Great place was very easy to find just to left on access road. Very large lot so you dont have to have a heart attack when youre trying to turn the trucks around. Ask for Jennifer when you get there. She is awesome answers all your questions quickly and understandable.

Wonderfully stocked, staffed and serviced! Larry, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful. This location not only had our Uhaul pulled up and ready to depart, the check in process was a breeze. Larry was friendly, professional and helped with everything my family and I needed. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a business that puts their customers and their move first. Nice helpful staff, clean office area and an expansive parking area which is a real blessing for those that rarely, if ever drive an oversize vehicle and or pull a trailer. For that reason alone, I would very highly recommend this location for pick up and drop off. I drive a very large SUV and pull trailers all the time and from every imaginable pick up location but, this one is a rare and welcome treat. Its not the closest to me but, it is my new favorite.

Please fix the floor, deep holes in the ground from the main drive way to the trailers parking lot. Every time it hits my undercarriage of my car, I have hard time backing up and pick up the trailer. Other than that everything else is good.

Had an issue with another UHaul dealer. Was hoping to find the truck we needed at this location. Although, they didnt have the truck Jennifer was more than helpful and reserved us a truck at another location. Customer service above and beyond. Thank you!!

Awesome customer service! The location the order was originally placed did not have the trailer back yet. I was sent to this location and picked up the trailer. They helped hook up and made sure trailer was clean. The open trailer made moving furniture easier! I’ll go to them first for any rental needs!

Heads up, from wood house to real commercial operation, this U-Haul is undergoing a complete rebuild. Right now still can get what you want, just might take a beat longer

The woman running the place was very pleasant. She was very personable, polite, positive and humorous. I dont know anything about the prices because my wife took care of that.

The people at this location are great. Helpful, industrious. The location needs work. The dirt parking area needs to be graded and paved. The ramp back up to the main road is too steep. Sometimes there are too many vehicles being checked in and there isnt enough room to get to the turnaround area. Rating will improve when these deficiencies are resolved.

I was helped by Eric and he was extremely helpful, quick, and made the entire process of checking in equipment easy and hassle free! This is all after the schedule U-Haul drop off location was unable to receive my return. Highly recommend based on customer service support.

The whole process was so simple, efficient and perfect, we looked at the trucks, discussed the size then we did the paperwork within 20 min, I liked this location everyone was nice and smiling which is good to see some happy faces during your frustrated move, I returned the truck and check out was less than 5 min I recommend it and thank you for your great services

Good to see good experiences at this location…HOWEVER…mine was not so good. I dealt with the same young lady two days in a row and she was NOT very nice. She wasn’t ugly, just seemed to have a bad attitude and didn’t seem like she really wanted to help anyone. The was a young lady who needed to have her car jumped to get it off of the car dolly, which was a uhaul dolly and the truck pulling it was also uhaul, and although I said I can wait because I wasn’t in any hurry, she refused to help her. I went and helped the lady jump her car. SHE WAS JUST NOT VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! I do not know her name, and I don’t think I would say it anyway, but, I think she manages this location. If that is the case, there probably needs to be some reform all the way around.

Spectacular customer service. They were nice,respectful and thoughtful. We needed 2 hand trucks to perform our unloading. Without hesitation they loaned us some because we were already customers. When we returned one trailer they were very helpful and didnt complain about anything. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

They used to be good when they had the previous management.I went to rent a car one week before my moving date, I thought that I can reserve the car, and the person who did the reservation was Carlos Gomez, told me that I have 24 hours, but when I came on that day, which was Friday afternoon, they told me, you have only 4 hours to return it, because two people had already reserve it for tomorrow morning.I was upset, and they told me that there is no option, the person who was talking to me told me that (my reservation) has been edited today, because we have a lot of people who need the car.Anyway, the person who spoke with me was very nice, and told me; that they do that when there are a lot of reservations.Previous management was way better, this one, NO NO NO.Be careful with your reservation.

Great place for a truck rental.

The people here are very nice. We explained exactly what we needed to do. We need to move a washer and dryer to another house very close to here. They recommended a truck with a ramp and it worked very well. The turn in was very simple and quick. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Great staff! Parking lot is a dirt road and needs to be flattened out though, nevertheless I would still go back.

Terrible service not friendly, out of all the trailers on the lot supposedly they don’t have some pigtail wire to rent a trailer out.

Only used them for a drop off, but the folks running the place were really nice, and very quick with the process. No complaints, and would certainly use them again or recommend to anyone.

