Not happy with the customer service. Bought a car in June. The car had issues while leaving the parking lot. The dealership acknowledged it and I brought it back to correct it. The car was there for three days, never got a call with a status update, on the contrary I constantly had to reach out. After three days I decided to pick up the car.

I bought a 2017 Maserati Granturismo with 19k miles from this dealership, it was sold to me as a certified pre-owned. I couldn’t drive off the lot without the car having issues already. I brought the car back to have the problems fixed, they kept the car for three days and didn’t do anything to it. When I called (several times) to try to get an update on my car, nobody would call back or let me know what was happening with it.Don’t waste your time or money with this location, take your business to a reputable dealership where they conduct business professionally.

Very good experience at this dealership, it was great working with Michael, the opposite of a pushy car salesman: he worked with me to get me a good deal without the usual bs, he took the time to show me different options and models, and provided an excellent customer service/follow up even after the sale. In addition hes a great guy to chat with.This is the kind of service you expect when getting into a luxury car dealership, but this is still rare.After a couple of weeks going to different high end car dealerships to find my perfect car this was definitely by far the best experience.Ask for Michael, you wont be disappointed.

Service Department is terrible. Awesome car to drive but buy a brand new one because you’ll be in here often otherwise. My Quatroporte still has a broken gas cap, stereo skips and is buffering constantly, scratches not removed even after going back for a special service. Additionally, the brakes just cost me $1875 and only last 12k miles (not something they’ll tell you up front). They love to brag about being #1 in sales but the problem is with the follow up once you buy the car. Over promise and under deliver.

Ken is awesome, I had to get some warranty work done, and drop off my car before flying to SF for the day. He sent me an Uber to the Airport! The last time I took my car in for service, he quote a price I was happy with and it ended up less than expected. Shout for Casey too for helping me out when Ken was gone and the cashier for being sweet and friendly.

I would never recommend anyone coming to this location, especially if you are a woman. Ken in the service department wouldnt even give me eye contact because I was a woman. They have taken my vehicle back 4 times and have yet to replace the batteries on my keys. instead of listening to what I needed fixed, Ken dismissed me and said yeah yeah. 4 times now my car came back not properly fixed and yes no batteries. Then I personally went in and spoke with Manager Eric who assured me that he would personally get everything done. Now he has amnesia. worst service ever. I regret leaving westlake maserati for santa monica.

I just leased a Maserati Levante S from Santa Monica dealer. This is my second Lavantie which unquestionably has been my favorite car in the past 50 years of driving. Experience I had with Santa Monica unquestionably was the best car buying experience I’ve had. I had checked pricing with other dealers in Los Angeles and Orange county area, the price that was given was by far the lowest price. I drove down expecting the usual car dealer’s attempt to increase the pricing. To my delight everybody was helpful, easy to deal with, friendly, and best of all the deal I had texted to me was the deal I signed. The manager Eric and Nick at finance were great. Byron my sales person was very nice.

2.5 months to get the Stelvio back after rats chewed out the wires. insurance would pick up a small compact car and whatever extra i pay. okay. cool. however, instead i used my husbands car to save money. also luckily the insurance (DRIVE) picked up most of the tab upwards of 6 grand and i paid 1,000 including deductible. but the service at maserati was frankly, less than good enough considering the how much the car cost and the reputation and responsibility to uphold the brand.i go to pick up the car FINALLY (the wires arrived on tanker from italy hence the wait) and my beautiful car was FILTHY when they originally said theyd clean it inside and out. they kept me waiting an hour just to pick up a car i could have walked around the block to get myself. infuriating. and when youd ask? you get the runaround. really this should have been a quick pickup. instead you gotta hang around folks you dont know who are also not complying with the mask ADVICE from the CDC (as opposed to the conspiracy media)so, masks are falling down over faces (workers) or are not worn at all (customers esp.). when i asked one service person to pull up his mask, he told me his whole family and the entire staff onsite had covid except him and that all it was nothing more than a FLU! Really? the flu? i lost my close friend due to covid and know several others who have either died or are not 100% feeling better after having it for weeks. the FLU???? Madonna Mia, im gonna take health care advice from the dude at the Alfa dealership? yeah, sure. only reason i didnt give this experience one star is because i love my stelvio and im glad the rats have to find a new home. Ken, who also works in service gave me a remedy for the rats nest in the engine that initiated this whole debacle. sprinkle tabasco on the tires and around perimeter of the car. the smell pushes the rats to find another squat. now my driveway smells like a taco, but hopefully it will be worth it.so. take away? NEVER hand back an expensive car filthy or make your customer wait an hour just to pick up a car you guys had for more than 2 months. its clearly bad for business and if not careful, bad for your health. WEAR YOUR MASKS!!!!!

