Let me start by saying the negative reviews for this establishment is unjustified.Id rather buy a firearm here than at ammo bros. Yes its a couple hundred more but its a better experience for the most part.As far as pricing for ammo people dont realize that the small shops get their ammo through a broker meaning they dont get directly from the manufacturer at wholesale. Yes they have common calibers but its kinda pricey..Good luck trying to find common calibers anywhere else. Everywhere else people camp out before stores open therefore ammo sells out instantly.Lastly I wish warrior one reads this review and does something about the people waiting. Why not make a sign in sheet and let people get a phonecall when its their turn?The lines are long and move slow (blame it on customer browsing.)

Hi warriors My name is Lisa my husband and I went into ur store and we loved it there we were treated with respect we were never forgotten that we were there. If the person that was helping had to go wait on another costomer he told us that he would be rt back instead of some stores just turn around and walk away. Well not warrior one guns. My husband and I were there at least 21/2 hours and the whole time we were there they treated us like we were family so if anyone out there would like to buy or just go in and look around they will welcome u and ur family with open arms like u r there family. I loved my experience at warrior one guns and ammo u wont even get bored look around and see the thing they have. I promise u that u will be impressed with there counter courtesy.

This place is horrible, the employees are nice but they take advantage. I found myself in the store where they were charging twice as much as anybody else for half the amount of ammo. They took advantage of high demand and skyrocketed their pricing on ammo. I will never return to the store and advise others to do the same until they learn a little humility and stop trying to rip people off.When I asked them why they were charging twice as much for half the amount of bullets as other people they told me supply and demand which means they’re not paying extra for the bullet but they’re ripping everybody else off because they know there’s a short supply which is ridiculous

Theres plenty to say about Warrior One.This place is Fantastic !! Bought my first AR-15 There . My wife wasnt too happy when she learned how much I paid for my POF P415 ..... Later changing her mind in the midst of this pandemic and the civil unrest playing out right before our eye.I have a deep infinite connection to this business and I will support these guys as an essential means to my families lives and welfare . Due to the recent ammunition shortages ..... Warrior One has kept their word and has made ammunition available for their customer base at reasonable prices that I was willing to sacrifice a few lunches a week .Bought some Defensive Ammunition in 50 count 45 Auto 230 GR JHP and a few boxes of the infamous lot of ammunition that was misappropriated [ STOLEN ] at the Bloomington Fed Ex shipping and receiving hub .Keep up the good work guys .

Shady store I came in and purchased a rifle from one of the workers Chris, and I was denied based on the error of the DOJ. Chris told me that they will hold the rifle until I settle it out or hear a response from the DOJ as long as i keep updating them which I did call in on a bi-weekly basis. After, receiving the reply from DOJ fixing their error I came into the store and spoke to Chris he told me that the rifle was sent back or returned? He had told me they could apply the credit i spent and that there was a shipment of better rifles coming and that I should fill out a special order which I did. I came into the store multiple times to find out when the shipment was coming in because nobody answers the phone. When the shipment came in I called the store and came in then claimed Chris has left the company and my special order was nowhere to be found. I spoke to Joe and sent him all the paper work and receipts, but they just gave me the run around. This shop plays games and doesnt care about honoring their word or customers worst customer service and just will give you the run around instead of taking accountability. My friends and I will never be spending a dollar here

The date of this review was made 10/27/18Definitely my favorite gun store so far, I’ve gone to other local gun shops here in riverside but none of them really stuck out as much as Warrior One. I have done one private party transfer for my gen 4 g17 and the process was really easy for myself, Chris the manager helped me out with the paperwork, and since it was my first glock he taught me how to disassemble/assemble and clean it. Currently bought a Diamond Back ar-15 and will be picking it up 10/29/18, Both of the Chris’s that worked there helped me with which ar would be budget friendly and customizable for my needs. As always they helped me out and I’ve been asking a lot of newbie questions and they were more than willing to help me answer any of my questions and helped me understand some of the laws with with California regarding firearms. I won’t be coming into the store as much as I’d like but I would definitely be buying more from Warrior One.