I always rent from this location even though it is usually in the opposite direction of the place I am hauling. Easy pickup and drop off.Update: I continue to rent moving vehicles from this dealer. At other dealers I have rented some trucks that needed mechanical done. Hell yes I-haul keep their vehicles on point.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE.I rented a U-Haul van here. Later found out that it was for in town use only. I needed to use the van to move me to Austin. Realizing that I reserved an in town vehicle I asked them to look for alternative vehicles I could rent instead. Trey Williams got an attitude all of a sudden and said “well I’ll have to cancel the reservation then” I said “yes obviously because there was no way of me using it if I live in Austin and needed the vehicle to move me to Austin.” I said please find me a vehicle to take to Austin that I can drop off there. He said “you can take this van but bring it back here today.” Again, not an option or what I was trying to do. I said “that is not what I’m trying to do I need e vehicle that will go to Austin.” He said okay well I’ll cancel the reservation and you can reserve another vehicle. Meaning- not that he would find me another vehicle but I would have to get on my phone and find another vehicle, when he was sitting behind the counter. I said “well which vehicles do you have?” He said “I don’t know.” I said okay well how do I know my options if you don’t know what vehicles are available? At this point we both were annoyed and he said. “Ma’am you don’t have to have an attitude.” I said “I do not have an attitude, I just think you’re being lazy and won’t look up any options for me- when I’m telling you I need a vehicle for Austin.” The man sad well “I don’t want to help you, you can get on your phone and reserve a new vehicle.” I said “I am here, just tell me what vehicles are available.” At this point I’m very angry, I had ubered to this location, why couldn’t the guy just get on his computer, do his job, and find a vehicle for a customer (aka customer service).At this time another man Justin Faithhaeur, came up. Trey said do you want to help her? Justin said sure, I then began telling him the same thing and situation I was in and asked for a new reservation. He said well we only have 20-25 foot trucks now available. I said that’s way too big I just need to move a mirror can you look to see if another U-Haul has a smaller truck? Are you sure there are no 10ft trucks. Same thing- told me to look on my phone. I said okay well let me see. I look on my phone for a new reservation... since at this point I’m not even sure why they have employees if I have to do everything on my own. And Justin says “even if you do reserve a U-Haul here, we will just transfer you out bc of your attitude”. I said excuse me? He said we will just deny your reservation. I said.... so you just don’t want to help me at all? He said we will just transfer out your reservation, no. I asked for his name and managers contact information. He said “this is my name-“ good luck with that, we are good friends with the owner of this location and there’s nothing they will do to us and won’t even listen to your complaint, but go ahead and try.”I got on phone and called U-Haul at lockaway storage since I ubered and still needed a U-Haul. As I’m waiting for an Uber outside the building, they had the door open.... and as I’m standing there- they said “ have a GREAT day ma’am hopefully you can’t find a reservation.”Still outside waiting for my Uber for probably 5 minutes.Justin and Trey say “what is she waiting for? We should tell her she needs to wait off the premises” again- at this point just minding my business.So dear owner- if you are “good friends” with your employees. Perhaps cut the “good friend relationship” and actually teach your employees that they are your employees not your friends and they need to be professional and treat customers correctly. Such a waste of my time.

I want to show my appreciation for these guys. I had a problem with their truck battery which put me behind schedule with my movers (Consolidated Movers, by the way, use them!! ) whom I contracted via uhaul. Justin, the manager at uhaul helped compensate for some of the extra cost and inconvenience. Staff here is very friendly. Would recommend.

Nifty facility but dont go there when it rains. It becomes a mud hole and very difficult to exit the facility itself.

So many trucks with so many different sizes. Great box supply. Weird property, like a forest of trucks, but good service and what you need.

Nice friendly people. My only advice is to pave the road as when it rains there is a lot of mud and it makes it difficult to get in and out of the area.

The guy that runs this location is AMAZING! It is a few miles further feom me, but id rater go here! Everyone that works here are very friendly and helpful.

Very very bad experience, it was my first time renting a u haul truck myself to move a bedroom from a freind house, and l was very disappointed because l always u haul was the best one out there anyways they kept on convincing me to get the biggest truck they have even tho l kept saying l don’t need it because l only have 1 bed to move and finally they gave me the truck l wanted after signing that whatever happens to it lm responsible because l didn’t get the insurance which was ok so when l came back it was a different guy that was trying to get me pay $50 extra saying the gas tank should been over a half which l never got told that that was the case whenever l bring it back even when signing the papers ! Then he asked me to go get gas myself so l wouldn’t get charged which l did get gas for $20 and after l came back l paid $65 for the truck rent which was a 15 foot for over 2 hours . The truck AC kept turning off the wheel was shaking for some reason the brake paddle was bad too . Very disappointed

Placed and order for a trailer and equipment online. When I arrived everything I purchased was not in stock. So a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this uhaul if the website gives wrong information and a local office does not know how to do inventory so they have equipment for customers.

Wow. There’s a lot to say but I’ll start with the store front. Pulling up, if it hasn’t have been for all of the Uhaul trailers, I would have through I was pulling into a dumping grounds. It looks like someone paid $10K for the house on the lot and then the price of the lot. Without doing ANY rennovations. No concrete drI’ve rolling up, the outside the outside building looks like it’s about to rot and fall down, and they claim this is a corporate store and not a 3rd party or franchiser.Anyhow, I came with my buddy to help him pick up the truck. He had come earlier in the day to try and see if he could pick up early and understandably they didn’t have the truck back from the previous renter (cool) but they said it would be ready at the original reservation time of 4:00. Again, we arrived at 4 and still not truck ready. The gentleman helping us did try his “best” to solve the problem but he basically said “the morning shift employee rented it out when he shouldn’t have and there’s nothing I can do.” He got the manager on the phone who wasn’t at the “house” and put her on speaker phone in front of a line of 4 other customers to explain that “just because we had a reservation confirmation, they still have the liberty to rent out the truck to people that need it.” We sat around and waited almost a full hour for the guy to figure out and finally tell us there was nothing else he could do. His coworker then had the audacity to come from the back and have an attitude while asking us “didn’t we change the reservation this morning?” And when we argued with him that no we didn’t change anything we simply showed up at 4 and there was no truck ready. His coworker had to tell him let it go. They did say they would discount the truck for the hassle and call us when it is returned within the hour but we’ll see how that goes. My buddy is only in town for the weekend to move his stuff so we essentially wasted 2 hours of moving time across 3 people.The summary problem is this: overbooking their trucks and a horrible storefront lot/experience
