I went to Zales-Tyler Mall for some last minute Christmas shopping and Im so glad that I did. Its always hard to find last minute gifts that youre excited about giving. The sales associates were very welcoming and friendly. Jennifer helped me pick out the perfect gifts for my mom, sisters, and stepmom! She really took the time to understand what kind of gift I wanted for each of my family members and helped me find the perfect items for each of them. It was like shopping with my best friend! Whether youre looking for a gift or looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend Zales-Tyler Mall for not only quality/beautiful jewelry, but also excellent customer service and quality jewelry!

Zero stars. Beware guys. Most men first big jewelry purchase is an engagment ring. So more often than not, you are not diamond experts. Which makes you the easiest target to be scammed by jewelers. This place and the people who work here have no integrity. At a time when you are in love and happy, they will take advantage of you and sell you a real synthetic (REAL FAKE) diamond ring for $3000+. They are professional cons robbing you with a smile. They will take advantage of you if you have no to little knowledge about purchasing jewelry. The sales associate will tell you synthetic is better than natural and convince you that sterling silver is the highest quality metal. Save your relationship and do not walk into this store.

Best jewelry consultants around. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of jewelry. All of the consultants are welcoming and deliver great customer service. Especially jewlery consultant Roman Lopez. He cleaned my morganite ring and was helpful showing me other pieces and provided me with a store coupon.Highly recommended!

I was helped as soon as walked into the store. I went in for my Citzen watch and their customer service was better than any jewelery shop Ive been to, so I decided to go back for an engagement ring for my fiance and they were very knowledgeable and able to help me find the perfect ring. I would definitely recommend the Tyler location over any of the others. The staff there are all very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back for the Movado watch they had and any other future purchase.

RIGHT WHEN I WALKED IN I FELT 2 OF THE GIRL STARE AT ME AND MY BABY UP AND DOWN LIKE IF WE WERENT DRESSED TO THEIR TASTE, I BRUSHED IT OFF AND STILL TOLD THEM I WAS THERE TO GET MY RING REPAIRED IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 2 MINS TO ANSWER ME BACK WITH ANY KIND OF RESPONSE AND MIGHT I ADD THEIR RESPONSE WAS SO DRY OH OK I FELT STUPID STANDING THERE WAITING TO SEE IF I COULD FIX MY RING,I STRONGLY BELEIVE SINCE I WAS NOT PURCHASING THEY ATTENDED ME WITH THIS I DONT CARE ATTITUDE, THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE BUT ME. AND THE WORKERS WERE JUST ACTING SNOTY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRASH . THEY WERE JUST BEING RIDICULOUSLY STUPID!
