Called Monday morning because wife’s brakes started making dire noises. They got us in right away, replaced the pads with OEM parts, resurfaced the rotors, and had it back in a few hours. Very pleased with the quality and the price, we’ll use them again

Auto Care 2000 was incredible. I was in town from out of state for a wedding. My air conditioning system stopped working. I called and they not only got me in and repairs done the same day, but also were kind and very helpful. Thanks for the great customer service!!

Recently had my auto towed to Auto Care 2000 in Santa Fe and they looked at it promptly and advised that the transmission was defective. I then had it towed to the local Chrysler dealer and they confirmed what Auto Care had determined and parts would take 30 plus days to obtain. Auto Care was right on and treated us fairly and promptly.

Good folks. Work was done in a timely manner and the cost didnt exceed the estimate. Recommended.

A nice woman at the counter that got me in & out quickly.I asked about any service specials and she said there werent any. I later found out that essential workers are supposed to get a discount there. I would have appreciated that but it wasnt offered. I checked my oil level after service and my oil level was a bit low. My vehicle needs an extra quart. I dont feel inclined to return.

This was one of the best auto repair experiences Ive ever had. Me and my friend were in Taos when my clutch went out. We got it towed to Santa Fe and brought it into Auto Care 2000 the next morning. They went out of their way to find us some elusive parts and get us back on the road the very same day! This was so clutch (no pun intended) as we had finals the next day for college in Durango, CO. I dont know what we would have done without them. Great experience and highly recommend to anyone with car troubles going through the Santa Fe area.

I just took my new (to me) car in for its first oil change. After driving to 2 separate “Jiffy” Lubes and seeing a line of cars at each, I happened to drive by this establishment. I pulled in, ran inside, and asked what the wait would be. It was 12PM on a Saturday, so I was very surprised when they told me “no wait.”Everyone was very polite, and my car was in and out in about 20 minutes.I would highly recommend them for a quick oil change. I’ll definitely be taking my car back there.

I cannot recommend Auto Care 2000 enough; honest, professional and affordable. They replaced my brakes and a power-steering hose quickly and at an excellent price.

I’m really happy with the service I’ve received here. I’ve came here since I started driving. I recently had an issue here and they went above and beyond to make it right. Mitsy and the manager were great and really took care of me and because of that I will definitely return for years to come.

The shop and Marianne are fabulous. They are welcoming, deeply honest about what needs to be done and never suggest that I do something to my car that isnt truly needed. They are always willing to check and answer any question I may have about my car. In fact Marianne has talked me out of unnecessary services or found less expensive solutions. So helpful! I had an engine noise, called them, and even though they had already closed, she offered to listen to the noise. Within 5 minutes of being there, she had come out and with such friendliness, popped the hood and fixed the problem. No charge. I love this place

I only took my car here for the whole year I lived in Santa Fe, and each time they were fantastic. Female owned, professional, kind, and speedy. They were always great about getting my car in at the last minute, and were pet friendly when I had my sisters dog with me. LOVED it there!

We broke down not far from this shop on New Years Eve. They were slammed and didn’t have much time, but they were kind enough to take a look at our car anyway. They were able to find the problem and get us back on the road in under an hour. They were so kind and honest and very transparent along the way. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

I cant believe my luck, that my van broke down next to this shop. Nothing but caring, generosity and professionalism. They even refused to take my money for minor repairs. I felt cared for in a way I havent experienced in a mechanic before!

Wonderful service! I went there while traveling, to have my starter checked out because I was having problems, but they could find nothing wrong. In the meantime, I asked if they would also remove my front license plate from California, which I couldn’t remove after I recently got my van registered in Arizona. No problem, it was removed. All at no charge!

Woman owned business!Maryanne is just the best. She knows her autos and customer service. She maintains my wifes Subaru and my Titan pickup very well and usually doesnt take reservations.Judging from the glut of vehicles out front, she is busy.

I was traveling over the Labor Day holiday and my car broke down in Santa Fe. No Acura dealer and most shops were closed for vacation. The lady that owns this shop was wonderful! So helpful and concerned about my well being. She helped me with a towing company and kept my car safely locked in her facility until it could be repaired on Tuesday. She got the part I needed and only charged me two hours labor. Incredibly honest and compassionate. I feel so lucky and had such a great experience! A woman traveling alone not getting fleeced by an auto mechanic! Imagine that! Thank you Auto Care 2000!

Twice now Ive taken my cars to them when other mechanics cant figure out the problem. They diagnose both vehicles in a very short time. Super smart mechanics.

