The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff Nugent is the main guy in charge for sales and Darron Maddox is the parts manager . There is no pressure on sales . I walked in thinking I’m buying the k1600B, after test driving few different models, walked out with R1250GSA. And loving every single moment of it .Darren helped me out to outfit my gear and different accessories for the motorcycle. Definitely stop by at their place if anyone is considering two wheels!

I Was getting ready for a trip from Idaho to southern California and realized I’d need my 6k maintenance and a tire change. I checked for dealers on my route and reviews, Riverside was the choice. I set my appointment with Christie, she said to be there at 2 and that it should take a about 2.5 hours. I dropped my bike off and Christie was spot on with the time, I was back on the road a couple of hours later. While waiting I talked with the parts people and they were extremely helpful in answering questions and even provided excellent recommendations on roads to avoid based on my rush hour travels.They are an excellent representation of what a BMW dealership should be and I would highly recommend them to locals and travelers alike.

I’ve been coming here for years for my 2013 RT. Kyle and Christy are awesome in the service department. Always have given me great service. I love the redesigned store area, with the really nice customer lounge. Never had any issues here. Great customer service!!!!!

Visited dealership with my friend to buy a motorcycle and spent around 30 mins on the floor none of the salesman even bothered to come and ask what brought you in today, poord service.

I have purchased two motorcycles from them and each time they did an amazing job at the sales and service level. The sales team is super knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Their service center is super courteous, they go the extra mile and stick to the quotes and timelines. I got a GSA and an R NINE T from them and all I can say is that this dealership is known for having tons of knowledge on these motorcycle line ups.

Top notch Service Department although Brand loyalty does not matter hence why I elected to sell back my K1600. Bottom line, money is the only driving factor.

Great Sales Department. I bought a new 1250 GS and all was great. Jeff did a excellent job. But to be honest the estimate for the first break in service is sooo extremely overpriced that I went to a other place. I have also ordered all original BMW Parts like oilfilter, oil etc from BMW in Germany and with shipping and tax it was way cheaper than their price. Sorry guys..... Cant wait to see what your offer for the 10.000 KM service will be. Maybe I better buy a new bike....

I recently visited BMW Motorcycle of Riverside over a period of several weeks to see about purchasing a new motorcycle that would be different than my Harley as well as add to my collection. This Dealership had plenty of demos of the different models to take out for a test ride. That was fortunate because my original intent was to either purchase a new 2019 BMW GS 850 Adventurer or the GS 1250 Adventurer. After taking out the GS Bikes for a ride, I decided to go back and just for the fun of it, try a demo bike of the BMW S 1000 R to experience the thrill of the lightning speed performance, etc... but without any real intent of purchasing such a performance bike as I was again, planning on purchasing one of the GS Adventurer Models. However, after my demo ride on 6/27/19, my original intent was left in the wind as I ended up buying a new 2019 BMW S 1000 R (Black Storm Metallic). My Advisor Jeff was a wealth of information and addressed my concerns about owning/operating such a hi-performance motorcycle. The staff in parts/accessories were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

I just want to say how happy and satisfied I am with the customer service I received from this dealership. But, most importantly I would like to give Jeff (my salesman) a shout out for making my buying process so smooth, quick and easy, especially since I purchased over the phone all the way from Houston, TX; its as if I was there purchasing my bike physically. I have not received the bike yet but I thought Id go ahead and give this great review! Jeff was quick to give me a response once I inquired about the bike I wanted in particular via internet and kept in communication with me throughout the whole entire sales process even after everything was finalized he still kept in communication to all my questions and concerns. I just wanted to update my review. I had to go back and have a couple of issues fixed with the bike. I rode all the way back from Cabo San Lucas just to take it to Riverside. I think that demonstrates how I feel about the people there and the service they provide. if theres a chance you might be in the market for a BMW motorcycle, you owe it to yourself to give these guys a call.

Went looking for parts for my old R100/7, ended up taking a test ride on a new R9nineT Racer. A little pricey, but definitely a great bike! Good people here. Ill be back.