Been too numerous service departments including the one under previous ownership and I must say significant change has taken place. This place is the worst! They keep you on hold forever and never pick up. Frederick the sales person is completely unprofessional and forgets about you as soon as you walk out the door. He doesn’t do any follow up. Also, getting warranty information took days rather than just sending a simple email. They play games on pricing. Then during financing they play good cop bad cop.. Also, forgot to mention on my follow up visit (2of 4 because they play games) Frederick felt he was above helping me and sent me to a new employee to take over. He was helpful but did not know that much about Maserati vehicles.What’s up with your inventory being 7 stories underground and 20 minutes away??!! CRAZY!I’ll never recommend them.. I’ll buy elsewhere..

If you buy a Maserati from anywhere else youre making a big mistake. We got our car from Lois who was terrific. We got a fair price on our trade in and they transferred my personalized plates as well. But its the General Manager of the dealership Chad who steals the show. Hes fantastic. Great guy and really helpful.After purchasing the car the dealership goes the extra mile as well. After buying the car Mindy at the dealership called just to offer her assistance with anything I needed. She was great. Helped me set up a service appointment and made sure they took very good care of me.Through the purchase and after as well its been a fantastic experience. I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else.

Incredibly rude people. Not regular unpleasant service. They definitely think theyre better than you. Parking is impossible. Spots marked guest parking are not for you. A few 15 minute meters and restricted resident parking. If you need some aggravation in your day, this is the place for you!

I recently just returned my lease at this dealership. After a few days I realized I left my garage opener and my dogs blanket in the car. Tobiah one of the sales representatives was so kind to help me out. He drove 45 minutes each way to get my things from the off site lot, and he brought them to my house.The kind gesture and Tobiah going out of his way was exceptional service. The worst experience ever. These guys sell you an $80k maserati saying its certified and so many things are not working, they agree to fix it but say they cant offer a rental. takes them 3 weeks to supposedly fix meanwhile i dont have a car to drive. I get my car back and none of the items i asked to be fixed are wrking properly and they stole my glasses. Honestly i would never recommend this place for buying a car or service. theifs and liers. They dont even have the decency to call you back.

Took my 16 Ghibli, to have dashboard replaced, central console, front windows and few other things, ...my car has 24000miles, just by those few facts you can tell its very poorly made car.Regardless the service advisors Pedro was notified by my wife that they cracked the plastic that is between the windshield and dashboard. He told her thats the way it is that is 2 piece thing. Totally lied to her. I tried to get a hold of him and send him pictures and he told me same stuff, trying to convince me that normal, well it it is cracked and they even tried to glue it, what self respecting deal3of Maserati will do that? Over all really the worst experience there. We live far away from LA every time take lots of efforts to get to a dealer.

It has been absolute pleasure working with Freddrick, Mark, and Jeimy in my recent purchase of a Quattroporte GTS GranLusso. I live a considerable distance away from LA and had only begun thinking about purchasing a new vehicle... one visit and a week later, we made a great deal and closed the transaction. Freddrick was wonderful with his constant correspondence around my travel schedule. I was there late evening yesterday to look for a Maserati and Alfa Romeo. When I walked into the dealership Fedrick and Gary was there in front of the door waiting for customers. Fedrick reached out to me and asked what I am looking to buy and I told him what I was looking and he went in to check them out. I didnt dress like I have a lot of money to buy a Maserati but dressed decent and I am a professional Engineer. He thought I am not par in with his pay grade to serve me. So, he send out the new sales guy called Fred.Fred was nice and he is new to Maserati and he is learning and then helped me to test drive the Maserati. I hope the owner will get rid of sales people like Fedrick if he want customers like me buys cars from his dealership. Keep up the good work Fred.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!So I leased a 16 Maserati Ghibli and returned it at the end of March. I had the SmartLease Protection Plan which covered all the damages. I took pics of the entire exterior and interior, trunk etc before turning it in. I turned it into Santa Monica Maserati (not where I bought) since I had a deal the same day locked in at a dealership close by. I come in and speak to Tobi (who seems friendly at first, but really just a front) who is training someone to do inspections. They inspect the vehicle and said everything was fine but they couldnt officially ground the vehicle since the person that does that quit (what?). Apparently no one else at the dealership had the authority to do it, which made no sense to me. I insisted, but they gave me an unofficial document notating the mileage, release of liability etc. Tobi assured me the document he gave me would be fine multiple times. I was skeptical, but didnt really have a choice since I had to get my next car close by. I kept calling for weeks after (Tobi minimal if any response) and they didnt ground the vehicle until 5-6 weeks when calling the third party inspection company or Ally.Sure enough the SmartLease plan covered the minor damages but Ally allegedly claimed I didnt have the tire inflator part ($275 charge) with the spare tire (spare was never touched, checked or used, with original tires on the car at return). This is literally the only part of the car I didnt have a picture of.Ally began to call me to pester me about paying for the part. Apparently its not covered under the SmartLease and even though the dealer didnt write it down or mention it missing, they told me I had to prove it was there. I call Tobi, no response. I then get transferred to Leasing Manager Deniro and he says hell take care of it but is pretty curt and rude. A couple weeks go by and I call him again but he keeps stringing me along saying the same thing.Another couple weeks go by and Ally then offers to 3 way call the Lease Manager Deniro, who assured them it was their fault and that they took it out (what, why?!). They offered to send the part, but Ally said it was too late and they needed payment. Deniro said hed take care of the invoice and gave his email to send it, but was super curt and rude even with Ally. Ally claims that even though they admitted fault, its still my problem since the contract is with me. I argued they should have more authority over the brands they finance and deal with them. Sure enough Deniro didnt send payment and when I got a hold of him one day off a blocked number (never answers), he was rude again having the audacity to ask me how I got his cell number.Another 3 way call with Ally, this time with GM Mark Thomas, who was equally rude and dismissive. Didnt care about the problem and said he hadnt heard about it and will look into it. To this day (3 weeks) no follow up, nothing.Ended up paying the $275 charge to Ally (who also lost a customer for life) as its not worth ruining my perfect credit for. The principle is more important than the dollar amount and this dealership is as sketchy/shady as it gets.And for those thinking its just a bad lease return experience, trust me, youre not getting any deals here if youre buying either. When turning it in, they asked me what deal I got and said they wouldnt be anywhere near that pricing (no surprise there). Theyre just banking on being in Santa Monica and people willing to overpay I guess.

