Customer service is excellent. Product choices are equally excellent. Location is great as its outside the mall and connected to the parking garage.

Ive bought my wifes ring, engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary band here. Weve been married for nine years and come every year to get her jewelry cleaned and inspected.The ring boxes have a little LED light in it and if you propose in evening, like i did, it makes it extra special when she opens it !!!For me, Robins Brothers continues to be apart of my love story and puts the sparkle on some of the most incredible things that i have experienced in life. God has blessed me with loving, caring hard working partner and filled our home with 2 beautiful daughters.It all started with a simple question that was asked as the sun was going down, while holding her hand and on one knee....I absolutely love Robbins Brothers !!!!

It was like pretty woman!!!! Went in for wedding bands and no one would even wait on us. We asked nicely twice if not 3 times to try bands and they kept telling us to wait as they chatted among themselves for over 5 minutes and I watched one of them walk in with their own heels in their hand?!? There was literally only one other customer in the store! Horrible customer service!

This place is AWESOME! If you are looking for your engagement ring look no further. I purchased my ring many years ago and came in to get it cleaned and the prongs tightened. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed with Robbins Brothers, they take care of their customers!

Old sales lady was extremely rude when she found out my price range. They are way overpriced for ugly jewelry. Dont waste your time here. Would highly NOT recommend 😕

My husband and I went to visit Robbins Bros over the weekend to purchase a new wedding set. We had the best experience and Cammy was so knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to the end of our visit. Robins Bros has the best selection and I would highly recommend that they should be your first stop/choice when considering purchasing a wedding/engagement ring.

My fiance and I initially started looking all across Southern California for a reputable and affordable jeweler. After searching many stores we decided that Robbins Brothers in Riverside was the best place for us. We purchased a beautiful engagement ring for a great price. A few months later we wanted to get a band to match the engagement ring. Robbins Brothers did not have one already made so I started working with Cammy here in Riverside and she assured me that she would work with our budget so that we can have our dream wedding band. Cammy not only worked with our budget but created a beautiful custom wedding band that matched perfectly. Throughout the entire process Cammy kept in continuous contact with us letting us know how our ring was coming along. Needless to say, we will be returning to Cammy for all of our jewelry in the future. Thank you so much Cammy. The service is great. We did not get my wedding ring here but go here for the yearly inspection and cleaning. Fast and courteous service, could not ask for better. When its time for another band or more jewelry this place definitely will have my business. They know how to not only treat a buyer, but keep a long time customer.

Another unsatisfactory visit with this Robbins Bros store. Brought our ring to get it sized and they did a horrible job. Talked to the two staff about it and finally the general manager explains they cant do anything about it unless I pay extra. And now I have to talk to managers manager to get it fixed. This is again not the customer service youd expect after paying thousands of dollars over a period of 16 years. If I were you I would go to another jewelry store. What happened to good quality customer service!

Came today for the annual cleaning and inspection. People are nice and the place is always clean. I saw this quote on the wall by the restroom and its pretty deep. I love this place because of their collections, not just the biggest collection but thing that are worth looking at.

So after going to the San Diego location, I’ll never go to this location ever again. This location when asked to size my ring charged me the full price for a size. When I went to the San Diego location they mentioned I could purchase a warranty for much less than the cost we paid for sizing and it included sizing and many other benefits. This was never offered to me probably because of their profit margin or god knows what reason. Regardless, I was disgusted they didn’t offer it and the other location was in disbelief they didn’t offer it either. Terrible business practices and poor customer service.

I was saddened that I had to get my 10 year anniversary ring cut off and was afraid that is would get damaged in the process. I was advised to seek out a jeweler to get it cut to protect the settings. I called Robbins Brothers and spoke to Vince he said they would have to look at the ring. When I arrived the jeweler came to me and I was assured that they could cut the ring without any damage the settings, at no charge. They were very sweet and understood my fears. They treated me with such great service and this was even before I tole them that the ring was purchased from Robbins Brothers. I highly recommend them for any ring related issues. They are awesome. :)

I first came to this location in April of 2016 and bought my ring in June of 2016. Both my visits were beyond what I was expecting. Everyone there is very friendly and they help you find the ring that you LOVE. CAMMY is the best! She made sure I was happy and that I received everything I needed.I was recently in Robbins brothers last weekend and received the same great service. I had to leave my ring for cleaning and to be sauddered together. I moved to Washington DC (there are no Robbins Brothers on the east coast)and my ring wasnt going to be ready by the time I was going back. They said they could ship it to me when it was done. I was a little skeptical because it is my wedding ring, but it all worked out. They called me, let me know the work was completed, verified my address, told me they were shipping it and gave me a tracking number. It arrived the next day and its beautiful as ever. Our host was very nice and knowledgable with 45 years of experience. We went in to resize my fiance ring. The dont do lazer cutting so our inscription was to small to put back on (but understandable its almost to small to read.) They had good selection of mens wedding bands to look at.

Took awhile to be noticed. No one st the front desk. But ring cleaning was great
