Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Neat and orderly.Renting from this location was so easy. I felt welcomed and understood. The young man with whom I worked with showed me the unit I wanted and offered me a unit he knew I needed. I am so grateful because he was right, the unit he offered was a better fit for my needs. He was so friendly and respectable. I will recommend this place to everyone who is looking for storage space.

Affordable, had great deals and friendly staff!

When I first open my account with US Storage, I started off paying $74 a month. Then after a couple of months my monthly rate started going up little by little from $74 to $84 $96 to now I believe is $110. Other than the monthly rent sneaking up the staff is great. Theyre very helpful, I formative and respectful.

My wife and I moved here to SA and rented a unit in August 2020. I periodically went to the unit to remove or add more stuff and felt everything was safe. After a couple of months I went by April 4th and found that someone replaced my lock so when I broke it found all our belongings were gone. Payment was on autopay and the manager didnt want to give us back our April payment. No telling how long the unit was empty before I came by. The cops and I saw camera was not pointing toward the units. Just goes to show your stuff can be stolen by anybody. This place is not safe!
