Went for my cars first maintenance and all I can say is Im impressed!! They are very clean and safe about how they do things- they make sure to spray disinfectant in the car, have a seat and steering wheel plastic cover, and wipe down your keys when they hand them back to you. The service was quick and easy and the staff was really nice and helpful. Awesome job!!

Never a problem. They have dialed up infection control when you deliver your vehicle. No need to go inside. They spray the surfaces with disinfectant and line the interior.

Had my steering rack replaced late last year at Toyota of Santa Fe, which required getting the fluid flushed. A few months later when i had my car serviced in ABQ, they found the power steering fluid was black. Even though Toyota of Santa Fe said they flushed my fluid they obviously did not

After you purchase your Toyota no matter from what dealership you can get a window repair for $25. This is an excellent deal especially now during the winter season.

Very disappointed in the quality of care and service at this location. I dropped off my Camry for a routine 20k check up, it was ready for pickup after about 15 - 20 mins. I was told they did the usual routine for everything, rotated tires, changed oil, filters, adjusted tire pressure, topped off fluids, etc.I became skeptical first by how quickly the work was done, I thought there’s no way they can do a good job that quickly. Then when I got in my car I checked the tire pressures, which happened to be completely off and unbalanced. It was then I knew that they were liars and I began to grow suspicious and became concerned.I ended up taking my Camry to the Toyota dealership in Albuquerque later that week. They confirmed that the tire pressures were wrong, the fluid levels were low, the air filter needed to be replaced, etc, etc. Their inspection and service time took about 65 minutes.I plan on making a formal complaint to Toyota HQ, and to Toyota of Santa Fe and will tell everyone I know not to take their cars to this scam-happy service center.