I heard good things of Warrior One from my buddy. So after work I decided to go check out the shop because I needed a new charging handle for my AR. Upon entering I could not find one on the floor inventory. I waited a little more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was even there and there was three guys behind the counter only one of them helping out a customer, They looked at me but never even said Hi or we’ll be right with you at least. I Will never be returning or recommending this shop.

$1000 and up for regular weapon. People have a professional build 1 for the same price and its a 1 of a kind custom. RIP off prices

Great place. Theyve got really great workers thatll help you with everything theyll even stay open later so you can get your gun if the waiting period is just after hours.

Beware of price gouging! Im sorry but $45 for 50 rounds of 9mm practice ammo is price gouging. I understand its scarce right now but you can get it at regular price if you look around. Plenty of gun shops in the area that arent overcharging.

These people wouldnt answer a call from publishers clearing house, let alone someone who has a question about their stock. Dont even try to call, they wont answer. It doesnt matter if that phone rings during business hours, that baby is going off the hook until your call disconnects, they wont even tell you to hold. So if you want to see what theyve got in stock, better hope you dont live far!

I found my go to home store for guns and ammo. Best customer service Ive ever had theyre very knowledgeable and listen and answer all your questions and concerns. I had a fast and good experience here and the ammo has good prices compared to the other locations I looked up. Once again I highly recommend it the owner works with you and the help from the team is great best guns and ammo store Ive found!!!

I called to see if they had ammo but instead of answering the phone, they picked it up and left it off the hook until the call disconnected. THIS WENT ON FOR 2 HOURS. Why couldnt they have said please hold? Why couldnt they have just said no we dont have this type of ammo. It literally would have taken seconds, Instead they have to sit their and waste my time because the clerk wants to be petty and not answer a ringing phone during buisness hours. So yeah just remember folks if you want to buy anything here you CAN NOT call them, theyll just ignore your call. You have to drive there just to see that theyve got nothing in stock. WENT HERE TODAY WITH A COWORKER LOOKING FOR MY FIRST GUN. I WAS HELPED OUT BY CHRIS 2 . HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE IN SHOWING ME ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE COMPACT GUNS AND EVEN LET ME PRACTICE WITH DUMMY ROUNDS JUST TO SEE HOW THE BULLETS MOVE THROUGH THE GUN AND HOW TO LOAD A CLIP. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME JUST MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL THE MECHANISMS OF A GUN AND EVEN BROKE THEM DOWN SO I COULD COMPARE THE DIFFERENT PARTS. HE ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS I HAD AND ASSURED ME THAT THERE IS NO DUMB QUESTIONS. HIM AND CHRIS 1 BOTH SPENT TIME EXPLAINING DIFFERENT TYPES OF HOLSTERS AS WELL. I LEFT THERE FEELING VERY INFORMED AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO PURCHASE FROM THERE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING AND BEING NEW TO THE GUN WORLD AND A WOMEN THAT REALLY MATTERS TO ME THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE TO COME IN THE SHOP ALONE AND BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND BE INFORMED ON THE THINGS I DONT KNOW. On one hand, they had the BEST prices of any stores I looked at, and they were very helpful with any questions I had.On the other hand, they didnt run my background check at purchase, but instead ran it when the ordered gun arrived. Turning my 10 day waiting period into a 17 day wait from time of purchase.Great prices and help, but almost double the wait.

Put a 1911 on layaway a while back. A week later I called and spoke with chris because I was going to be out of state for the next few month and if it would be a good idea to cancel the layaway. I was told the will hold it as long as I needed. I returned a few months later to hear the 1911 was sold and I would not get my money back. End of story I lost out $400.

