I like as soon as you walk in through those doors you get greeted you get asked if you need help or if you need a cart or I may help you with anything or something theyre willing to help you if you cant carry something and youre like a single mom who needs help putting something into the cart theyre willing to help you to reach items. Fast great service and quality of food great even on keeping areas in store clean. Cashiers are polite always asked if I need a bag I need help taking my cart to the vehicle and the coupons that they give you at the end of your transaction is always helpful they always remind me about my rewards card and if you dont have one to do is try to recommend if you want one and if not I think they use their rewards cards to help you out which either way you still get a discount so they try to help their customers as much as possible, the soft check out as fast and convenient theres always someone there to help you if you cant find my item do willing to own put it in stock for the next shipment for you theyre willing to compromise for what isnt in the store to bring it back to the store Im they really try to help their customers which is a really good thing especially during a time during covid. Their food quality are fruits and vegetables are always great I usually always try to take out the bottle and always keeping it clean me no multi fruits or vegetables I always try to keep stock which I live about that place. Its even fast convenient to even do curbside online pickup in person its just very very convenient easy shopping for customers here at the store so I would still recommend a store to a friend or family member or anyone else it is really a good store to shop if you really pay attention to the deals the days that they have the coupons that you get the odds that they have with specials its real its pretty much really a good store.

Lots of fresh food and options at affordable price. However, no customer service at all. Always long lines. The new sales manager Joe just wasted 20mins of my life that I am never going to get back. He messed up my WIC purchase by chitchatting with he guys behind me. He did refund me and fixed it but that was after 20 mins of struggle.

I live close by and this store is always my go to store. They always have what I need and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

Wow! Ive shopped here all my life and my experience today was horrible. I needed to order a cake so I called and pressed 1 for bakery it rang and rang but no one answered. I called several times even picking different departments like deli. No answer. Finally I got Floral to answer and was transferred to bakery where the employee was very rude and told me that I could order the cake but they need 24 hr notice and she couldnt guarantee it would be ready by 2PM tomorrow. Mind u I had been calling all morning and she basically accused me of lying because she said it only rang once but the caller hung up. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Im so disappointed.

I really love shopping here, prices are great and theyre always fully stocked with vegan products. The only issue I have is when checking out, the cashiers (mainly the older ones) are always arguing and fighting with each other. I go here about twice a week but it gets really uncomfortable when employees are yelling and fighting.

Im really sad. Ive called this store home for two years after finally being able to afford to buy a home and create a since of community. Today we arrived tk find that they had installed locking shopping cart wheels on the carts which makes me, someone who used to be unhoused, very uncomfortable. After 2-3 visits a week to this store to buy items necessary for my limited diet that are not available elsewhere, I think Ive made my last trip. Sad that something so petty could be put into place to alienate people in your own community. Shameful.

Ralphs is always great, they are always very helpful polite courteous an all around great store, whenever I go to other grocery stores and they do not have what I need or want I’ll try Ralph’s, so if you cannot find what you need at your local grocery store try Ralph’s I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Buy local, shop local, spend local.

Very disappointed in its bakery! This is usually my go to bakery for Birthday cakes but must be a change in management lately because the selection is lacking nowadays and there was not even a employee that was available to write Happy Birthday on the cake. Guess it is time for a change.

Sold me old crab cluster then changed the price because a black woman was buying too much. thats what the front manager told me. they change the price when that happens. I called the customer service they called the store and spoke to the manager Dana who explained that doesnt happen. I was told to go back and they would resolve it. so today I called and called. they lied about Dana being there and put on another manager and told me I bought pieces of crab when in fact I purchased clusters like usually one or 2 are detected. the manager talked over me and told me somethings that I cant share umm.... ralphs are we prejudice. ive never seen price changes in hours. just for the black people I guessed

Ralphs is a real grocery store! Reminds me of all the good supermarkets that were around when I was growing up.Yes, Ralphs was around then but not in the Riverside area. So my family bought our groceries at other markets.I enjoy having the choice of shopping at Ralphs! Still a fantastic store and have kept up with the times! So modern!! They have a very large selection and a very wide variety of foods, merchandise, and goods.The employee staff do a wonderful job and demonstrate excellent customer service too!

