Went in to check out a bike I saw on their website. Looked like they stored it outside, was not clean, and battery was dead. The salesman didnt know much about that model, even though its a Harley at a Harley dealer (That he kept reminding me was the WORLD LEADER IN SALES). Usually its not too bad to wash it and charge the battery but now I think those might have been red flags to their service... I decided to let them run my credit to see my rate on that bike. After a while the guy from the credit department comes over to see what rate I would be happy with and overall price. He goes back to check with the banks and I start looking at merchandise in the showroom when I get an email on my phone. It says Congratulations you have been approved for the Harley-Davidson Signature Visa! I was confused and asked the salesman why it said I have a new visa card. He said, Oh yeah it comes with it, you got $150 when you first use it. I said no, I wanted to get a loan on a bike, not a credit card. I said I was done and walked out. I am never coming back again. I dont know if its all Harley dealers that scam their customers or just this one, but I know they must get some sort of incentive for signing people up for new accounts. Yes I filed an FTC complaint and BBB, pursuing other options.

Took my MSP course here this past weekend and it was great. Instructors are patient and encouraging and the program is well laid out for students to learn and succeed! Already passed my DMV test and will begin practicing on my own bike. Really enjoyed my instructors Paul Friedt, Dave Rusk, and demos by off-duty trainer Ian Meyer. Dealership is also beautiful and easy to find. Lots of inventory of bikes, gear, and general clothing. All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.

He walked me through everything, we have all had that high pressure sales experience. This is why I hate going to Dealerships. But, this was nothing like that. Anthony answered all of my questions and there was a lot! He made me feel comfortable in the end I got exactly what I wanted. So if youre going into Riverside Harley make sure you ask for ANTHONY he will take care of you.****UPDATE******* to my post I went back to Riverside to get Bike number two for my other son Had a check in hand from Navy Federal.Should have been the easiest deal. Sales guy was Anthony and hes a great guy!!!! BUT, Indra ya no! took over an hour 1/2 to get a price on a Bike and when he came back with a price it was on two other Bikes He said the one we were looking at JUST SOLD.. When I ask him what happened. He Said you should have gotten here earlier Ive been here for almost 2 hours. So after going back and forth for about 5 minutes. We walked out and went to Quaid Harley. Got my son in and out in 30 minutes 🙌 2017 Harley. This was April 30th. Friday Night I bought mine, 2021 Harley if your looking for a Bike go to Quaid its more of a Family. Extremely disappointed in my experience with them. I’ve been trying for months to get a price on a 2017 Yamaha Bolt they have. I was told the manager bought it from auction and that I’d have to come in for a price BUT they told me I’d get a REALLY great price on it. Unfortunately when I went in, I was told “they only buy those bikes to sell people Harleys”. AND that the bolt that’s only worth about 6k, was selling for almost 9k. Felt walked all over, probably because I’m a woman and a first time motorcycle buyer. Really grossed out by this dealership. And I work in consumer loans so I work with dealerships all the time. I guess I’m the dumb one thinking they’d actually let me buy the bike I wanted.

The dealership is closed now and I am still receiving harassing phone calls from a sales person there by the name of Melissa the management doesnt seem to be able to stop her.stay away. I only went to their website to get an estimate of what my used bike is worth and she continuously calls and harasses me even after I ask for her to stop calling. Now Ive complained to the factory about it to see if they will do anything about her harassment

I bought a bike a few months ago. Ive not been able to ride much other than a bit of training because I was taking care of my wife who was ill. I still have not received my plates. Ive tried calling, emailing, and visiting the dealership but no one seems to be able to help. Will change rating if I can get help with this issue.Update: the dealership helped me resolve the issue. Amazing service. Im a first time buyer so Im a ghost and no one was willing to finance me but Harley was able to approve and finance me in 2 days. Had an appointment at 5pm to check out some Harleys and 3 hours later after looking at multiple bikes I found a really nice Sportster. Getting delivered this week, I cant wait. Dimitri, I think Chris or Sean and Jameel were all amazing and would reccomend any of them in a heartbeat.

SERVICE AT RIVERSIDE HARLEY WAS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE, THX SMILEY, ILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.

All was good until I tried to use the free tires for life program. When I asked the service department if I could go to a dealer closer to my home to get my 5000 mile service done, they said sure, go to any authorized Harley dealer. Later, when I tried to make an appointment for the free tire replacement, they said sorry, you had your service done at another dealer and would not honor the free tires for life program. I think that is very dishonest. They should have told me NOT to go to another dealer for service.