Aroon and Miksy make taking in our cars a breeze. Inspections are thorough and honest. If we have questions they explain and will even show us on our vehicle. I trust them and am happy there are in my home town.

Great people here. I believe the gentleman’s name was Aaron or Aarone. He identified the issue I had with my vehicle super quick, and even took me to show what was wrong. He told me how the part works, and what wears it down. They couldn’t find the parts in time since I’m not from Santa Fe, but I wouldn’t trust anyone to work on my car as much as I trusted Aarone. Five stars all the way, would highly recommend.

I have been taking my cars there for many years. For a car repair shop I find them qualified and honest. I have never felt ripped off or overcharged. I even take my new cars there for oil changes. Much better than the dealership. If they cant do something they will tell you. Very pleasant to deal with.

Service was fast and reasonably priced. Wet were so thankful to get the car in and fixed in the weekend, since we came in from out of state for a weekend trip. Wonderful service!

This place may look like its ran by marian but the one with the magic is Jose. He is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to repairs. Marian just picks up the phone and picks and chooses who to talk nice to.

The owner of the business was very helpful and respectful. I am an ASEMaster Mechanic with 47 years experience. We were traveling and miles always from my Motorhome when our tow vehicle needed a wheel bearing. He accepted my diagnosis, took the time to find the part, arranged for a ride to downtown Santa Fe so we could spend our afternoon sightseeing instead of waiting at his shop, and then had someone pick us up when the vehicle was finished. The bill matched his estimate, no surprises. He went above and beyond to help an out of towner who was traveling and need a repair done immediately ( by the way, the Chevy dealer just blew us off).

The lady in the front Mariene was very rude tu me when I took my car in.. she was being sarcastic to me and when I asked her if she could just tell me what was wrong with my car she say “We dont give free answers here if you want free answers you can go to Auto Zone” while pointing at the door. Im Pretty sure that this place will close due to her bad costumer service. I really, really don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!

Took my car for an oil change and ... they forgot to put oil!!! NOw my engine IS BLOWN and they are trying to point fingers at me.. They forgot the oil now they dont wanna pay up. Beware Go somewhere else more professional.

Worse place in Santa Fe!! The owner or supervisor, whatever she is. ..is a dishonest, arrogant and emotionally disregulated woman, who dared to mistreat my husband when he returned to try to resolve an issue. She yelled at him and my mother. Please dont give this woman your business because most likely theyre not going to do what they should and you will be overcharged. And if you return to ask for an explanation, youll be mistreated!

I highly recommend Autocare 2000. When they first opened and announced it was a woman-owned business, I decided to go there instead of Jiffy Lube. They have been professional and easy to work with all these years, and Ive never had the experiences others have mentioned here. Unlike Jiffy Lube, they explain what theyre doing, they dont upsell, and they recommend upcoming maintenance for my very old truck. Only one issue in all that time: the nut to the oil pan cracked the washer when it was tightened, so I discovered a little leak once I got home. When I brought the car back for them to take a look, they fixed it without question.

This place rocks. Honestly one of the only places I would trust getting my truck worked on.

I went to to Auto Care 2000 to get an estimate and the owner never acknowledged me, even though I was the only customer in the room. As I was walking over to the customer counter, she never made eye contact or even said hello. Just at the moment another customer walked in, she smiled at him and talked with him awhile. Meanwhile, Im standing there. She shoved a calculator in my face and said this is how much it will cost. She was very rude and unfriendly. I WILL never do business that company.

I heard that Auto Care 2000 was run by a woman, so I wanted to give her business (afterall how many auto shops are run by women?!) when my car died last weekend while I was out to dinner. It turned out I needed to have my Crank Sensor replaced and was quoted about $300 for the job. All that was good and fine -- despite a lack of follow-up (it took them 3 days to even tell me what was wrong with my car), the sensor was replaced and I was on my merry way. Well, when I got home I noticed that my driver side door was making a really bad popping noise every time I opened or closed it, and it hadnt been making the noise before I took it in. When I called back the next morning to describe the problem to the shop owner, she said, oh yeah, we just went into the door of the car and broke it on purpose, RIGHT and that she doesnt like drama in her life. I wasnt implying that they intentionally broke something in the door of the car, but a simple bring it in and lets take a look would have been nice. I will never go back to them again after being so poorly treated. The guys who work there are kind and helpful but the shop owner was extremely inconsiderate and rude -- especially after I just spent $315 of my hard earned money in her shop. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I will not be back and do not recommend this shop to anyone.