Great service and helpful people. Went there looking for some mirrors and figured I would have the oil changed while we were there. Asked how long it would take to get to the oil change and they said they would get right on it and be done in an hour. They didnt have any mirrors that fit on hand but directed me to a location and a compediter that might have what I needed. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. You just dont see that in most businesses today.

I bought my bike a week ago and my experience was awesome. Robyn greeted me the moment I walked in. Even if we were completing the paperwork, she did not ignore the clients coming in. After riding 3 Goldwings for 32 years, Im considering a BMW, so stopped by to get some info. I primarily talked with one representative, but eventually talked to 2 more staff members, who were all very knowledgeable & attentive and encouraged me to take a test ride. I learned a lot & will probably take them up on their offer & possibly make a purchase from them.

The nicest experience I had at any dealership.

Friendly staff greeted me and wasnt pushy or dismissive when I said I was just looking at stuff. I was courteously escorted to the back inventory to see some different colorways, which helped me decide what I wanted to look into purchasing. They were patient when I wanted to test ride a s1000rr and took 10 min to find my insurance card. I worked with Saul to get on a bike and ended up taking a new one home.

Best Place Ever. Period. At least 5 people talked with me at length about a bike i bought on Craigslist. That includes the Owner, and a couple department heads. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and invited me on rides with the group. Seriously knowlegeable and extremely down to earth. I will buy everything i need in the future from these guys and will definitely join the community wherever possible.

The staff at this small BMW motorcycle store are very friendly and eager. They opened in 2010 and I hope they survive the current recession. I have been to several of their casual events and they are quite informative and fun. I would highly recommend that you stop by and talk to the staff. They are always ready to talk about the latest BMW motorcycles. This cycle shop is located next to the rather large HD dealership. A nice juxtaposition indeed.

I bought a BMW R 1200 GSA in July, 2015 from Rene. Darren (sp?) is the man who outfits you, and Kyle manages the service department. My last bike was a Triumph, back in 1999, and its been awhile. Cannot wait for my touring vacay to start next week, up Highway 1 with some off-road waypoints.These folks are outstanding. They do not BS you, and they (especially Darren, who is the wise one from the practical day-to-day accessories perspective, and Kyle on mechanics) dont sell you anything you dont need (Rene cuts the best deal you will get) but beware - you will want to gear up, and they all have a huge knowledge base.I suppose I am a BMW target consumer - 50s, successful, and driven. i am THOROUGHLY satisfied.But what was unexpected for me was, I feel like Ive made a whole new set of friends and the spending part is totally irrelevant to their commitment to excellence. Thanks you all!

I bought my motorcycle in april from robyn at bmw riverside, after i negotiate with the local dealers (san diego) and i get tired to be thread like they not care i make a inquire to bmw motorcycles of riverside and robyn reply my e mail quick with a good offer after that she explain me the finance options i got base of my credit and we do evrything by mail and the phone, when i do the appoitment to pick up my motorcycle i explain robyn i need to be back in san diego at 11 am and for my surprise when we get there(8am) she was having my motortcycle ready and the paperwork print just for sign i was in and out in aprox 30mn in this was including the time she explain the motorcycle features to me, sign the contract and she introduce me to the service and parts department, evrything was amazing...unfortenly they stole my motorcycle in san diego but i gonna be looking to buy another motorcycle soon i decide to give another opportunity to the local dealers in san diego (bmw mottorcycle of san diego and escondido) but they not come close to customer service and the events the dealer is having si i decide to get back to them soon is not matter the distance the customer service from this dealership exceed for completly my expectations

I bought a Bmw f800r brand new from this dealer owned it for few days it turned off on me while I was in riding in traffic called Bmw it took them a week to come pick up the motorcycle now its been more then a month right now the motorcycle is still with them its a Lemon they just called me today to let me know that problem has not been fixed yet the motorcycle just has 40 miles on it now I want to cancel my contract but the dealer keeps on ignoring my calls I would not recommend this dealer to anyone make sure u check if ur not buying a lemon I dont this to happen to anyone else2015 December