I got a nail in my tire at Toms farm so I took it to the guys at riverside harley. I was helped by a staff member named Richard Aguilar. He was amazing. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I came in a couple of weeks ago to buy my first motorcycle and I went with an Iron 883. I’m loving the bike and I had a great overall customer service experience with Jasen Watson and Jason Palomino. I’d definitely recommend going to check out this dealership if you’re considering buying any kind of motorcycle.

THEY APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT.If youre applying for credit, BEWARE. I went in to attempt a deal on a trade. Everyone was friendly and even though the deal didnt work out, I was satisfied with my treatment.The 1 star is because the dealership applied for the US Bank HD Visa card on my behalf, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, REPRESENTING IT AS THE LOAN APPLICATION FOR THE BIKE. I wasnt even aware of the application until I received a letter from US Bank in the mail. DONT LET THESE FRAUDSTERS FILL OUT THE CREDIT FORMS FOR YOU. DEMAND TO COMPLETE THE FORMS YOURSELF AND DEMAND THAT THEY NOT SUBMIT ANY OTHER CREDIT APPLICATIONS ON YOUR BEHALF.

Well, I bought my 2018 flhtk new from Riverside harley 3 years ago, the experience was great the service dept has always been just ok at best with the exception of DMC hes the only service advisor that is worth a dam returns calls follows up etc. My bike went in Fri August 13th for the last pre paid oil change I purchased along with a detail also provided through the VIP program. I was told to expect the bike Monday or Tuesday the 16th or 17th. I called late afternoon the 17th and was told apologetically service would be complete Thursday or Friday the 19th or the 20th as the maintenance dept was just finishing up the maintenance portion of the service. I figured I wouldnt want to rush the detail portion of the service anyway but its now Friday August 27th and the only reason I have any information on my bike is because Ive called to ask, no one has reached out with so much as a shred of information, this coupled with literally the complete lack of phone service has put the final nail in the coffin for Riverside Harley. I cannot recommend their dealership to anyone the service has gone way down, in all fairness maybe the purchase dept is still ok I wouldnt know, my suggestion is stay away from the VIP program and the service dept unless dealing directly with DMC, but since everyone knows hes on his game its hard to get a hold of him. This is my honest opinion and my honest experience thus far.

Hard to believe people actually buy from here. I went to buy a bike today and agreed on the price and Richard Estada came to talk to me. He is absolutely one of the rudest managers I have met. Totaly disrespectful to not only me but also the company he represents. Lots and lots of other places to buy from. By the way my actual sales Person JD and his Closer were great . Just to bad Richard had to get involved

RHD rocks! You won’t find a better selection of new and used HD’s anywhere. I’ve purchased two bikes here and have been very satisfied with customer service and bike service. They have a lot of sales people but will let you roam freely as long as you like while looking at bikes and merchandise. They sponsor a crazy amount of free events and rides. There’s always coffee and you’ll find donuts on weekends. This place has a good vibe. Check out one of their free breakfast events held often.

We (Riverside Antique Cycle Riders) were on a ride and happen to pass Harley of Riverside. Since most of us are pigs, we happen to smell the delicious BBQ coming from their event. It was almost magical watching our group turn off Indiana at such a high speed!We invaded their party but were treated really nice. Some really cool people were there!Took some pics and looked around a bit before leaving. Real nice folks here!

Just took the CMSP new rider course and Ive got to say, this course is a must if you ride or plan on riding. The instructors were great and a wealth of knowledge. A lot of the materials and exercises they teach really get you comfortable and on a bike and make you aware of some hazards that you havent encountered or thought about yet. Great location and even the staff at the dealership was very nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back take more classes they offer.

Impressive store, my first time there. Ill be back when I have more time to look around. I was looking for O rings for my fuel lines which they were out of stock so I had to wait until Tuesday to install my fuel lines. I rode about 120 miles today, no fuel leaks.

These guys are open when everyone else is closed. Props to them for keeping parts in stock and available. The parts guys always are good with getting the correct stuff and spend the extra 10 seconds to verify.

Walked into Riverside Harley an hour before they closed and they got me on a bike right away! Sergio is my salesman and Id recommend contacting him. He is up front, honest, very knowledgeable, and just did his job very professionally. The staff is very patient and understanding. Chris worked his magic with financing and Austin finished up the paperwork and even gave me a contact for motorcycle insurance. They made me feel like family and they have my business for life!

Started mid 500 on my credit, they helped me get onto a Sportster with the goal of making my payments to improve my score. A year later and keeping up with my payments Im now happily above a 700 and they are getting me on a street glide. Attended the CMSP class they sponsor through the dealership. Both Brian and Ian (Trainers) were professional, patient and had excellent coaching and presentation skills both in the classroom and the out on the training field. I already had my M-1 license, but it had been 12 years so for my safety I decided to retake the class. Best Investment I made in myself. There are classes in the Long Beach area, but the Harley Experience made it a lil more fun...I will definitely be back there in the summer for the intermediate class.....Stat tuned for pics and updates throughout the year.

