I had to send some boxes home to Michigan, they told me the corners were not secure enough, and helped me get them shipping ready! Who knew! My packages arrived in great condition. Great service!

FRAUD! I just needed to print my photo but this guy told me I cannot do it with good quality papers unless I let him take the photo in the store! (But I have heard one of my friends just printed his photo (good quality) there by cheap previously). Then he offered me to cut my multiple photos on a sheet for 50 cents, but after he was done, he asked me for 50 cent per cut! (I had many in one lol!) Its not about money, but feeling that you are assumed to be naive hurts. Definitely my last time being there!

I have always gotten great service here. Richard and Dana are very professional and helpful. If I have to send something fragile this is the only place I go.

They charged me extra 10 dollars as packaging fee for simply putting my stuff in the box and sealing it. They didnt even tell me about the fee before packaging. Way more extra charging in my opinion.

I have been taking my business here for the past 7 years, but after yesterday’s experience I have decided not to anymore. I had separate packages to mail. For one I already had a USPS priority mail box. I had not been there in a while so the faces were new (which they always are, this location has a high turn over rate), so I asked for Dana( the owner) so that the reps know I’m not new. I normally use fedex Services but since everything going on with USPS I wanted to support the workers during these trying times (plus the second package was being sent to a friends who’s parents work for USPS). I asked for a USPS box for my second package but after the rep pretended to check and tell me there arnt one I figured ok whatever he’s lying I get it, wants me to purchase a box. Fine. But this person was so conniving. He never gave me a ground option for the first package (I let that go by giving him the benefit of the doubt considering my first box was a priority Mail box). And I vocalized saying ‘I wish he had given me the option before paying for it’ to which he said ‘it’s only a $5 difference’. For the second package, I purchased a box and inquired the rates for both fedex and usps. And he quoted ‘$30 for USPS; and $12 for FedEx’. This threw me off and I asked him to explain the $18 price difference’ and he told me ‘I don’t know, the system gives us the prices’. Now the thing about this guy was that through out my interaction, he was incredibly cunning, even after I had made it clear that I am an educated customer. Instead of doing damage control and providing quality service he doubled down on his car salesman tactics. there was another girl there who he was training and you could tell this girl was visibly creeped out by this man. At one point he even touched her waist while training her on how to tape a box properly. He could have just asked her to move. I had an appointment to catch so I didn’t have time to argue but once I got home and searched for official USPS prices, USPS ground prices for My second package was about $7. So basically I over payed about $12 total (both transactions). It isn’t a large amount but it’s a matter of principle. If the location offers a USPS option, and a customer wants to avail them then they should not resort to these low-level tactics. I understand it’s a business, but the nature of customer service has changed. Customers are educated (and I made sure he was aware of that). the result of this exchange is that now I will end my 7 year relationship with this location and take my business elsewhere.

Please please please dont go here! My husband & I went to print 2 labels on their laser printer. The first print job, they printed on the wrong side so the ink smeared onto our labels. Mind you, these were super expensive, waterproof labels for honey jars that were $2/piece. But we decided to finish the order, so they printed the next sheet & it got completely destroyed by the printer because they didnt change the settings to indicate it was a specialized type of paper. The final order came out to 2 sheets (one side of which was printed incorrectly) & a completely ruined sheet. When I asked what was to be done about their botch job, the manager actually said we dont have to pay for the ruined sheet (wow...how gracious!) but we will have to pay for a print job they messed up on. The manager acted like there was nothing they could do about it, though the entire situation was totally due to their incompetence. They also charged for using 5 minutes of their computer, though half the time used was them trying to figure out what the hell they did wrong. Will seriously NEVER come here again.

This place is awesome, Ive been using their mailboxes for over a year and have always had a great experience with the staff. Richard always makes sure I have all my mail and packages in order. Above and beyond service.

I was over there for some printings. You can easily connect to computer yourself and print what you like with privacy.Price was very reasonable just 25 cents per page with very good quality.I was very satisfied with their customer services.

The most convenient solution for those who work on or around UC Riverside. No, theyre not the cheapest solution -- they add a 10% surcharge onto postal rates, which is disclosed in a large sign -- but I find its well worth the convenience for easy access, friendly service and zero waiting in line.I see a review that claims horrible service. Maybe someone had a bad day, but in literally dozens of trips here Ive never gotten less than great service and a warm smile. Cant ask for more.

This place has scissor, tape, printing services, boxes, and everything else you need to ship anything ! In addition, the workers are extra helpful. I needed to return an Amazon item and they even helped me pack it, cut the label and tape the box. Amazing best shipping place!

Needed to fax a large number of papers and decided to stop here. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. I am glad I decided to stop here and will definitely come here again.

Overall Fedex is better than USPS, UPS, or God forbid Ontrac. They deliver on time, to the correct recipient and affordable. However, My mail was not delivered to my friend for a year…She even did not know about my gift for her Birthday and this was not cool.

I definitely recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Not only is the traffic light, but the owner is extremely courteous and generous. They even provide free stuffing for shipping parcel packages. Perfect location, light traffic, what more could you ask for! Ship it, Fedex, Done!

The worst customer service ever.They dont know how to admit their mistakes including manager and employee.The manager think that customer doesnt have any right to talk with his employee who made mistakes. He said only he can talk with them.If you want to experience their shameless manner, this is the best place.They are just busy saving their face and one more thing, dont trust their cost. Especially, if you are not a native speaker. They are nothing but a fraud and liar.
