperwork for the car. They also asked me about insurance. I informed them that I had not purchased insurance yet because I haven’t been provided a time to pick up the car. Capital one informed me that when I signed the paperwork I should have been provided the keys and car.Capital one informed me that they would now be putting a hold on the account since I didn’t have possession of the car.I contacted Harry of major motors and told him that capital one was putting a hold on processing the payment because I didn’t have the car. I asked when the car would be ready. He told me that it needed to be driven in order to past the smog test and this could happen today in the next hour, tomorrow, or the day after that.I picked up the car & the car needed gas. I complained about the car not having gas. Harry sent one of the guys to the gas station and he put a quarter of a tank of gas.Two days later I was driving the car and the low coolant light comes on. I contacted them and was told to bring the car in. I took the car in on Monday. I was told they needed to order the part and the car would be ready on Wednesday. I puck the car up on Thursday morning. I drive the car for a month and guess what the low coolant light is back on.So in September the car was totaled after being hit by a drunk driver. I had just purchased the car in July with an extended warranty. However, the warranty didn’t kick in until August 15th. Now that the car is totaled I’m entitled a refund for the warranty. The dealership only paid 900 bucks as a refund. I asked for a break down on how I was only refunded 900 bucks seeing that I never used the warranty and the car was totaled less than a month after the warranty started. Harry as refused to take my phone calls or return my phone calls. When I call he says he’s with a customer and he’ll call me back. This dealership is the epitome of unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and purchase cars from anywhere else but here.

Worst service ever. 😡😡😡Never buy cars from them. They will waste your time and money. We are super mad.We bought the car from the Major Motor with a very low miles but the next day 2 tires of the car already gone bad. 🙃We have to change those tires by ourselves otherwise we can’t drive anymore. 🙃The staff in the store they are so rude. Never call us back. Keep wasting our time and money. Always have so many excuses. We drive back and forth to the Major Motor several times still not get our replace tires money back. Plus waste lots of miles on our car.The keep saying they will give the brand new tires to us but never do it.🙃 Just talking and fooling us. The keep laying to us, and they even don’t want pay the replace tires fee for us. We bought car on March this year and still not solve the problem yet, almost 2 months now.😡😡😡

I am about to save and help anyone who even thinks about buying a car here.. First off the mannerisms of these middle eastern/ Syria owners of this place is unreal! They will be sooo nice until you sign paperwork for the car they are selling. After that.. you are on your own! I am a perfect example of that! Purchased a 2015 BMW 650I and after documentation was done I was handed 1 key. First off.. who buys a 45k car and gets 1 key??? I told them I need 2 and they declined. We went back and forth and they finally would only agree to paying half of it. I was not satisfied but left knowing I needed 2 keys and unhappily agreed. The owners son Peter is who I been dealing with and hes a special person. This guy tells me not to make demands for the key they owe me. He then tells me that someone from his office will call when its ready clearly a sign of unprofessionalism not wanting to deal with the situation and pond it off to an employee when we have a delicate matter here. I get no response from anyone from his office and 3 weeks later I tell them that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency. Peter takes this as a threat and says I quote lose my number. So this is how you run a business? By the way, I have in writing that they owe me this key and this is how they choose to handle this. BUYER BEWARE!!!! And if you are planing on buying anything here. Make sure you ask for 2 keys upfront before you buy ANYTHING!! Sadly enough I do have all this banter on text with the owners son Peter so it would be very hard for you to lie and cover up this issue at this point... great job Major Motor Cars!!

Major motor cars! You guys are awesome!I purchased a Mercedes Benz S550 a week ago. i bought my wife a E350 convertible today. These guys just do it better than anyone else. They made the purchase quick and easy. The Owner Mo, and his GM Kal Rabii do an excellent job of running their dealership. Their staff is trained well to teach you all the gadgets and they are genuinely happy me nice people.It is very rare that I write reviews, mainly because I am not passionate about reviewing businesses. I was moved my Mr. Mo and his genuinely nice demeanor. More importantly I felt we Became friends. OMG, Iman is hilarious! Highly recommend seeing Iman if you want to have a fun and entertaining experience buying a car. He treats you as if you are an old time friend. His English is a little broken but his heart is full. I am sending my friends to go see him. In my experience he was a friendly salesperson with good intentions. I was in an accident, my car was totaled and after two weeks of viewing and test driving cars I finally found a 2013 CLS 550 that was a true value at Major Motors. Iman was able to show me some cool features and made it a pretty easy decision. They had a ton of nice cars to choose from. Just got back from a Northern CA road trip and am very happy with the car. Wouldnt be surprised if I buy my next car from them.

Before sign anything, take your car to a real dealership. I bought a mercedes from them and checked the carfax with them and there was no accident. But mercedes says, this car had an accident and just got repaired, lots of stuff is missing including sensors. After 2 weeks, all lights are on! I got told that major car is buying cars on auction, fix them and dont report on carfax and you cant see the accident on report. I had to pay 4200$ mercedes to repair! Dont buy from them before check in real dealership.