ORDER MORE OF THE DUNKIN DONUT CREAMER. You guys can never keep it on the shelves so I dont think ordering more will delay the process of turning over product. Making a trip to **VONS** because apparently, they know how to order.

This is the second time I buy the rotisserie chicken (Savory Chicken) and both times it hadnt been completely cooked. Its been very link or bloody. Dont buy this chicken from this store.

Moldy Vegetables, Ive had this issue multiple times at multiple Ralphs locations. I bought the Spring Mix and it was slimey in the middle. Ive also bought other Kroger brand veggies only to find mold growing on it.

Ive noticed that almost all the cashiers (mainly female) are unpleasant and basically rude. I was recently there (06/11/20), and placed my two coupons on the conveyor belt after the cashier scanned my items, one of the coupons slipped btwn the belt and metal counter. Cashiers response was, Oh well, looks like one fell and I cant get it out! I said that wasnt my fault. The cashier said that she didnt want to fetch out the coupon because she didnt want to get her hands 👐 dirty. OMG! Who freakin says something as idiotic and bold no less to customers?!

I saved $21 today through the Ralphs Rewards program. They always have fresh meat stocked and available. Very friendly and helpful staff also. My favorite place to shop for groceries. I recommend you come in between 9am-2 pm and you can be in and out quickly.

I shop at Ralphs every week and everyone is so nice and helpful. Until today, I got a checker I have never got before. She was no help at all. She checked all the groceries and I had to bag them all. Other checkers have away helped me bag if there were no bag person. Will not be going to that checker again.

Pretty well-organized store. Very polite & Friendly employees; even the security guard asked if I was okay, when he noticed that I wasnt feeling well, because I had just had a tooth pulled. Two days later, when I went back into the store, he remembered me and asked how I was doing and if I was feeling any better. I felt that was very thoughtful...!

The employee (old Hispanic man) in the self service area is beyond rude and has no soft skills whatsoever. I love this store because it is always clean, it has quality products, and prices are reasonable; however, Im very disappointed of the poor service I just received.

Ralphs Magnolia values me as customer and the staff are personable and friendly, thats why I shop there, I can get groceries anywhere but great customer service is hard to get these days. Im new to the area and have came here twice employees were very friendly first visit when I came in with my kids and cashier even gave my kids stickers. Has a great little self scan area which is great for people who dont like to socialize in the mornings like me. Should keep bags restocked in that section but employees seem friendly and willing to help in a heart beat

Went I visited I witnessed a homeless man reach into the bread bin with dirty hands at the bakery and walk out with a roll. After that, I was DONE! Wont be back and definitely never buy loose rolls!Not their fault but it was a poor design to have the bins near the exit.

Went into this location this morning at 11 am 9/13/16 to use their Western Union service...I asked this petite late 40S employee if someone could help me...she snarled at me saying its not available yet? Said no manager in store yet to help with Western Union? What? This store opens at 6am!!! Post a sign near the WU desk that says not available to assist customers unless a manager on premises...false advertising with the WU sign... train your employees to help guests with so called services you claim to offer (only if there is a manager present)??? Lots of people looking for jobs...some of these rude, disrespectful females you have employed there have no business being in customer...

Hot food area takes forever they always run out I ordered chicken for a party they took 30 mins just to give me my food everytime I go I always have a bad exsperience why dont they hire more people the workers say they never get any help im so tired of the nonsense to wait 20 min for them to see me and say they cant make any chicken cause theyre doing only large orders its been 5 times Ill take my money somewhere else from now on

I went in today one specific item was Yoplait lite yogurt. There were 4 shelves of high sugar regular and just 5 different ones of lite. Those of us with diabetes need the lite. Also for the same reason the Powerade Zero lemon-lime flavor has never been available in this store. In other brand name stores I have never had a problem finding them. The store I go to is only 3 blocks away but Im going to have to start going to another store so that I can get the items I want. Too bad.

Prices are a little too high for C Grade Produce on the weekends, their sale items dont ring up on the cash register and very difficult to keep express lanes open. Im not a fan of the self check stands and thos registers are never working, the one I checked out with said Card Only, Does Not Accept Cash and I didnt have $10.00 worth of groceries (Nacho Supplies)