Horrible experience at Beverly Hills Maserati. I dealt with the most unprofessional salesman by the name of Kyle and I will never return. I wasted my time there, he was unwilling to help me and wouldnt even give me a lease price on the car until he made a copy of my drivers license and took down my credit information. I feel completely discriminated against and had my rights violated. I am going to file a compliant with the better business bureau because I dont think what he did was ethical or legal.

Im extremely satisfied with this branch of Maserati. I went to this location 5 months ago and met Jose Alonzo ( The best seller ask for him) and Gary the Manager and felt great ( Nick form financial also delivered another discount when paying services in advance) . I did not get the car as i still had a Ghibli lease with over 4 months and felt it was unnecessary to pay both for 4 more months.. the first time they gave me a sweet deal and they did a great effort that took 2h to give me the price i wanted for a ghibli... I went there today and i got a Gran Turismo as they literately offered me a deal i couldnt refuse ( yes Godfather style) and i took it!! I got a Gran Turismo for a ridiculous price.. $350 less than average deals on other branches and the downpayment was 50% less as well!!! I can say i almost paid the same price of the Ghibli and got one of my childhood dream cars... This is awesome! now i got both lol :) Dreams to come true... work hard guys!!! i dreamed of this day 20 years ago when i was 15 and now it has happened! life is simple and beautiful if you want it it to be! is all on your mind! Wish there was a way to put -10 stars! I was not only lied to by the “Sales Manager” Mark Thomas and Tobiah the salesman but the Maserati I put a request in to buy was completely mis-represented! It has what seemed to be spray paint all over the interior dash and paddle shifters, obviously trying to hide bad condition and the body moldings didn’t line up as if the car had been in an accident! Do your due diligence if ever interested in a car at this dealership! Was completely surprised to get this from a Maserati dealership, much less in Santa Monica!Update to their lame reply...I was specifically told the car was in excellent shape and the fact that they have had it for several months and are blaming the previous owner for the wet spray paint in the car just solidifies the fact that they are complete liars, including that Mark text me that he was getting the car detailed for me and when we got there it had dirt everywhere and hadnt even been washed in months! Stay Away from this place!

I lost the key to my Ghibli and called BH masserati for a replacement. They quoted me at 1.4 k to order the key and program it. I told the mgr that this key cost $75 on line. They said that is the cost of doing business in Beverly Hills. This was a manager that I spoke to.Furthermore, I had to call 4 times to the parts dept and no call back. Finally requested a manager and got the bad news. Before buying/leasing a Maserati please look into what it costs to maintain these cars. Oil changes are $1,200. Brakes are over 1k and you need to replace them every 10 k miles. Tires are 4k and you need to replace them after 20 k miles. The car is definitely not worth it. Nothing but problems since i drove off the lot. Service light is always on. Blue tooth connection is pathetic.

Ordered a Levante with them last Fall. The personnel that took my order left the dealership. I was not contacted about my order for months. I called and was told my vehicle was ready. The car was not the color I ordered, but had a similar options package. Im sure they sold the vehicle I ordered and stuck me with the other one, after I called. Also of note, the auto gallery service team is awful. Zero follow up. Ill never order a car with this group again.

Bought a Maserati Ghibli and it has been at the shop for lots of recall services and a constant AC problem. I talk to management and there response was call corporate. Ive had the vehicle for 4 years and Ive barely driven 16000 miles. Dont buy here, You should go buy at a place where your valued.