Great selection and very knowledgeable. I have been looking to upgrade from my 05 Heritage for the last year. I thought I knew everything I needed to know. When I came in and spoke with Brandon Beer, I quickly learned that he knew a lot more than I did. He spent several hours walking me through all of the options along with what is standard and what can be added to each bike. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Ultra Limited Low. I did not even know about the Low version but it gave me everything I wanted with needing only a few extra options added. If I had just ordered online, like I had planned, I would not have gotten everything I wanted. Thank you Brandon!

Just picked up a 2020 Street Glide Special for Black Friday! Robin and Ezra were Amazing! Robin did everything to ensure the Streetglide special had everything we were looking for! I bought a 2021 Harley-Davidson softail standard I worked with JD, Leo, and David and they made my experience getting back into a harley very nice the only problem I ran into was going threw finance and the problem was with there computer communicating with there printer other wise I would highly recommend this dealer.

We waited an hour just to get a price, then another hour while they tried to make the numbers work. There was also zero transparency with pricing.My husband and I are both experienced with sales and purchasing vehicles and were very disappointed with this dealership.

I was a bit hesitant on upgrading from my Vespa I went to Riverside Harley and there I was greeted by a gentleman named Larry. He was very professional and in depth about one bike I’ve grown very keen to, an Iron 1200. He made the experience of a first time bike owner very understanding and clear, thanks to him and his persuasion. Larry is the best sales representative I’ve ever spoken to.

Going to Riverside Harley is always great ..I love seeing people that I havnt seen in awhile ..and I love looking at the Bikes and getting some new shirts and other stuff .. Yes. a good Experience.. Im going again tomorrow .

I recently purchased my bike from Riverside Harley and my experience was amazing. Ezra was my salesman and he was great. I had my kids with me and Ezra took the time to ensure they were enjoying the experience as if they were looking for a bike themselves. I even went in three weeks later for some financing things a Ezra recognized me even though we have these stupid masks on and came to ask how things were going with my new bike. Great experience.

Good morning,I would like to express my experience at your Riverside dealership.I called 3 days ago and spoke to staff about purchasing a CVO 2021 but would  like a test ride before the purchase after my credit profile clears 50-70k in 8 days.Her answer was  (Yes no problem)I expressed that I had to re-apply  for my M1-license because it expired due to COVID 19. DMV was closed. And when open, it was hard to get appts. And my work schedule caused conflict. But I now have it renewed.Her answer was (No problem)After visiting DMV and getting my previous M1 “Re- Instated“ with no riding test because of my 10-15 year riding experience, I then drove to dealership.When I arrived I was approached by a Sales Associate who walked me over to the CVO of MY choice. After a 10 minute conversation regarding what bikes I have owned/ Ridden( soft tail, road king, Dana,etc.) I was walked outside to meet Richard Estrada and was told by (Estrada) that I needed to ride the Sportster of their choice because he “heard” and expressed the following.1.I hear you just received your license.2. none of my high-end clientele from Hollywood want to buy a CVO with 7 miles on it already! So no test driving is permitted.3.Even if you sign an insurance waiver,  if you drop it, you buy it.4. that no one test a cvo but simply walks in and writes a check!!!!!Now, my questions/comments  to him were:1)How can I test ride a sportster of YOUR choice and make a sound decision on a CVO of MY choice?2) Why would your staff offer and say yes to a test ride on a cvo but really mean no! This was a complete waste of my very valuable time!!!3) Why wouldn’t you at least offer a 103-107-114 Street glide or something comparable?4) Is this false or deceptive advertising “misleading“Estrada responded by:1) Again!  why dont you just buy (Note: he said this to me while chewing gum- very unprofessional for a guy that has customers from Hollywood that just walks in and write a check for your product)!!2) what are your reasons3) you are not answering my questions.In my professional opinion, he needs to be retrained, micro managed and held accountable for his action/attitude and behavior.Mr. Veracka, please send Estrada to your Huntington Beach location. Now that location has 5 stars reviews with staff having a professional and non-judgmental attitude. I was there 1 week earlier.

Dont buy used Harley for their any kind of Harley all you people out there that are in Riverside Harley-Davidson double check your numbers they slipped a couple Grand on me and left me without a saddlebag promising it be there before the end of the sale Im without a saddle bag and now Im fighting to get my $2,000 back and Im a disabled veteran thats all corporate Riverside Harley-Davidson does a disabled veteran watch your figures people thats the truth