Went in for my first gun a couple months ago and was really nervous from reading people’s experiences in gun shops with customer service talking down to you if you had little to no knowledge on guns. Was not the case here. Went to the desk talked to one of the guys about buying a Colt AR and he talked me out of it and saved me some serious dough showing me different guns that were just as good. Ended up getting a Diamondback that day. Made my first time purchasing a gun very easy and smooth. Glad I decided to pay this shop a visit and they have my business for life.

The workers are very kind, courteous and respectful, they know everything you would need to know about purchasing the right gun as a first time shooter or just to buy a new gun in general!!! When I purchased my gun from this place they didn’t just treat me like a customer, they treated me like I was one of the bros which really made my purchase a memorable one. Ive been here a few times and the staff are typically helpful, but you know youre in an ammo store, i.e., theyre not youre best friend. And I totally get that, this is not like walking into a Subway or something. Its a no nonsense place, obviously because this is a gun store and safety is paramount!There are a multitude of long guns on the wall behind the register and handguns in a glass case. There are also various types of knifes, packs and gun accessories as well. Itll be gun to know what it is youre looking for and know the background of it as well just to be able to converse intelligently.I would definitely come back here because these guys know there stuff and would be able to help you get exactly what you need!

The staff here give you straight talk and make sure that you are treated right and want to come back for more. With everything that is going on and the fear of rifles being banned, the demand has exceeded the supply and things are getting ruthless at some shops. This staff tells it like it is and does not take advantage of their customers. They understand the principals of good business and know that customers spend more money over their lifetime when it comes to guns and ammo and supplies. Other shops are robbing their customers blind because the ownership is greedy and have no understanding of good customer service and good business. If you want to be treated right and you value ethics and integrity then come to this shop because they will keep you happy whether you are a first time customer or a customer who has made 200+ purchases. Drive from as far as you want because its worth your drive. I was a long time Ammo Bros customer until they showed their true colors by doubling their prices on AR platform rifles. Thats was the true litmus test of their character and i want no part of it. Warrior One is my new home and I suggest the same for anyone reading this review.

I went in today to purchase my first handgun, I had all my paperwork in order and I couldnt believe how smooth it went. Mike even helped me with the forms where I needed it. I didnt catch the other guys name but he and Mike were very polite and patient with a first timer. They have a lifetime warranty on all their guns and their price was lower than the other places I had checked out. Their facilities were neat and organized and a bit larger than I expected. I cant wait to go back in 10 days for pickup!!! THANK YOU MIKE!

Low and behold when I checked their stock online it showed they had what I was looking for! When I called, Norris picked up the phone and confirmed stock and was even gracious enough to put the item on hold for me until I could make it out on the weekend. Just purchased my first Glock 21 from these guys, when I walked in they were a bit busy, but still helped me in a very timely manner. Help with all the procedures and gave me a realistic time frame...I dont have much time off and loved the quick service this store provided...I dont see myself going anywhere else for my next purchase.

This is my go to place, every time, all the time. They always help me out with anything I need, have never given me an attitude, and always provide me with excellent service. When I turned 21, I took my firearms safety test, bought a Glock 22, and they showed me how to field strip it. Very professional.I also bought my Sig Sauer P220 from them, and they gave me a free box of ammo for a slight inconvenience, but I would say it was a great purchase.Lastly, I bought a AR-15 lower receiver which I used to build my beautiful weapon. When I didn’t have the right equipment to attach the barrel and the muzzle device, they gave me rapid service and even inspected the gun while to make sure it was in working order. Never will I go to another shop because everywhere else I’ve been, they’re either stuck up jerks who don’t help you, or they give you the run around and never provide any valuable service. Stay amazing Warrior One.

The gun prices are great here, the staff is not. If they dont percieve you as a potential customer they will not give you much attention. Even during process of buying my pistol, I witnessed them be more enthusiastic/interactive with older/specific customers. They will call you buddy and make you wait if they dont care. Other customers recieved immediate responses and yes sirs. Wont be back rifle gear in fountain valley same prices. Friendly staff!
