Marble and Tile Service did a great job on two separate renovation projects for us (basement and master bath). Arnold is a great project manager who always went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. Very good attention to detail, especially with the tile work. We didnt always know exactly what we wanted, and he did a good job of giving us options and suggestions to make the finish product look great. Also, they did a good job of working around surprises that came from our house being older (1930). Highly recommend!

We got MTS to remodel our very outdated kitchen. From the very beginning Arnold presented himself very professional. He worked with us on the design of our kitchen and provided his advice. I had my kitchen completely renovated with new cabinets, floor, and granite counter top with full granite back splash. I had quotes from several contractors to fabricate and install the granite counter tops. The contractor I first selected revised the quotes upward three times for various reasons. Finally I had a friend referred me to give Marble and Tiles Services a try. Omar, their manager, came and got the counter top measurements and gave me a quotes that was better than all the others. His crew went to work the following week and got the job done within three days. They have done an absolutely marvelous job. The granite was precisely cut, and professionally installed. My wife was thrilled with the job they did. My son was renovating his bathroom and saw our kitchen and decided to have them do his bathroom marble vanity tops. In 1996 Marble and Tile Service performed extensive work to my home renovation. The work they did was not only beautiful and professionally done, it is withstanding the test of time. I’ve only had to have the grout cleaned in 24 years.When the time came for a kitchen remodel I contracted the firm again in 2019. And again I’ve have been so happy with my choice. MTS installed kitchen countertops, large quartzite cooktop backsplash, and fireplace surround and bench. They also duplicated a marble surround to an opening between rooms and a marble step. The door surround and step match beautifully those installed in 1996.The owners worked closely with me on template placement on my stone before cutting.The job was thoroughly completed in a professional manner.The firm is now a father/son team and working with either of them will get you great results.It’s with confidence that I recommend Marble and Tile Service (San Antonio, Texas).

Never finished the job. I schedule several dates and time for them to come out to field measure, and they were a no show. Same things occurred for the install. I had to call them and ask where they were and was always given an excuse. They had no respect for my time nor called me to tell me they weren’t coming for the 6+ no shows. Once they did installed, I called them back to clean up excess adhesive and they were, again, a no show. I eventually gave up.
